Love this game
I have been playing this game for a couple years, nonstop. I love this game, works with and without Wi-Fi. Many boards so it’s not all played on the same board, keeps me interested.
Disappearing progress
Happened almost every time I go on to play. I would use up all my energy merging to get an item needed and then exit the app. Yet once I go back in, the item I painstakingly worked on would have disappeared. Trying to make an apple tree and am just one merge away? Gone by morning and I have to grind another 4 days to get back to the progress I made before. Unplayable.

I’ve almost finished all of the collections from the other houses and I don’t know what I will do once I’ve finished that and won’t have anything else to do!! Please hurry up with Episode 15!!! It is now January 1, 2026 and Episode 15 still has not happened. Time to delete the game.
glitch
i absolutely love this game, enjoy playing. i used to play it everyday, buh i’ve been having trouble playin in the diner. every time i try ta click on the diner it pops up, buh doesn’t show anything at all. and i don’t know what to do.
Slow Rewards
I like this game. The graphics are beautiful, the challenges just right except…….the jewellery is hard to find, the upgrades to the suppliers very, very slow. Can this not be improved. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone?
Great game, but needs more episodes.
I started this game years ago and played regularly, but new episodes only come out like twice a year. Having paid for season passes in the past there’s nothing worth buying in the constant recycling of events. The museum is full too, so until new episodes come out there’s simply no point playing! In summary, great game - needs more episodes, not events.

Get and ugly duckling from the farm
How do you get the egg to turn into the first level of ugly duckling on the farm? I can’t open it or anything, and it just simmers after the time is up to “transform”
Paid for season pass - But not getting the end coins?
I love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention. I paid for the free pass - evidently which just ended. However - I can’t open/play the game. It opens and screen shot shows “pass ended - get coin” but freezes. So I’m not getting the coins - last I saw was at least 4000. Also since it will not let me play - I lost out on finishing up the last item needed to get the daily coins, energy and parts! Also missing out on today’s options..... Still LOVE this game though :) Thank you for an awesome game and any assistance. UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Thank you for the quick response and fix and replacement “benefits”. Game has been crashing for the past 2 hours as I have been trying to finish the weekly challenge. I really enjoy the game but hard to do when the game keeps crashing.

Someone finally helped me at Freeway and this has turned into a pretty fun game. Now I need to get a trophy to move to the next level. But I will.

I have been stuck at 92%forever because there seems to be no way of getting tea ceremony items and garden items to pass this chapter. I was told there would be a fix but two events have passed and still no fix.

I love playing this game! I’ve reached the end of 14 levels and waiting for new ones to come out. I hope it’s not going to be too long of a wait. I was playing one game, reached and completed the 5th restaurant and been waiting for new levels for 18 months. Please create new levels fast!!! Thank you!
Couldn’t play
Must’ve been a glitch I even deleted the game and closed it multiple times but it froze 3 steps into the beginning of the game during the tutorial and I couldn’t to anything click anything Really annoying
Game freezes
Just updated game as I have completed all the levels and was very keen to start next episode but since update the back pack keeps opening and then won’t close so you then have to close down game and start again. Also not a fan of having the little boxes opening over items cause you have to keep waiting for them to close to carry on merging. I hope they sort out this freezing problem cause I love this game.
Needs improvement
After latest update I was finally able to move to episode 8 however after a few tasks I now have only two tasks that ask for things that I have now generators for: a turtle, watering can. I haven’t been able to move on once again. I have the whole board unlocked but I have only the greenhouse generator and the grass generator for birds/bugs. I am so frustrated as I really like this game but I can’t make any progress

Nothing after episode 7 very bummed I really liked this game but now there’s no more levels to play

I love this game. I enjoy the main story as well as all the side challenges. But it would be nice to have a storybook where you could go anytime to re-read the ongoing story from the beginning to where you are in the game. With so much going on to play I can’t remember the whole story line.
Screen Freezes in the first level
The screen freezes in the first level, it’s not responsive anywhere, and when I restart the game, it just starts all over from the beginning and then happens again, and freezes in the same spot. Really want to like this game please fix.

Huge glitch!
I have been really enjoying this game and have put a significant amount of money into playing it, but once the windmill venue appeared, the game froze. I dumped the game and then readded it back 4 times, but every time to got to the part where you are supposed to recharge a microchip with a battery, it freezes. This is extremely frustrating, and I hope this glitch is being worked on.
Won’t open
For the past two days, the game will get just past the loading screen and show that I’m signed in and then nothing. It won’t respond to anything. I’m getting extremely frustrated considering I paid for the game and now can’t play it
I pay for items and I don’t get them
So I go to pay for items it says it goes through and then it says that it cancelled the payment. But it still takes the money with no gifts. What is up with that. I’m going to have to uninstall the game and not play. I really like the game. I don’t want to have to do that. Please help.
Issue buying a sale fares bundle
I wanted to buy a bundle for 4.99, each time I tried it seemed to work saying “all set” like it went through but the I get a pop up saying “something went wrong” so I tried again and again and again, the same thing happened every time. I never got the items from the bundle but my credit card got charged almost $50.00 instead of $4.99 and I still never got the items even once never mind the 10 times I got charged for. I tried to contact the company through the support link in the game app but that didn’t work either. Please refund my money since I never got what I paid for.
No more quest
No more Quests available. When the new update, it is taking too long !🙁

Museums rewards
On the proofs section in the observatory tab, once you’ve gotten all of them in the museum, there is no reward, it prompts you to get it but it doesn’t exist to claim.
Stuck
Edit: I was able to get this situation resolved by contacting the support link. They did it quick and I appreciated that. I really enjoyed this game until I got to episode 6 chapter 4. I have requests but no clue how to get the source. Counters also has no help online. Completely stuck here.

Keeps crashing
Can you please fix the game. It keeps crashing. You forgot the bug fixes. Please get the bug fixes now. Why do you update without bug fixes? It keeps lagging and freezing when I tap the screen.
Stuck
I’ve been playing for a while and today one of the areas won’t work and if I go to that place it freezes.
Used to love it
I would have given you 5 stars but I’m not playing the daily quest anymore…. Not enough rewards except boosters and I’ve got enough of those… please bring back money energy and diamonds….apart from that it’s a great game
Why?
Managed to get 4 buildings, but managed to sort out the issue of the game automatically shutting down as it was happening to other games. Big annoyance now is it has suddenly reverted back to level one. Every time I log on it does this.

Super slow
The play is disturbing slow, and ultra boring. The story line still hasn’t developed into anything interesting. I once again regret downloading the app to my phone. I refuse to download it to my tablet ever again.
Loom & Cloth
I’ve gotten to ep 4 and two tasks need a loom to make cloth, but I do not have a loom. I do not understand how to get one, especially when one of the rewards for the episode is a loom. I have no other tasks I can complete. Because of this I can’t progress.
Issues with in app purchases
I was enjoying this game but have had issues with not receiving in app purchases but still being charged for them. Initially they were refunded by Apple but they are now declining refunds. I feel so stupid continuing to attempt in app purchases because I have been hoping the issue might be resolved; it has not: and I have lost money
