Good game
Game is really interactive and everything you do affects some other thing in your prison.
Non stop crashes
First round playing finished prison 1 as I cashed in blue prints it crashed reopened blueprints gone; no way to earn as all tasks completed. Deleted redownloaded; crashes every 5 minutes. I’m nearly finished level 1 again, nut it crashes back to tutorial non stop, blueprints disappear but I can’t reclaim all task rewards. As soon as I’m almost caught up crashes and back to begining with tutorial and uncashed rewards. The rooms are still completed, and such but it keeps cycling and ruining it.

Keeps freezing
I’ve had this game for years. Never ran into any problems till this recent update. The game keeps freezing and I’m having to refresh the app everytime. I thought it was my phone tweaking. So I turn off and on my phone. And still the app freezes in the game. I really enjoy this game but would really like that to be fixed please
Tweaks
Please make the prisoners got to the yard then shower because they shower and they already have 100% percent hygiene so there’s no benefit then they go to the yard and lose all of their hygiene also make it so they only use the punching bag if they are above a certain amount of hygiene level thanks!
Love this game BUT
I definitely would love the option to build more than 1 cell at a time maybe if we have the money make it where we can decide to build more than 1 per cell like if we have enough to build multiple we could do so just think that would be super cool ! Other than that I love this game

But unfortunately you have a big bug the freezes the game at the 3rd prison after sometime of playing it which basically forces me to close the game I can’t upgrade or get anything new so I will not recommend this to anyone by the way I have the IPhone 16

I completed the prison and still don’t have enough blueprints and I am not about to spend money on it to get more
Bad game
I was enjoying the game but after a while it started to kick me of so I just started logging on but now it just dose not let me past the loading page
It’s good, but it heats up the phone
The game is really very good, I like the way everything is organised there, but the way it heats up the phone is very bad. I have an iPhone 16 pro and it gets very hot in literally 20 minutes of playing. Now it got to the point that my phone started to freeze when I was playing this particular game. I hope the developers will fix this big disadvantage.

i really like this game, it’s really good to just switch off and not have to use my brain for five minutes, but recently it keeps crashing and freezing my entire phone. it’s a shame because i really love this game but it makes me not want to play it because my phone seems to shut off every time and it’s only this game :( i hope it gets fixed!
Possible Bug
The game was fun at first but after a few days, the game started to shut off by itself. Otherwise I would recommend if only it would not turn itself off.

i've played this game for a long time and but recently it's just been crashing every time I open it so I can't even play it anymore and I wish I knew how to fix it but it's not even letting me open it so I can't give it to five stars at it deserves

I am uninstalling the app because I have completed the space cooler and then you are stuck unless you want to spend money to be able to go the next prison. Wish it would go back to reformed prisoners instead of being a money grab game like all of the others

I’m unable to purchase a new prison despite having the necessary blueprints. After already spending months getting here, it’s unfortunate

A Good solid game very fun addictive but one suggestion there should be a guard roll or prison roll but over all good solid game
Don’t bother
Not worth it, can’t even pass onto red planet with the free pass. You need 5k blueprints and you can’t even get it for free with the passes. I beat each prison and the most I’ve gotten is 2k. You need to spend actual money to even get further into the game, waste of my time.
Remove Blueprints
As a returning player, i somehow missed out on all the blueprints on the free pass, meaning I now have to rely purely rely on events, which are very difficult and expensive, or watch an ungodly amount of adverts to get an additional 6000 blueprints (and each advert gives maybe 20 or smth), and I refuse to spend about £10 just to move to the nest prison and get a couple extra cards. Furthermore, the prices are really unbalanced in events, as the prices go up really fast, whereas most of the regular prisons are fairly cheap in comparison. They should probably be switched round, or at least have event prices reduced a bit. I know that events are supposed to be difficult, and they have high rewards, but for the average player, you have to use some kind of time machine or hope for an in-game boost to help you.

This game is very entertaining and I really don’t have any complaints at all. The only thing that I am wondering is when will new prison be available? It’s been awhile since a new prison has featured.
fun but buggy
The game is fun but super buggy and kicks you out while playing. the loop is fun but waiting hours to unlock a building or cell takes a lot of fun out of the game. A positive note (+1 star) no ads unless you want a reward would be a 5 star without the issues.
Enjoyable Game However…
The “Starter Pack” is valued at $80 with a 75% discount despite the fact that its contents are only worth $36 instead of the $80 it’s advertised as.
Unable to play at all
This game used to be my favorite game in quarantine because i could stay on it for hours, the graphics are amazing, and its fun to watch what the prisoners are doing. I redownloaded it for fun but unfortunately there’s so many bugs to the point where i cant even continue on to the game because its stuck on the same screen everytime i open the app. Please fix this, i would really like to play again..
Nothing for people who have played for sometime
I really enjoy the game but once you have completed the prisons there’s literally nothing else. It’s the same 2 boring event every week, there’s no upgrades to existing prisons and nothing to keep people playing. They want people to spend real money on game packs, etc but what’s the point if there’s nothing you can do on the game? A new event or expansion of all the existing prison to give players something to go back to would be nice. I suffer terribly with my health and found this game great during hospital stays, etc. I would really be nice to see a few new things

Do you want to be shoveled IAP down your throat? Do you want a cell that cost $300, cost $10,000 when you start making money? If this kind of BS is for you then this is your game.
Fun but keeps freezing
It’s a fun game but I’m not sure I’ll continue playing because the screen keeps freezing or glitching out, pls fix it

The game itself is very fun and entertaining with little to no ads but the thing is after my first time in the game, i couldn’t load back into the game being stuck on the loading screen. This is probably a big problem since I’ve seen the other reviews similarly to this problem. I hope the game fixes it. Other then that great game

as the game updated with blueprints needed now to upgrade. it is IMPOSSIBLE to advance once you’ve claimed the free passes. i refuse to pay for a game ive been playing on and off for years.
Keeps Crashing
I played this game a few years ago and it was fine. Took a break for a while, and I come back to a game that either works for five minutes and crashes, or won’t open at all. I miss when the game ran smoothly.

I feel quite sad as a glitch has meant I am stuck on the first prison even tho I have 100% completed it and when I went to go to the next prison I got kick out and it didn’t give it to me I feel very let down as this was a very good game
Love the game, pay to play
Love this game but at a certain point you cannot earn enough blueprints to level up to the next map unless you purchase the pass. Also crashes and glitches a LOT which I could get passed if it weren’t for the forced purchases.

I paid for a island and then the game bugged out then I went Back on the game it said I didn’t pay for it
Dissconection
I join into the game and most of the time it shuts down the game and I have to open it again I am playing it rn and it just won’t want to work
Blueprints
The progression is laughable,blueprints are so difficult to get and they are a horrible decision by the developer and the only way to get enough blueprints for the next prison is buying them which some,including myself cannot afford.A blatant cash grab update and only really benefits pay to play and the greedy developers.However the gameplay is quite fun and the animations look really nice but until the blueprints system is removed,reworked or blueprints are much much easier to obtain I will not play this game anymore and it is deleted until the blueprints are changed
Good game but some problems
The events are a bit greedy costing me 10k just to make 1 upgrade which isnt realistic I should be able to make more upgrades. Then the actual game is not realistic I completed a whole section with just 20k. The overall point I wanna make is to make events easier and a little cheaper to upgrade and make the actual game (the one where u progress prison to prison a little harder) events should be hard but not this type of difficulty. Also change the blueprint system like requiring 1000 blueprint just to move on. Its to much instead do this 200 blue prints and 1000 reformed prisoner s
