It’s fun, but…
Huuuuge money grab. You don’t have to spend money, but it’s heavily implied in EVERYTHING you do, to the point of being obnoxious and annoying. And because of that, there’s way more to do than is necessary (except for more money making opportunities)
It’s just good
Love the game. Prices are not to bad for quality of life. Most games are 20-30 dollars. This game is about 1 dollar here and there. Love the combat and grind.
Buggy as hell
I tried to report issues in game and can’t. Since the last update couple days ago I haven’t been getting my rewards, from titan town auto runs, new event didn’t count anything towards it, quest aren’t counting the items right preveenting me from getting my rewards. All this started after I spent money and I am mad as hell this isn’t how customers are suppose to be treated

Maybe I’m too woke
Genuinely I’m starting to think this game is racist. For one they don’t allow you to choose your skin color, everybody in this game is white. Though I see no problem with white characters why is there not option for a darker skin? And why do the goblins have braids? The only Afrocentric element of the game and you put it on goblins…
Best Game Ever
This game is challenging and sophisticated plus you can have your characters mate to produce more offspring for more characters, its so fun… oh and there’s battles and Quests, plus side quests… if you don’t love this in the first five minutes… then there is something wrong with you not the game, hope to see you out there!!!
Arena are impossible
When you get far enough along it takes forever to get a match and when you do they place you in a tournament where you cannot win because everyone is so much higher than you. I use to like it but now I don’t.

The game used to be great. Now it is nothing more than a cash grab. Most everything is hidden behind 2 pay walls, if you buy the top one, thinking you are getting access to everything on the event, think again. You have to buy both. The events become stacked on each other, which reduces what you get to play the first one. And the time to complete the events has been cut down. You better have a big bank account to play this game. And the way it matches you for battles is insane! You may get up to a high level, then get your rear end kicked by someone with puny 1/3 of your power, using 2 fighters and the rest just dwellers with no weapons or skill of any kind. .If you do decide to play, beware the complete an offer wall with their so called partnerS. YOU WONT GET WHAT YOUR OFFERED AND IT WILL COST YOU. IF YOU NEED HELP, YOU will not get it. You will spend forever submitting forms and order numbers and then they will lose it and you have to start all over again.
I like it but
Enjoying the game but for some reason, now I can’t ever be placed in arena tournaments! Ive been “trying”to match about 20 times over the past 24 hours and every time it won’t find anyone. It’s really annoying

P2w lack of content
Yes there is a lot of updates for content, but the content runs out like why has there been no updates for a new throne room and zero city seems like a cash grab copy and paste just a side note please add need throne room.

So yeah it actually is pretty great. I don’t pay. Ever. And so to find one that isn’t completely pay based is awesome.

Completely fake the ads is one thing and the game is a total different thing don’t even waste your time game is garbage.
One big problem
I love this game.Ever since a little kid I’ve loved medieval games I am obsessed with castles knights and dragons. I will say though the game it’s self is good but it’s just to much p2w and some of the ads for Hustle Castle are a bit… inappropriate and that effects the games concept, (now I’m not sure if you already fixed this problem but I’ll just say this as a reminder)These ads make the game look bad even though there’s not really anything super bad about it in the real game. I’ve enjoyed this game a lot and just trying to help it get out of the deep hole it’s in.
What happened?
I used to love this game , I had so much fun playing it with my dad but now it’s just sad what has happened, I mean why are you adding those kind of characters into a kids game it’s genuinely kinda sad to see that , and don’t get me started on the offers . There is no way I’m paying 30 bucks every week for some new offer just so I can upgrade my characters and castle , wish it was different but I’m saying good bye to this game

The ad showed the level thing dId it a couple times but it stopped after the first chapter :(
Worth the hours put in
Fun game doing it for the money but it’s totally worth it. This is actually kind of interesting of a game and I’m enjoying it so I can’t complain five stars and if there are updates, I look forward to those as well.
Pay to win
It’s horrible I have 100,000 power over your opponent but somehow they win every time you can grind but it’s all about paying so you can win the power scale sucks I have characters doing 1895+ damage a sec but lose to someone doing 937 damage a second cause they bought items to help keep them alive or buying to max the potential like a loser it’s a bad balanced game and it’s been out for a long time

