Dark mode
We need night mode on this app now. That white screen at night is too distracting
Need iOS 26 update!
App crashes several times a day and has to be force closed and restarted.
Hard to see
First, remove the timer counters at the upper end of the graph. They are not needed and are useless to drivers. Second, reverse the visibility of the graph and the 4 duty status names. In other words, I want to see the graph more than I need to see the words.
Bad Support
No support. I sent mine back do to a failure, mailed it back on the 21st, as of the 30th still no replacement. Save your money and buy a different system. I’d suggest one with 24-7 support.
Owner operator
Great Log Book been using them since 2017, yes they do have sometimes problems or a bug but who doesn’t it’s electronic log. Over all I’m very happy with it, it does what it’s made for and hardly any problems with it maybe 1 or 2 in the year.

Decent interface
No monthly fee is awesome , eld isn’t exactly hands free , an option to print logs would be wonderful in the vent of an electronic failure, this would eliminate the need for a paper back up
Poor connectivity/ wrong driving status report
App stays on driving mode when you are not moving and stays on other modes when you are driving. As a user, I’ve found the app is good sometimes, however when the app doesn’t report your correct status, it could get you in trouble with DOT officers in case of road inspection. I hope the owners of this app can fix this issue.
Air scale gold
I have had the air scale system over a year and it’s with in 300 lbs every time. The range of the unit is about 40ft.
No Admin option
We went from Motive over to BIT. I’m not finding a way to put my driver director as a non driver on the app. Same with me. Motive gives us an admin/fleet app that doesn’t automatically classify everyone as a driver. It’s very frustrating as we need to monitor HOS and fuel/def levels without having HOS regulations on the admin
Firmware updates not compatible with Mac
While BIT ELD has an app for iPhone and iPad, the ELD firmware updates must be done using a Windows computer. You will NOT be able to make updates to the ELD firmware using a Mac computer. There is no information about this on their website. They do not automatically send out firmware updates either. You will not know you need it until you experience problems and call in for technical support.
USA based product and support!
As a 1 truck owner operator, I don’t need an expensive complex product, blue ink works! Passed 5 roadside inspections in 3 years. Minor bugs were handled quickly. Easy to set up and pair with the dashlink. One minor problem for me is the size of printed reports for tax per diem documents. 62+ pages per month!! I need to learn how to electronically store the pdf files (I’m old). Works well with my I phone! USA based company and support, 0 billing hassle!! I like that!
Sensor is a peace of junk
This app plus this sensor just piece of garbage. First of all sensor needs its own app I don’t use your logbook device to add all identity information on your system. Second the sensor it takes sooooo long to read my weight and when it does never give the true weight. So shame for American devices to act like that
Using Two Devices
It would really be nice to be able to go between two devices without logging out of one and into another. I’ve been using Big Road for two years and it flows flawlessly between my iPhone and iPad. My company chose BIT so I have no choice in the matter.

Bit eld is junk!! Stay away
Only had it a week. Non stop issues, camera won’t work, eld deleted 2 days of driving. Customer service while very nice always have the exact same line….” We will call you once we can try to resolve issue”. Can’t run legal like this. Dot nightmare
Great product!
I love this product! Once you have it calibrated, you can save your self a lot of time by not back tracking to the nearest scale. All you need to do for calibration is to be on flat ground when setting it up.

Air Scales and ELD are awesome
I’m able to get my scales within 100 pounds of my actual weight. ELD has worked fantastic. Signed up for the IFTA tracking works great! Definitely worth giving a shot.

Purchased blue ink ELD for 2 reasons. #1 support team located in W.V. They answer the phone, speak English, and help you set up and walk you through any issues. #2 $$$$$. Blue ink has a couple plans available. Depending on what you need or want. Very happy with the switch to blue ink tech. And I would recommend to anyone who is paying twice as much with other ELD companies and frustrated with the service. 3DEXPRESS Niota TN.

Terrible ELD
As a carrier this is the worst example of an ELD currently. I have reached out about inaccuracies and faults in the programming to have it fixed and just get lip service. I had an issue with split sleeper and Blue Ink told me splits don’t carry past the 24hr mark or into the next day….lie. They add restrictions to your own logbook for your “protection” but my logbook is my responsibility. I have called for support. No call back. You never make a resolution to the carrier. The last split sleeper problem and HOS issue your own ELD HOS expert had it wrong. I sent my logs to a DOT officer and you still told me my logs were wrong and the DOT Officer was wrong. I asked for a call back and yet again no response. I’m glad I don’t pay a monthly subscription but I wasted my time and money on the equipment.

Got the scales and tire products. After getting them installed properly (support was very helpful) things are working great. Saves me lots of money and keeps me moving.
