The derby beta game is a sham and made me lose respect for the game. I asked support for help and they just told me basically to deal with it instead of my definition of support. Truly just an opinion here, I understand them as a company can do what they want. Thank you for the plays, it was fun while it lasted.
Can’t play
Downloaded on to new phone. Says old version of game is newer than the updated one I’m trying to play. I refuse to start over :( hope it gets fixed.

Problème pour rejouer
J’ai passé des heures sur ce jeu, je me suis régalé, il est vraiment top. Maintenant, j’essaie de jouer sur ma nouvelle tablette, mais on me dit qu’une mon ancienne partie n’est pas récupérable car je dois mettre à jour la version, je ne comprends pas de quoi ça parle. Alors j’essaie de créer une nouvelle partie rien ne se passe rien ne se lance pendant des minutes et des minutes ça fait plusieurs années que j’essaye de rejouer à ce jeu mais rien à faire, je ne peux rien, recommencer une partie ni récupérer mon ancienne.
Paid for upgrade - received nothing
I was enjoying this game, although after a while the waiting times are getting too long though for simply delivering the product to your customers? Seems silly after you put all that time and effort into growing the product already. I chose to pay to get some additional inventory and the payment went through and it said in the app that it was successful yet I did not relieve the items I paid for. Seems scammy!! Not happy at all. Also the cost to remove some of the rubbish (you have to do this to progress in the game) is extortionate. Edit July: I did carry on playing this game and I have to say it’s really got its ups and downs. Good graphics, it’s fun to collect and breed your strains into better quality, good missions to complete (although some are very steep and difficult) and it’s got some storyline to it. However… It’s almost essential to spend your hard earned real life cash to progress in the game in as you need lots of diamonds for everything and it’s difficult to get them in the game without paying. Also very difficult to be able to upgrade your buildings as the time it takes for the mechanic lady is RIDICULOUS. Hours and hours and hours, even to just upgrade a light? You need lots and lots of materials as well which are difficult to find especially in the early days of playing.

i have lost various rewards, there has been many times i’ve clicked to collect my money from statues and never been given it? or collected items dropped from recycling and it has never gone in my inventory but disappears. i loved this game but these issues making me lose money and items i’ve earned are making me not want to play anymore. most of which are the more rarer items to find (at least for me at level 16) such as recycled steel etc
Bugs in Global Market and Dispensary
This really needs to be fixed. There’s are bugs in Global Market where purchased items don’t appear in inventory. Not sure if the money is subtracted from the balance, but the item shows no longer available for purchase in Global market, but doesn’t show up in my inventory. Frustrating as heck when trying to complete tasks. Fix it please!

Lost my save and can’t get it back
I used to play this game for years and got pretty far too. I got bored a few months ago and deleted it. I decided to redownload it now and my save is completely gone. I hate to rate it only 2 stars because this game is really fun and deserves more but I spent a decent amount of money and time on this game and for me to lose my save is really aggravating.

Been playing this since it first launched, hardly ever had problems. Only thing would say longer you play & higher levels abut more awkward to get the bits you actually need for upgrades and filling orders

I’m loving these new events keeping the game fresh and exciting! The new achievements are nice as well, although there are a couple that should be complete, but are not. Still love the game despite the glitches.

There is so many bots and cheaters it’s ridiculous !!! Developers are the top team
Need more “control”
I enjoy the game enough that i get on it daily. Recently started an enterprise to make it easier for train events and levelling up DC. However, I do not like that anyone can just enter the train event and then “force” others to participate to avoid loosing the ranking. Imo, it should only be the chairperson who can register the enterprise in the event. Otherwise, i’m stuck with a full enterprise of people not helping at all while i’m there busting a sweat. I wish there was also a way to see who send whats in the chat so you can actually tell who’s being helpful and who's just mooching off others and getting all the rewards from events without clicking a thing, just really frustrating
Great game but the bakery and grandma sound affects let it down
Have loved this game for many years now, but most of the products from grandmas house and bakery whenever you click on them i constantly hear “hmm” “mmm” honestly rest of the sound effects are great but there about 4 or 5 essential products that to make them you have to hear constantly annoying and irritating mmm hmmm. Instead of reducing the problem the same noises were added to newer products with just a slightly different tone. Most gamers are probably too stoned to realise this issue but as a lover of this game, i don't like to turn the volume down but me and my whole family have to hear these constant mmm hmm noises in every tone imaginable. Infuriatingly may cause me to stop playing unless this is changed.
Used to be great!
The game used to be really good, however since they have upgraded it’s not as fun. The extra features are nice, but it is harder to get materials to upgrade your buildings, then they will give tasks you can’t complete because your building is not upgraded, so you would have to buy and use gems or wait ages until you can find all the materials to upgrade. It takes so long to gather the materials by fixing benches and trash cans, it puts me off going back and playing the game, it is literally stressful. Such a shame.

Anti social
Probably the most anti social game i have ever played joined several enterprises and had about 2 conversations in 2 months.Players are willing to not help with events and just leech the rewards.
Addicting
Couple things would be nice. more storage for buds/ baked goods please. Some of us just like to stock pile and hoard lol also is it possible to have a more customizable greenhouse. Like more plants and choose the placement of items pots/ tables etc. all in all good game but it’s starting to slow down. So spice it up!
Did the developers get stoned and forgot to finish the game?
Meh, it’s ok. It has its charm but gets very repetitive very quickly. No need to spend money on this one, you’ll be disappointed if you do. Grow, make, sell repeat. That’s it. Very limited world map that took about a week to complete and limited production capabilities. Developers don’t care about feedback as you will see in the forum chat.
Diamonds
3-5, you can buy diamonds, but you can't buy items needed for quests because, for example, the confectionery is too low level. no reset option...

Brilliant game but just needs a little more
Firstly let me say this game is amazingly done with its details and things to do in the game. The addition of coop with the distribution centre is amazing too but it would be perfect if we could have somewhere to sell our warehouse or shed items to our coop friends to give it a bit more play. It is a really fun and well designed game and can’t wait for the tycoon game to come to apple!! 🤘
Stuck in lvl 12!
Hi there I’m trying almost everyday to find a cement bag for open a bakery, the information on the game said i will find it when i fix the broken benches, but nothing at all! And i can’t do any transactions for collecting money because the customers can only do the transaction at lvl 13! So my only way to get money is just from selling things in dispenser which is so slow. And another customer only wants a baked good and now I’m stuck Is there any way?
Be prepared
This game was great at the beginning, couldn’t put it down. But as you play, you learn, the only way to get anywhere is to spend tons of money. It’s unfortunate.
