💕XD
Adobe XD is one of the most intuitive design tools I’ve used. Its clean interface makes it easy to jump from ideas to prototypes without a steep learning curve. I especially appreciate its versatility. It handles wireframing, design, prototyping, and collaboration seamlessly in one place. Besides, I also use it for keeping versions of my designs before I decide which will be the one I will work on. Please continue to maintain it. I love it.
Can’t sign in with Adobe
I just downloaded the app and I want to sign in using my Adobe account and couldn’t. I reinstalled it and the same issue happened.
Very helpful
Great tool, love how it fits to screen on my iphone when I want to present the mobile experience. Wish I could do more with conditional flows in the prototyping.
Adobe Fonts Not Loading
You would think using active Adobe Fonts on Adobe XD would work, but no they don’t load. Uninstalled app, log out, and still nothing. Going to manage fonts shows that they are downloaded. The saving grace of this app is the live preview as I’m working on my Mac, the mobile device is updated.

Keeps freezing on a wrong screen. Unable to preview a new prototype. It’s my work tool and I can’t work without this
I can’t sign in
Every other way to sign in from Google to Apple to even Facebook gives me a chance to sign in through them, except with Adobe account which is how I am able to sign in, if I could. There’s not even a browser option. Can Adobe help? I’m tired of being directed to online forums for internal issues. I don’t have a “general inquiry,” but a problem that needs to be resolved/fixed.

Not working on IOS 16 smoothly

Great! But…
I really like using this app with the live changes preview. Really helps me see what I’m doing. However, the other preview setting ( directly from the file) is so unbelievably laggy and slow. Sometimes it doesn’t even load images. If this could be fixed so my animations don’t look like they’re going at .3 fps, this app would have 5 stars

You can’t log into your Adobe account. Garbage.
Can’t login using your Adobe account credentials. There’s a button there that SAYS you can, but it’s just a joke (does not respond). Apple and Google both work, but surprise! Those accounts don’t have my Adobe subscription attached to them nor is my Adobe cloud attached to them. My Adobe account is where those things are stored. I can’t login with that information though. So how am I supposed to access my stuff on Adobe’s cloud? How am I supposed to utilize the super ridiculously expensive subscription when no Adobe products work on iPad? Seriously, try using Photoshop on iPad and then use it on PC and you’ll see just how laughably pad Adobe + iPad is. The Adobe sub is so worthless for iPad users and Adobe doesn’t care. This app is completely useless garbage since you cannot login with Adobe and therefore can’t access anything on your cloud. So that whole “work offline” thing is just lies if you intended to use your Adobe account—it won’t work. Adobe is a billion dollar company and can’t even get a simple login button to work correctly with their website… don’t you guys have API keys? JFC……

Loved this program
If only Adobe would see its potential. It just needed a little more features and it would have been on par with figma. I now have to pay a separate subscription for figma alone; potentially kicking me out of the Adobe creative suite as a UX designer. As a suggestion, making actionable items like you see in PowerPoint would make these prototypes absolutely stunning, even figma doesn’t have such a thing. I’ve seen people make literal video games from PowerPoint using action items.
Can’t Sign In STILL
Still can’t sign in on the main page using Adobe account. Other options work, but I don’t have an Adobe account through Facebook. Please fix. It looks as though this has been a problem ongoing for several months.
iOS 16 slowing down the XD tests .
This is an amazing product . I use it everyday . Congrats to Adobe Team . But it’s need to be updated since iOS 16 made it really slower when you are testing your designs on mobiles .
Desperately unreliable mobile app
The desktop app is great, I can’t fault it. The mobile app, when it works, is also great. But unfortunately it only seems to recognise a connection to the document about 1 in 10 uses, thus, barely usable.
It’s okay but very buggy
It’s a very useful app for previewing on mobile. But. Sometimes the fonts don’t load and the screen doesn’t refresh. Even more so after unplugging from the max.

Never worked
Many months ago I installed this app try to use it but never worked, uninstalled and reinstalled in hopes that fix the issue but no, as I open the app the options on the screen are to login using adobe, apple, gmail or facebook, when i click on login using adobe account it wont do anything, when I click on the other options they open like they should to login using whatever option is, so uninstalled. After 4-5 months I thought let me try again maybe the issue was fixed, to my surprise again not able to login using adobe account because that cta isn’t available to login, another app I pay for but not able to use on another device. Kinda becoming a common occurrence with adobe apps. Please fix this, if not this will be my last year paying for this apps.
Why not?
I am a us design student looking to prototype for companies. Having a opportunity to function XD fully from iPad should become a thing. I love adobe and look forward to using it on iPad hopefully soon. If you ever have ux design job let me know!
Optimize for iPhone 13 Pro please!
Ever since I upgraded my iPhone, the Adobe XD mobile app has basically been unusable it’s running so slow when viewing prototypes. Adobe please optimize this app for the new hardware!

Love the mobility
I love the simple shareable features this app provides. At a spur of the moment time I wanted to show someone the prototype. I didn’t have access to my computer to use XD so I thought I would go on the iPhone Apple App Store to see if XD was an option. And there it was. I download it, I signed in, and then I was able to access my project to show someone my prototype. What’s even cooler is I saw that there was a feature I can share or invite someone to this design and it was great. Elijah Zanw

Make our lives easier
For the life of me, I cannot understand why Adobe couldn’t release a full functioning version of XD for iPad. It is easily one of the simplest apps to translate, and there are no real suitable prototyping options on the App Store. Please just get this one sorted for us!

Why is Adobe allowed to have rights to an artists work… I have NDA for a project…. NO Adobe!… you are not allowed to see it or have it.
REM units please
Great for collaborating with client and coder. But would be better if the elements could be provided in REM units in development link settings.
Needs ability to refresh
Please add an option to refresh the current art board. A simple swipe down to refresh feature would suffice, if it’s not possible to update in real-time. Having to exit the screen and then go back in each time is counter-intuitive/productive. Should be a day one feature.
Good useability
Works really well but I would like a live preview option instead of saving every time to preview prototypes.

About latest version in iPhone 6
I am using iPhone 6. Now I am able to see XD files in cloud but, not able to open latest XD files in cloud from my mobile. This happening after I updated XD in Mac. Thanks...
Needs fixed positioning
I would love to use adobe XD as an app prototyping tool but the fact you can’t fix/pin elements such as headers and footers stops me from using it. Having used adobe products for the last 15 years I am familiar with the workflow so from that perspective it’s good, but until the fixing/pinning of elements is introduced I can use the app or share work with clients.
Linking to an anchored area on another artboard
Linking from one artboard to another is simple. Linking from one artboard to another but to a specific area of that artboard cannot be done. This is such an elementary feature of everyday web design that I’m amazed it’s not been implemented. When presenting to stakeholders I was having to create workarounds so they could see what I was trying to convey. Can this please be a feature!

Useless
The app needs to be update. Can’t do anything or go back after previewing. We pay money for this subscription?
Not previewing on a full screen after update.
The preview shows smaller than the actual screen size hence it doesn’t feel like using a real app. please fix it.
Lack of support for Fonts
Decided to give the app a try for prototyping but quickly discover a key issue...there is a lack of font support. Any design which has key typography elements you best outline them otherwise you will have issues. Open Sans...doesn’t display.
Good app, needs fixing though.
I rely on this app a lot for my prototypes and overall it’s really good to get an exact replica of what your working on from a mobile device, but it’s very frustrating that it keeps closing every time I “view art boards”. This needs fixing ASAP so I can enjoy it’s features to the max!
