This app is very helpful
Can’t input scores
Bug on iOS app where an advert appears over the boxes where scores should be input after games
Great idea
Such a good idea , better than the constant pinging of a what’s app group but the adverts are annoying!!
Not worth it
Never seen any kind of sports app that charges you to be able to sync the calendar. Have not seen anything special that this app has that you can’t get from any other sports team app.
Used to be a brilliant app!
Used to be a brilliant app but it now plagued with rubbish adverts for things nobody wants! Time to go back to a group chat on WhatsApp.
Teams
This app is absolutely amazing for school sports and just team sports in general.
Please stop sending me useless notifications

Review
To many adds in f there was no ads it would be so good
AMAZING
Every time my sport has something that we’re doing it always notifies me and tells me in two hours you gotta go to your sport which is amazing. I also think it works for every sport and I would definitely recommend.
Glitch to many player names added over 100+ per player
Parents have added there child and it has added there names over 100+
Great app!
Great for larger groups like school and sports! It also has private texting so you can just share it with one person. You can also set up a group inside of a group, this is great to have one large group have smaller groups inside of it.
Contains scam ads
I was served an ad in the Heja app purporting to be an "Important Updates" alert for the app, but was actually a scam ad. It doesn't matter how useful an app is, if it tries to scam you then that's 1 star.
Player
Great. Notifications do not always show up on lock screen.
Notifications
Why am I receiving 9 notifications for the same post. Please fix, very annoying
Glitchy!
Used for many years with no issues, until now! When new members join the team, it’s adding them 50+ times, meaning me as admin needs to remove the duplicates one by one. Lots of adverts recently added which is annoying when wanting to check something quick.
Heja
Good for sports teams and planning

Review
Very reliable
This app is reliable and easy to use. Heja keeps schedules, posts, and chats all organized and easily manageable. It makes the coach to team experience 10x easier. So glad to be using Heja, and would definitely recommend.
Adverts adverts adverts
Since when has this app been monetised? The adverts are so intrusive. Every time I want to nip on to the app just to quickly check a fixture, I have to watch an advert. I immediately close the app! It’s absolutely ruined the app having to watch so many adverts. UPDATE: my club has finally switched to Spond, so no more annoying pop up ads! Great!
Sports
It’s um pretty good. The app can be kinda lowkey glitchy sometimes bye
1/1 so far
I’ve used Heja one season so far. It was very helpful. Organized, customizable as far as notifications, easy interface. Using it again this upcoming season.
Horrible
This app is the most convoluted and confusing app ever.
Calendar
My organization loves Heja, we use it for all team communication. Recently we have been unable to update and add new events to the calendar under the free version.
Adverts ruin it
The concept is brilliant, but ruined by interactive apps that make it impossible to skip and just constantly try and trick you in to downloading them. Annoying beyond belief and makes me not want to use the app.
Invasive adds
This is a great app but the adds have become highly invasive lately and very annoying.
Amazing
My mom was a coach and Heja was so easy for her to navigate!! Everything was super straightforward and it’s absolutely perfect
Ad problem
It feels like there are increasingly more adverts with this. Just now it opened with one of those scam adverts made to look like your phone has a virus
Adverts
Adverts are annoying but good app
Full of adverts
This app used to be great but now when you open it a 30-60 second advert appears. Not great when you’re in a rush.
Great app but VERY glitchy!
I’ve been using this app for several years for my kids various sports as both a team manager and parent. However lately the app has become incredibly glitchy and the quality has slipped. The worst issue is when you tap to go into something like a game or a message and then try to go back using the back button but it won’t work. The only way to navigate back out if the page is to hard close and restart the app!! The other Concerning issue is when you navigate to another team, it navigates you to the previous Team, and will only navigate to the new team after changing teams for a second time. This can lead to you accidentally posting Something in the wrong team! These issues have been there for some time now and I would have expected a fix by now considering their impact On the use of the app as well as the impact to your reputation with the app appearing of low quality. Hope to see some fixes soon and I will adjust my rating.
👍🏻
Really easy to navigate and everyone kept me up to speed perfectly!
Complicated to switch between teams and chats
I really can’t figure out how you are supposed to follow each team and make sure you are up to date with the different posts. It is much harder than something like messenger or What’s app to track conversations or go back to previous info. Would not use this app by choice.
Great service
This is an excellent app for communication, event organisation and business management. However I’m a little disappointed there isn’t a desktop version that is effective. Great app.
Good but…
The adverts are really very obtrusive. Often they take over the whole screen for a period of time. It is a shame, the app is good otherwise.Just ruined by the monetisation approach they have chosen to take. I would consider paying g to remove the ads but it is quite a lot of money each month. If there was a one off payment option I would consider that, but I’m not paying £2.49 per month. £30 a year is more than double I pay for any other app and this is just for my kids football. It’s a good app but no where near that good.
Good but not very good
Very easy to use and keeps you up to date with the team. Only problem is the adverts otherwise I’d give it 5 stars
Steelers
Love everything
Ad’s and Ad’s
Many inappropriate adverts for youth, scaring them into thinking their phone is faulty and needs an update. Full screen ads get in the way each time you want to see a post. Looking for an alternative platform for our club as budgets are tight.
Review
Heja is mostly great, but the ability to sync with the calendar on your phone would be wonderful
Heja
Almost can’t open the app without it flashing too an ad…drives me insane
App refresh and update
Enhance the app refresh and updated promptly
Great Leauge
We had a great summer season!
Expensive, buggy, poor user experience
This company don’t care about the end user experience. To collect payments of an amateur club, it costs £97.99 a year and then there’s a 50p (minimum) admin fee on top of EVERY transaction. All users (apart from coaching) will have adverts and pop ups in the app, disrupting smooth operations. To get rid off them is will cost you £129.99 a year. Shocking development too, very buggy and they make changes that affect the day to day running of the app like taking payments. Just don’t bother with it.
Very good app
Has helped me organise my grassroots football team. Can be a bit fiddly on occasion when scheduling upcoming matches but generally good. Think a free view of some of the attendance analytics would be great as we don’t get paid to do the organising so not paying to view analytics. Pleased overall though, would recommend.
App is fine, inappropriate adds
I use the app to manage two kids sports teams. It does what it needs to do - the app is fine. But be cautious of the inappropriate adds. If you are thinking of using it for school or kid sport team purposes this app is not suitable as they allow adds that are pretty much soft porn. I wouldn’t recommend this app until they can sort out the advertising issues.
Notifications won’t work
I’ve enabled all settings on my phone and app, but it still shows that my notifications are not enabled. 5 families have the same issue
Football
We just started using HEJA. I love it for its simplicity. Parents and players easily join.
Offensive adverts
You will open the app and go to confirm attendance in the schedule! Surprise! Where you were about to click is an advert. Spend two minutes looking for the almost invisible close button. Close advert. Surprise another pop up. Finally you can take the ten seconds to click “going” but you’ve been five minutes in the app. Well done guys.
Why no emergency contact info
Use this for our (adult) netball team - proving very useful- it would be good if there was a section for emergency contact details - just in case….
Pro is crazy expensive for what you get
It’s a functional app with good chat options but they charge $20 for Pro version for very little extra!! Crazy expensive!
Good for organisation, too many notifications
It is a pretty good team organisation app. Not a clean and minimal as Team Reach as they are always trying to up sell you on the product. The notifications are over the top (for someone who only wants relevant minimal notifications) recommend the app but reckon you turn the notifications off and just check it on a need to know basis
