This game is honestly the best game , I would say 6th or 4th place . This game can honestly help me to raise a shop of my own and help me , even tho I don’t really play the first time I played it was AMAZING ! I love it in general and it should be more popular

This game is super fun! I just got this and I have been playing it a lot though I wish that you could have a character to move around to run the supermarket instead of just waiting for money and it makes me laugh that my bread is 11,438 dollars haha! Bad changes
Re-download it this again after a long time and was appalled at how much more of an eyesore it is. There's way too much detail in the 3-D models and the interfacing for stats and inventory and the like is so much more cluttered and confusing. Everything is just a pain to try and parse out. Very disappointed, because this was a great time-waster! Unfortunately seems like they've gone the path of so many other games with overdoing it until their simple game becomes more work than fun.

App freezes and won’t open
Game won’t load whenever I try to open the app. I’ve emailed the developers three times and no one has replied to me to fix this

used to be one of my favourite games now you can’t even buy a new store or build new departments. i’m stuck with 2 departments and that’s it. won’t let me build anything or move so i guess that’s the whole game now. also there’s no more parking lot or food trucks to collect money from?
Pay to play
Literally the only way to progress after a certain point is to spend money on gems to purchase managers. Game used to be fun and free but they’ve since ruined it
Glitch
Must be a bug or glitch or something. I keep losing dice or it’s not giving it to me. So I have to clear out of app, go back in and my dice that I should have gotten is gone. Ugh!

Why
Why do all the idle games force us to go to a different location and start all over or they make us prestige? Why can’t I just expand my supermarket instead of going to a new spot that forces me to wait even longer to play? Speaking of forcing things why is it that you people force us to go through a tutorial that a baby can get through. I’d understand if I just got a phone with games on it but I didn’t and neither did 99.99% of your demographic. Like good lord when will it stop? Idle games have been around for years now and it’s either buy the game or deal with ads that try to force you to pay, deal with forced prestige that doesn’t even help us keep from being bored, etc. stop.
Glitches for event
The current token event that is happening keeps glitching. I am getting awarded dice for completing tasks, but it won’t give them to me. It now also won’t let me collect my earnings from completing the events. Everything else is okay on the normal gameplay, but this is what’s bothering me the most
Managers?? No way to reset??
I’ve redownload This game again after it’s been awhile. However it left me where I was where my shops are level 800-1000 that are requiring level 6 managers that’s a brand new mechanic to the game for me. How am I supposed to do anything with this game if I can’t even level anything. How am I supposed to get to the next map and have hopes of being able to continue?? Stop requiring certain levels for managers or give me more than five free packs that’ll help me at least try to enjoy the game again. Something I’ve paid no ads for and I really enjoyed playing. Make a way for me to reset!!!! I just wanna start at the beginning and enjoy all the mechanics.

I used to play this all the time until my game crashed two years ago and I couldn’t play it anymore. I got it again recently since my boyfriend brought up that he was playing it. The amount of different offers, ads, bs things they throw in your face everyday when you try to play it is ridiculous. I used to love this game which is why I tried it again but it is seriously impossible to get anywhere without watching an ad. Don’t waste your time on any of these games. THEY ARE ALL BAD AND RIDDLED WITH ADS AND OFFERS TO FRY AND MAKE YOU PAY MONEY

Needs new update
If you are going to make it we’re you have to watch ads to upgrade or get money because the amount for one upgrade is ridiculous than I should get what I’m watching the ad for. Double income while I’m off 50% doesn’t give it after I watched the ad. Watch sometimes 5 ads to get the manager cards. I’ve stopped watching the ads for extra money because it only works 30% of the time. I play the game not to watch ads.
Not for me
The gameplay is quite interesting, but the implementation is terrible. I don't like that after pumping one supermarket, the game tells me, "Good job, bro. Quit your successful business and move to a new supermarket with zero progress." Earning 50k per minute is a scam, I figured I'd only get 14k in one minute. The game is suitable for those who have a lot of free time, patience or money

This game used to be amazing!!!!! Now the managers make it so you need to spend money or watch a ton of ads! Also constantly having to reset your supermarket to get a new section is really annoying

I think I rated this before, maybe 5 stars, but I’ve “finished” the game a while ago and have been waiting for new market map locations but it’s never added. I think it said more coming soon or something, if it did, how soon is soon because it’s been over a year or 2. So I made it 3 stars now for the lack of map adding.

