Ezlogz Allows Editing Hours Too Easily
Warning: Ezlogz is popular among certain Eastern European-owned companies exactly because it allows changing and falsifying working hours easily. It’s not a real tamper-proof ELD. Logs get edited, violations removed, and drivers can exceed HOS limits without consequences. This is unsafe and unfair. Looking for a proper compliant ELD – this is not it.
Review of service
I only have on complaint so far and why can’t I delete trailers not used anymore. Otherwise all is good so far
Professional
Best ever use.
Hard to reach sales
Sold one of the trucks, been trying to reach someone about a refund because they just charged for the full year automatically, finally got a hold of someone and they told me to go through the app and request a refund so I did, so far it’s almost been a month and nothing

Truck driver
Edits are not accurate and features that are fmcsa acceptable are not available
Trucker
In general it works good but there’s one problem it 90% of the time shows wrong city or town usually 4-20 miles out even though I’ll be sitting in the middle off good size town and it doesn’t let you put in correct city name
Full of bugs
A lot of bugs, devise disconnects all the time almost everyday. Customer service is horrible. Rude and unprofessional.

The app was better before all these updates.
The one thing I hate the most is the unclaimlogs feature. Also it disconnects randomly. Sometimes I have to delete the app then reinstall like 4 times to get it working right. Other then that it’s ok.

Good 👍
EZlog works great. No problem with this
Not recommended
The worst and slow . Disconnect while you drive, whenever the app want gets connected when not NO. Also some of the people in customer service has no clue what is this logbook or what is this bussines about. Looking for another provider.Do not recommend. They scam people for money only, but to provide a good service not.. You will get charged fees after fees how they want.
