Macau Pass is one of their payment methods. However, increasing number of drivers don’t charge the machine required for using Macau Pass or simply don’t have it. Not very professional.

如果目标客户是游客，地图功能应该要有实时定位，司机问一个游客在哪里，试问游客又哪能知道自己在哪呢？不过支付宝和微信支付都可以用这点蛮好。

Not a taxi app anymore?
During a rebrand, they took the word Taxi out of the app. Now it cannot be found by searching on the iPhone using the word Taxi. Maybe they don’t want to be a taxi company anymore. Now they have updated their app to send you push advertising every day. Push notifications should be for the taxi service but there is no way to turn off the ads without turning off all notifications. Very poor choices in design and business logic. On the up side, maybe less people will use it and we can get a taxi as normally there are no taxis available anyway and the system has no logic for queuing or optimization.

希望可以修复定位不准问题呀。
最后还是靠这个app叫到了车所以加一颗星吧。定位是真的不行，司机绕了好几圈最后打了电话才找到我们。哎😑…

手機設定螢幕放大字型，不能全屏顯示，導致頁面字體變得更細，不年紀較大的人使用。

Needs improvement
The app need English option, even the map I can’t use because is in Chinese, the drivers refuse to pick you up sometimes, and they dont like to accept other means of payment like they are supposed to (BOC pay) they always have excuses like the machine is not working.
Change the color of the words in preorder!!!
It is almost impossible to choose the time in preorder because the background and the words are both white in color!
Please let us enter the destination, as an option.
It is getting better, but it is a bad idea to remove the function that let you enter the destination. It should be keep and an option, because 1) sometimes it is easier to write down the address so that the driver can see the exact location it in his GPS map, rather than trying to tell to the driver in words, which can be sometimes confusing, especially when you don’t speak the local language. 2) It’s better to let the driver knows how far or close the destination is, before he/she accept or pick up the order, many times the Macau taxi drivers are upset and saying bad things to the customers when they found out that the trip is too short, or when it end up in places they don’t like to go. Now, I know they are not suppose to refused any order, but that is just idealism. In the real world, I think it is better that both parties agree to the trip before the pickup. So, PLEASE add the option to add the destination address !! 越来越好，但是删除允许您输入目的地的功能不是一个好主意。 应该将其保留为一种选择，因为1）有时更容易写下地址，以便驾驶员可以在其GPS地图中看到其确切位置，而不是尝试用言语告诉驾驶员。 令人困惑，尤其是当您不讲当地语言时。 2）最好让驾驶员知道目的地有多远或 ....

Normally bad, now horrible
This app was never really good to begin with (taxis always call, many taxis don’t accept payments they say they are supposed to, app often crashes, etc.), but with the latest update it’s dreadful. Current location doesn’t work at all and just continuously glitches while being used. You can not select where you want to go on a map and when you try to search for the locations, nothing shows up! There used to be a few English options in the search menu, but now it seems nothing is working, even Chinese. Unfortunately, this is Macau and there are not many alternatives.. so I will have to continue to try using this horrible app while hoping that Uber (or equivalent) is somehow allowed to come back to Macau.

How do you expect anyone but Cantonese/Chinese speaking people to use this app? This company needs to step it up... take notes from other apps Uber, Grab, GOJEK those are true technology companies. I’m an English speaker and I shouldn’t receive a phone call asking where I am when I’ve clearly put my location in the map... I don’t speak the language. Defeats the purpose of the app. Five thumbs down! Do better!
