經常出現「實際上有車，但app沒有顯示」的情況，導致經常以為沒車而放棄等車，但剛行開就見到巴士駛至，導致搭唔到巴士。希望貴局查明原因並修正。

最近很多時候等車的時候看app.要乘搭的那輛車會顯還有幾個站就到，但過了很久也沒到和在app上和之前看的時候一樣沒動過，是系統出錯了嗎？如果是的話請盡修復.

Use to work
Previous to the update of 16/11/2019, the app worked. Although not great it was much better than a year ago. Since the update yesterday it is completely useless and crashes at startup.

Needs improvement
Thank you for adding language option, and adding more bus routes it's getting better and better great job. More then anything I think the next leap should be route finding. It currently linked to website and the UX is very lacking. The other useful feature will be option to choose how early for arrival reminder. Cuz only 1 stops prior is not early enough to leave house/office to catch the bus.
Worst app ever
The app is so confusing, the icons don’t make sense, the refresh button doesn’t work, and the design is anything but modern.

Updated the version this morning and The main page screen tat suppose to show all buses number doesn’t has any number on it I found out what’s the problem . The bus number will not displayed on the main page under iPhone dark mode . Please fixed the font colour
