It’s a great system. I just wish that there was an easier way to have a credit card tab button on here as well so that you can pay it on the phone.. But whatever automatic payment is fine too.
App continually crashes after last update
App continually crashes after last update. Cannot deposit checks. App freezes when I attempt to take picture of back of check. I haven’t been able to mobile deposit since the update. When I call the bank, they tell me that I’m doing something wrong. Not the first time I’ve used the app ladies! It’s needs to be fixed, again…, may be time to move on to a different bank. This is ridiculous.
great app but..
hi there, this app is requiring me to get an update that my phone/iOS will not enable me to do. Is there anyway to restore it to the old version or have a separate version for them many people who do not have the most recent iOS.

FYI…Sometimes checks won’t be submitted because it says it doesn’t say “for mobile deposit“ when it clearly does.
Terrible update
When I went on the app it had all my April transactions missing but it showed all of May and March. I chatted with someone from Univest who basically told me to uninstall the app then try again. I did that and now it only shows my transactions until April 30th. I’ve been banking with Univest for about 28 years and have always been happy with the local bank service, but this app needs fixing.

Loved the bank but very disappointed about the closing of many branches. Makes banking more difficult
Depositing checks
Thankfully, this time making a mobile deposit was simple. I appreciate the change. Last check was not so easy.

After having to update my phone to ios 18 or whatever ios we were on, i updated the app and the app stays stuck on the update page. Anyone else having these issues?

Transfer reminders
I’ve been a customer for 17 years. I utilize the electronic transfer function to move funds between my business and personal accounts for various reasons. I now receive notices that the number of transfers exceeds an arbitrary maximum. Really ??? Please have someone from customer service contact me or I’ll be moving my funds from Univest to a bank that values providing services to its clients.

Universal experience
I’ve been working with University bank for almost 15 years. The people are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The app works great on my phone and I can make transactions through my phone very easily, including transferring money between my account
Worst online banking ever
I can never get into my account using a laptop - which is much easier than the app. And even in the few times I can get in online, some functions no longer work. It’s like the online stuff is slowly failing all around. Thinking about switching banks because this is basic stuff.

Looong Time Happy Customers
We’ve been doing our banking with Univest (formerly Union National) since the ‘70s when we moved to Bucks County. In all those years we have had nothing but great service from wonderful employees, and never an iota of a problem. We’re still banking with Univest in Ocean City and I was thrilled when I discovered they had a branch down here.
App and website are a problem
Try logging in to your app and it takes forever to open and there is typically an error when accounts finally load. I attempt to sign in on your website and similar issues. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a few times now and the issue persists.

Bad customer service
Automatic transfers were never set to expire but somehow did causing overdraft. No mention of removing the charge since I set it to never expire. Mishap was blamed on the old system that I don’t have control over.
Univest is awesome
Univest is the most awesome bank I have ever worked with. I especially love the website. I love that I can have several savings accounts and move money from one to another very easily.
Won’t let me login
Keeps sending me verification codes to login and when I enter them (correctly) they send me back to the login screen. I’ve tried updating the app and it keeps happening. Won’t be using this app anymore
