What they complain about

- Wrong articles keep showing up
Awesome
Nice to see a little more local news
Stop Ad Autoplay
My best read is that NewsBreak is allowing certain video ads to autoplay, and at least some of those ads are arriving with audio enabled. I have to mute my phone to avoid listening to these ads. Not acceptable.
Easy on the eyes
I enjoy catch up when I need to
To much AI
The apps fine but their are to much AI plus ai is not good for the environment
Could use some filters
Full of medical issues, vehicle collisions,… Could use some filters for real crime
Help
It helps me to find if their sexual assault in my area help me find the latest news in my city very helpful
AI ADS ARE BAD
Your so ads are so bad bro stop use ing so that’s why you get 1 star
Hate the upgraded app
This new app is terrible. Very little new news. A lot of old stories remain
Awesome sauce
This app is the app EVER, frfr😼🙏 I met 4 of my bestest besties on here❤️🩹 10/10 would definitely recommend 🤤🙏
Biased
This app is so biased it’s not funny , definitely run by socialist democrats. Look at all the news on the internet about Fauci . And show almost nothing on it . This app needs to tell the truth and not play favorites. Tell the truth let the viewers decide
It’s ok working
I noticed that on the local map. It doesn’t record all the police incidents around my area. I know this because I seen police around my home. And couldn’t find a report. Also it keeps giving me articles I don’t want to see. I click to prefer none involving children crimes. But it keeps notifying me of children crimes. Makes me wish to delete this app.
💪🏻
Good updates
This Is A Bomb Of Ads
This app forces you to watch ads and to tap it off with video. It sucks.
Great for local news!
I enjoy keeping up with our local news !
Ridiculous Excessive ADS
Today, 28 Aug 2026. As I was scrolling down trying to read several articles, it was impossible to avoid tapping on the TEMU ads and unnecessarily being linked to their website. These ads are everywhere and are interfering with being able to read an article in peace. This is a nuisance. Please, Stop placing these large excessive ads in the middle of the articles. Deleting my NewsBreak account if this continues.
Opinion
The government is fairly failing lol 😂
Ads
Why in the world is a NEWS APP making me watch 3 ads back to back JUST READ A NEWS ARTICLE. Make that make sense
Great
The best news app
Lying
There’s nothing wrong with the weather there’s no crime. There’s some people selling some kids
Willie
News
Scam app!!!
This app gave me several viruses on my iPhone, it made me click on malicious ads where i went into an ad on the app and I met Elon musk who told me to send him 5000 in apple gift cards so I did and the he had me take out my life insurance and put it in a crypto atm. I lost everything thanks to this app. It spreads false information and made a 76 year old woman kill bet husband and poor
Great site !!
This is a great site for news that reports near where I live, not all in other big cities. I love NewsBreak! Thank you all for everything you do to insure we get up to the minute news! 😊
AI slop
This app used to be great at delivering local news. Over the past several years, AI has been creeping into every aspect of this app. Made me delete it so quick
News Break
You have the latest update news plus funnies to brighten our days I love this
The most disrespectful app I have even seen
Downloaded this for safety, made a few comments that were normal and was extremely disrespected, I had one guy tell me to kill myself, terrible comment moderation and the amount of AI is disappointing.
