Why isn't there a confirmation reminder when selling the workbench? All other gardening tools have a prompt before being sold, only the workbench doesn't. I've accidentally sold it many times already, please fix this issue.
Don’t play
I hate this game. I was addicted to it and have spent way too much money trying to play. Every time there is an update it messes up my game and it crashes over and over. They can’t seem to fix the issue and just make excuse after excuse.

Constant crashes
I loved this game. Played for years and was over level 60. Some update made it constantly crash. Tried all the things, nothing worked. Finally started over, because I love this game. Now at level 11 and it’s constantly crashing again 😞. I guess it’s time to move on to another game.

Please move the 2x energy button. It covers the time until the next energy. I use this time to decide whether to wait for the next energy or move to another board. The button is in the way. Please move it.

I’ve spent money and time and loved this game but for the last 2 weeks it had been glitching and freezing constantly. To the point I deleted and started over. Yes I did all suggested fixes. Something is wrong with game. Please fix or I’m done.

Game shuts down since new update, help! Have been able to get into regular game since before this recent Christmas update…please fix, I love this game!! No ads. Beautiful graphics. Fun. Don’t have to purchase stuff.
Crashes out of game
I love this game, I’ve spent so much money and time on it but for the past weeks I’ve been trying to play and it immediately kicks me out. I would just like for all these bugs to be fixed because it makes it very frustrating deleting and reinstalling the app just for it not to kick me out.

You are given items to make, but after selecting 4 items to make your item, the game times out to refresh! Very frustrating!!!!! Not fun at all! Whats the point of having to refresh ALL THE TIME?!?
Great game
I’ve spent many hours playing this game. There are so many things to do that it never gets boring.
Locks you out
I played Sunny House for a few years and after an update, the game kept kicking me out. I don’t know if there is a message with a fix on the Home Screen, but it will not let me get to the home screen. Half the time I’m kicked out before it’s loaded. I’m not the only one this happened to. This is very frustrating. I would definitely find another game before you got to invested into this one. I’m probably just going to delete it and walk away because this has been going on for months and I can’t get help anywhere to fix it. Too bad because I was enjoying the game.

Used to be good
This used to be one of the best merge games, but it continues to get worse. First of all, the game constantly crashes. Second, they have removed opportunities to earn extra energy and the daily trades are awful. Third, I don’t mind watching ads, but I do mind when the ad (Temu for example) automatically opens up a page on my browser making my search history look like I’m actually interested in their products.

A really great game that never gets boring. Also, an amazing team behind it that often gives out generous rewards of gems, coins and energy. The first game I’ve played in a long time that doesn’t feel like a cash grab.

Overall I enjoy playing this game. I wish more energy was given or that it didn’t take as long to recharge your energy. I also dislike the fact that now almost every board that I’m trying to complete needs level 12+ gardening tools
It’s gotten so buggy
I can’t leave feedback to the dev without verifying a bunch of stuff so I’m leaving it here. In the past few months the game has gotten unplayable. - They do at least four events going on which makes the Home Screen glitch and lag. - Too often the screen goes to the main page the game crashes and you lose the past few minutes of progress. - watching ads sometimes don’t give payout. - They replaced the daily item exchange with something way worse and it keeps saying “times up!” When you go in from the main page so you lose progress. I’m really disappointed since this game was so fun before and now it’s not.
Game shuts down
Please fix your game. Every time I try to merge things if I keep going the game shuts down and when I get back on the item I was merging is gone so now I have to get on the game merge something a couple times and shut the game down then come back on the game to merge more of the item it takes days to get an item since I have to keep shutting the game down after less then a minute. If you’re not going to maintain your game then just take it down since it is impossible to play like this!
Love the game but has stopped working
Since the last update the screen freezes and it crashes. Don’t want to try and reinstall in case I lose all my progress

Used to play all the time
I haven’t been able to play in over a year. I go back and try to open it every few months, but it just loads to 100% and doesn’t open. I have deleted and reinstalled, cleared my history and cache, restarted my device, everything. It would be nice if someone would fix the game.
Long Wait Times
I do enjoy the game, it’s one of the few merge games I’ve found enjoyable however the wait times seem to be extremely long. It kind of keeps me from wanting to play. Merge Mansion is about half the time and has an extra row on the board.
Obsessed but game update has caused it to break!
Absolutely obsessed with this game and can’t seem to put it down but since the update 4 days ago, it doesn’t load and just crashes….it’s not my phone as I updated it especially for it in case it was that issue but still doesn’t work 😭

After the new upgrade , my game keep crashing after I match items or get wats needed and when I sign back in I lost my match…I stop playing as much because the crashing makes game annoying, just to find what I’m supposed to find just for game to crash…PLEASE FIX ASAP. Now for last 2 weeks I can’t even open game soon I open, the game closes just getting worst after every upgrade..now the crashing makes u loose ur matches that was made with the free 15 mins from bingo just to loose the 15 min nd the matching went back like it was never match 🙄😩.
Botanical update
I play the game often and love the story and the mechanics but your update has the game freezing. As in as soon as the loading screen is done the screen freezes over the grounds. No interaction, no moving of the map. I'm worried about deleting and reloading in case it doesn't save any of my progress. Help please?
Really unhappy and wasted time
After the latest update the game kept crashing every time I played it. I reinstalled the game and it had now reset me at the beginning of the game from level 1. I tried emailing the game support and got an email saying couldn’t send as it no longer exists anymore. I’m so annoyed, I loved this game and was so far ahead that I don’t want to start at the beginning again.
