Game company stole over 200 gold bars
I have been playing over 10 years. The company took down the spin to win game and took all ways to earn gold bars down. They stated they were updating the game. Along with that I’d been saving my gold bars. I had over 200 gold bars that disappeared when they took the spin to win wheel game away. I have written them three different times about the missing gold bars. They keep asking for a specific date the gold bars disappeared from my account. I told them I don’t remember the date but it WAS the date they took away the spin to win. They have to know when they took that game down but refuse to look at that date to see that my gold bars disappeared that day. I will never buy anything to help for this game again. I won every one of those 200 plus gold bars. THEY STOLE MY 200 PLUS GOLD BARS AND WILL NOT PUT THEM BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. I’m sure they will answer this stating they need a date. They know the date but are unwilling to acknowledge it and do the right thing by returning the gold bars. It wouldn’t cost them anything but they have lost a customer that paid for things time to time. Not another dime will I ever pay for items for this game again. THEY STOLE OVER 200 GOLD BARS.

Fun game, but BE WARNED
I’ve been playing this game for years, and it’s fun....HOWEVER, I feel it’s necessary to warn players about making in app purchases for gold bars. I have had three separate (possibly more) experiences where this game has charged me for purchases I have not made, and charged for multiples of purchases without authorization. I have reported these fraudulent charges to Microfun/Jellipop_match (and Apple iTues), and requested refunds from Jellipop Match, but each time Jellipop Match has refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me. While they have credited my account with the gold bar packages, this still doesn’t make it right for them to make unauthorized charges and then force players to pay and not refund their money when they did not intend to make the purchases in the first place. I suggest to anyone who is interested in playing this game to make sure to either make sure to not allow in app purchases from this game, or keep an eye on receipts for fraudulent charges....and be aware that they will not refund your money if they charge you without your authorization.

I deleted it because I can’t find a way t turn off hints. I want to look, think, and figure it out. You get a hint ata next move within about 3-5 seconds. No thanks. Very annoying.
JelliPop Match not working
Help! I got on today to play this game and the language is switched from English to Japanese or Chinese. It was working fine last night. When I click on that pop up, the app crashes. I cannot find where to contact tech support. I love this game! Please fix it.

I love this game so much but really disappointed that there’s no update for more areas in the marketplace or anywhere else.

Cheaters
I literally just spent three days on level 786 and I give up. There are other games that won’t cheat and make you sit on levels for DAYS because I don’t want to watch commercials!!! Uninstalled!

Fun game
When doing the step challenges where there are more levels to complete. It would be nice if left own turns would move onto the next level with you. Also we need a new quest. I have 200 stars and nothing to spend them on.
I love this game, but….
I play 3 other games that after a while they help you win a few games in a row as incentive, this one not so often and I don’t like the fact you only get one red star per game. I think they should give you red stars depending on how well you’ve done: really good game 3 red stars, good 2, so so game 1, at 1 star at a time you’ll never get anything done, considering it will always cost money to keep playing.
Can’t log into game
I love this game but, since the IOS 14.1 upgrade, I am periodically unable to access the Jellipop Match game. When the app opens, I can sometimes tap at the bottom of the screen and get logged in. Other times the app seems to freeze and I can’t log in at all. I haven’t been able to get logged in for the past 3 days. Please help.

Can’t bypass message in foreign language to play game
I’ve sent messages (email) with photos but there is a message as soon as I try to access the game written in Chinese, I cannot read it and I will not click on it to access the game. That being said I’m being blocked from playing the game and no response to my emails for a fix. I’m extremely frustrated with no response with assistance And now you respond with if you’re still having issues logging in you can click on “contact us” in the game and send us a message. If I can’t get into the app how can I click “contact us” seriously

What happened?
I have been playing this game for countless years but since the last set of new levels you added, they are impossible to beat. I’ve never spent days on one level and it’s very frustrating. Im still giving you 5 stars since I’ve been playing so long but please stop making these levels impossible to beat.

Easy game
The game is because we are enjoying what is because it is difficult and the stage is longer than three days. Why is the wheel of fortune, but a unit alloy. You are afraid of it as if it is real. We use it for the game. Just and continue to play.
It’s not fun anymore
I’ve been playing this game for years. It was simple and fun but after each update it got complicated, full of buttons and stuff... it’s like matching in not main game anymore I didn’t update it for while and after this update I don’t recognize this it So I don’t think I play it anymore

Has not opened since the last update. Can't get past the initial Halloween screen. It's been this way for about a week. Too long for it not to have been fixed.

Played game for over 3 years, made purchases and have enjoyed myself. Unfortunately in the last 6 mos game kicks me out after a few minutes of play. I’ve tried to correct it by following tutorials or step by step instructions but no luck. I have no problem with my other game apps. Disappointed.

Today, I updated and it crashed. I have been having a lot of server issues lately and almost lost all my data last week. Also, for the cat special piece your extra treats like the hammer, glove or lollipop should move with you to the next level if you don’t use it.

i love this game. it’s really cute and similar to other games i really like but it lacks in fixing up the island. i’m at level 195 and there’s nothing more i can do with the island, i have 20 extra stars left over. you can continue playing the game, but the point of the game is to fix up the island so there’s no point to continue playing the game. i would love another update so i can continue playing the game and enjoy the progress of fixing the island

Love it
I ADORE this game. I think it’s so much fun and the graphics and animations are so much better than most other games. I haven’t been playing for that long, but from what I HAVE played, this seems like an incredible game. My only concern is the fact that this game is steered towards children, and literally in the tutorial the CHILD says a cuss word. I don’t know why that was added including the fact it was so unnecessary, but whatever. I also think the additional thing that they have magic is unnecessary, but I’ve gotten used to it. Other than that, this game is so well put together! Very entertaining and fun to play!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hasn’t work in months!
What is going on with the game? This was one of my favorites but I am so disappointed that it is not working correctly. All I get is please hold on while constructing??? I’ve even deleted and installed again. The only thing that happened was I had to start from the beginning😡. Please fix this game!

Lots to keep you interested, some hard so takes a while to achieve but overall excellent fun. Highly recommend.
Regret updating
The recent up date has made it worse. No option for extra moves by watching advert or free gold for watching adverts. Are you trying to make more money by trying to force people to buy gold.
New updates make it harder to get gold.
I like the old prizes with 2 hour lives you don’t have to use right away and new updates are stingy with gold bars.