I only gave you four stars because this game used to be really good nowadays, it’s just about how much money I could spend which by the way, I have not spent any money on this game in 4 1/2 almost 5 years. It’s hard to get anywhere in building my team and my castle if you don’t spend money, there’s a lot of things that I cannot get for my squad to keep up with the rest of the players and it just makes me discouraged and sometimes I just want to quit the game because I feel if I don’t spend money, I will not get any better I’d like to get all these new weapons jewelry, and everything like that, but I just cannot see myself spending money on them so I will never get them because if I start spending money just to get those weapons and such I feel I will be going down a rabbit hole that I could not get out of I’d like to get better at playing this game but without spending money it seems like I am going to only be a middle of the road player that will never really get to enjoy this game

The game is actually pretty fun you have to but a good amount of time into it which is fine however the game has many many issues outside of the gameplay for example it is extremely P2W and everytime you start up the game you get a million popups so like for example you could enter the game get 20 messages telling you to spend irl money then be given an intro to an event and then finally get told about the rewards you cant get from the (i forgot the name)

I have been playing this game for 2 years now and when the game first came out I handle all the money grabbing and the adds but now it’s gotten out of control this new company has taken all the fun out of the game I would highly recommend not playing this game.And another thing is the ads that we have to watch and then they won’t close easily take a goo look at this game before choosing very expensive and time consuming and this company don’t care about its customers

The longest timers to do anything
I enjoyed this game for about a day, but then the timers to level a unit or upgrade a section of my castle were measured in DAYS. How do you keep any players with such a rapid ramp up of wait times? Maybe if I come back in a month my tank will have gained a level - oh boy!
Its pay to win
It’s good but pay to win most of the people in arena r pay to win please make the pay to win people with the other pay to win people but apart from that it’s the best mobile game I have ever played
The new update ruined it
While it didn’t effect it to much I just hate how they added that weird super easy thing where you defeat lower number enemy’s and even though you can skip it still ruined it for me… I just seem to hate it and now don’t wanna play…
Not what it was
Used to be a really good game, now it’s good as long as you pay £20 every event, which is every month… base game without it is just a grind with no progress. Download the game, play a day, don’t log in for two weeks, when you play again, instant free gems. Actually quicker to progress this way than to play.

Noice but…
Them resorting to using scam ads to get players is bad but honestly the game is great! It’s a fallout shelter rip-off sure but it feel kinda more fun! And I don’t get why people struggle with ads in this game I rarely see them! Arena has to have more content! It’s great but we need more!
Good game
Good concept of game but get your bank account ready to be emptied , with the amount of events , cost of diamonds ,cost of clan wars , cost of PVP battles , it’s more of a pay to win game , but you can grind it out which will take forever , weeks unless you upgrade, and customer service is the worst I have ever come across ,any queries you get an answer from ( The book of stupid answers ) eg , learn by your mistakes and play more , and the amount of battle draws is terrible so the only winners are hustle castle ,as no draw results get nothing at all, and best of all are the Special Offers Cocteau can range from a few £ to £ 50 or £60 it’s a fantasy game with fantasy prices .once again customer support never fails to amaze me with their answers ,I asked where I could see the famous game mechanics for answers However I was told to talk to other players on Discord, I think they use this as a pathetic excuse to put people complaining , any queries with support make sure to take a foto or you won’t get spoken to , i mean any queries at all.
Way too many Ads
This would be a great game if it wasn’t drowning in adverts ,very clunky and overly long adverts at that. Also when the ads end it takes forever to get them to shut down to get back to the game. As a result I have just given up playing it .(I carried on until I hit level 30.) There’s more time spent dealing with ads than playing the actual game so it eats into your battery life and given the increasing costs of energy these days it’s a very environmentally unfriendly game as a result.. Such a pity

Issues with updating.Apple has refused to update apps before, apple is doing this again.

Great game, but....
I really love this game, but my fun is ruined by the fact I'm constantly matched against opponents 20 to 40 times stronger thank I am. Really??? This makes the game very frustrating, even if you spend money ( which I do). It's just no fun to be at the bottom of the rankings all the time because of a lousy A-I matching system.
Major bug reduces the enjoyment
This game has a major flaw, it is continually disconnecting from the internet and then runs very slow. It is not my phone, or my internet, I have just upgraded both to see if it helps. The only solution is to delete the app every other day and reinstall. It is really frustrating as I enjoy playing the game. Every other game, video or app doesn’t disconnect, nor do they run slow. It is only this game and the helpful answer section says it may happen but blames everything but it’s own app. Sort it out please.
