Best game
Best game just sorry I got a new iPad and had to start from the beginning. Ve been playing for 3+ years
Started over
I have been playing this game for about 10 years and was on level 4553 (about) and today when I logged in it threw me back to level 1!!! What is going on? I see other comments the same but you don’t answer any of them! Why???
No freebie’s
Been playing this for years, gone through the crash and start over phase, hopefully. But now its stopped giving the free arrows,5 goes and all colours bombs.
Bug
Depuis 2 jours le jeu m a remis à zéro pour mes niveaux. Très très frustrant
Pas contente
Depuis la mise à jour je suis obligée de recommencer à 0
Fun

Opening chests for prizes
Cannot stand the sound when the chests are opened.
LOVE IT!
I totally enjoy this beautiful , colorful, and full feeling games..I have played Tropicats and all everyday when ever I have time each day!
Kicked off of Game
I really enjoy this game but this the second time I’ve been sent back to level 1. If you cannot fix this, I will delete this game.
Tropic Trouble
I like that it doesn’t kill you with ads- it’s a lot of fun to play
Au secours
Au secours mon jeu est revenu à zéro???!!!??? HELP
Game constantly crashes such a beautiful game so sad
The game is beautiful and fun to play. The issue is every time new elements are added, the game starts to freeze or literally shuts down. Please devs. more testing prior to launch. We all love the moving elements animals ect but would prefer smoother running to so many “live” elements.
Tropietrouble
Lots of fun
RIPPED OFF
Spent money on this game, and never received the gems, etc. On level 920, and this happens?😡
Frustrating
It takes a long time to complete levels. I would have given a five star rating but having reached 50 on one of the levels I still need to play to get more items. Have used money to buy some but they are duplicated.
Nope
It was fun at the beginning but when I got to start playing I noticed that with most games if u get a rocket or something you can move it to which row or direction you want to. This one baffled me because you have to match the colour or style with that rocket you’ve made in order to use it. What is the point in that.
Soap
It’s fun but it freezes up when I purchase gems and I loose the levels that I got the gems for in the first place. Then I have to start all over again
A lot of fun
awesome game
Tropical disaster
Don’t invest time or money in this game. I’m on a high level with a great zoo and expanded island. Yesterday I earned free time but it didn’t show up. Through the app I emailed my issue and the next time I opened it I was on level 1 with no way to get help through the app anymore. I’ve had problems with this game in the past but thought they were fixed. Apparently not. It’s a good game when it works but has disastrous flaws. Thumbs down. Find another game.
I love the game
I love the game, fun and relaxing, but the reason I gave 3 stars is it needs some more improvements, updates. At a certain level, it will just freeze up. I have to delete and upload again. And I have to start all over again and that is frustrating. I try it one more time, then I give up. It’s kind a sad, because I really like the game.
Quests?
Not a bad game to play, however what’s the point of the limited time quests when they don’t actually work? Emailed the game and ....... surprise surprise..... no response. I’ll give it a bit more time, but if I can’t even start the quests then the game will have to be deleted....
Sympas

Rating
I enjoy the game but it keeps kicking me back to level 1 I have played this for over a year and built my village I am disappointed that it keeps doing this, I have noticed some other comments from people and they are saying the same thing, can you please fix this glitch, I am glad that I haven’t paid for anything, that really would have been bad if I put money into this game ! AGAIN this morning kicked me back to level 1! WHAT is going on with this game! Fix it already! Every day this week it has kicked me back to the beginning I have commented over and over and I get no response, what is going on, this is very frustrating number 1 to keep getting kicked back and number 2 no response from you guys, I love this game but this is getting ridiculous! A response would be nice! Unreal! Again I get kicked back to the beginning this happened back in may and again this morning! Number 1, why can’t you fix this, number 2, a response would be nice, I am not the only this has happened to, what is going on, this is very frustrating! A response from your team would be appreciated! Don’t you care about your players? It sure doesn’t seem that way, this is ridiculous, what will it take to get a response from you guys!
Tropic
I enjoy playing but I was over 1000 levels and the game restarted me to the beginning. Now I have to rebuild everything. 😞
No support
I got to level 28 and now my village is empty. The games have vanished and there absolutely no support available.
Tolles Spiel ABER
Ich komme nicht mehr rein...läd bis 100 aber öffnet nicht, lediglich Musik kommt...würde gerne weiter spielen:/
Fun
Gets challenging.
Grammiegamer
I have played this game for years and I have spent oodles of money while do so. Today, for the first time ever, I chose one of the “specials” for $5.00 for 200+ gems. Imagine my surprise when I got the receipt but not the gems. This is the only way I found to get in touch with anyone that can rectify this situation. I’m sure it will be resolved quickly. Thank you for your prompt attention.
Tropical Trouble
I just started playing this game & so far I like it. I think it’s pretty fun I would recommend this game to anyone. Thanks