I bought the parking and then got off instantly, and now I need to buy it again for 3,500 I only have like 200 dollars. This is at the second place once you start

Gave it four stars because only thing I don’t like about it is having to start all over and again with little money and a basic store again. I get it that we want to change things up a little bit but I’m tired of putting time into the game only to have to start all over again in the next level If you fix this one thing I’ll love the game :)

UPDATE: every time I close the game out, all progress resets even when I have it connected to my GameCenter. Waste of time. Deleting for good. Just as the headline states. I played the game one day (yesterday). I had everything leveled up, had managers leveled up, the refrigerators unlocked, etc. I came back the next day (today), made over 200Mil while I was away. I clicked out of the dialogue box and it was all gone. Game didn’t crash, I didn’t close it out, nothing. Just a tap and it was all gone. However, the tasks stayed where I left off, it says I had the bakery and the refrigerators unlocked, but nothing to show for it. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, offloaded, and redownloaded. I’m using the same account because it’s connect to my Apple GameCenter. Major disappointment because all that work is gone. If I can’t get it back, I’ll never play this game again. Stupid to waste time on a game that resets itself. I don’t feel like replaying everything I just did.
Okay for the short run
So the game itself is super fun, and really addicting. I played it all the time! My only problem is when you delete the game because you got tired of it or it got to hard, (to expense to buy new things, not any more upgrades, and so on), and then you re download it, say 2 years later like I did, it’s still your old, finished supermarket. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and it will not forget my progress! Otherwise an amazing game, do recommend!

Really good game for what it is but progression is prevented by micro transactions as the manager cards are not earned near quick enough so you need to buy gems to upgrade the managers so you can upgrade the sections

Great game
This game is actually pretty good, but the way the events' premium or pass system works makes it feel like a scam rather than anything else. The best event in the game is only fun if you pay a monthly fee of over $50. The other new event, my new favorite, requires you to pay (if you want) a fee of $26 ($8 if there's a deal) for 1 day. I would love to support this game, but my wallet would, with reason, slap me.
too many ads
this game isnt fun anymore since im just watching ads the whole time. i used to play this game a few years ago and there was less ads but it was more enjoyable and actually playable

The main game is a lot of fun but the event was not working for me after completing missions I never got any dice

Update: I have to admit that I am not really angry at the new update. It is not real, but I like it. They added managers and events now. I don’t usually get into games, but this is the best version ever. A plus. Goodbye! Old version: I don’t like the new edition. It is not as cool. The franchise edition was more cool. I want to see the franchise edition again. The clothing and stuff were cool. I want to see them again. The first iPad I played it on, it was so cool, but the second iPad I played it on, it was not as cool. Please put it to the Franchise edition. The new edition is stressful. Do that for Version 3.3.0. I will like it to be better than the previous Franchise edition. I want a new look for the franchise edition and fun, offline minigames that challenge you and give you rewards instead of ads and I want it to be an offline game and you can give those pull the pin minigames. I want it to be more fun. On the loading screen, I want it to say “IDLE SUPER MARKET TYCOON NEW FRANCHISE EDITION”. I want to hear those beeping sounds when a person walks to the cashier, just like at a real supermarket. I want real people in my supermarket. I want real products. I want a real parking lot and I want real cars and trucks going to the parking lot. I want the same departments. I want it to say “24H MART” on the front when you have 1 or 2 departments. I want lots of description for products that are good. I want everything to be realistic. I want same difficulty. I want a new city called Dubai. Those are all requirements. I love your Codigames company and you could be a millionaire. My mom loves the game Idle 9 Months. Your Theme Park is so fun and challenging. (P.S. The franchise edition was my favorite.) (Additional P.S. “new” means “updated”.)

Great Game, Needs More...
This game is fun, I'm guilty of paying to go ad-free. Unfortunately, it seems it hasn't been updated in a year (at the time of writing this review), and I'm hopeful they'll release more updates, as I completed all available content and upgrades within 4 days of playing lol. It's fun, just needs a way to continuously upgrade. Like Adventure Capitalist - no point, but you can always restart and upgrade!

Loved until they don’t give you what you purchase
The last 3 times I have purchased it only gives me a portion of the items I purchased. I payed 7.99 for 50 dice rolls and it only gave me 30, I purchased 6.99 for 25 dice rolls and it gave me 20.. not including I was supposed to get 250 gems and I had -46. How do you get negative. I paid again for the 6.99 package and I did not get all my dice rolls. I’m wondering how many times they have done this without me noticing.

Softlock?
After all the tourist bay stellar renovations, I don’t think there are any more locations. I want the old version back with delivery trucks, clothing, car, and property stalls and I also want the locations on the moon, mars new york etc. This game was MUCH better before the revamp. Why do they only go to level 2000 now? I don’t know. It used to go much higher with star levels. Oh, and the stellar renovations a bad. Loch really bad. We don’t want to purchase things with stars, we want to manage a shop.
Constructive criticism
I am new to the game and so far enjoying the experience!!. However, the adverts are ruining my gameplay. I do spend on mobile games, but not right at the start. From the get-go, the game pumps ads after ads, which is making me want to delete the game!!! Also, you can't stack boxes on each other in the storeroom which is a must-have feature for this type of game.. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEN ADS THEIR ARE TOO MANY!!!!!!
