If you're in HK and using the bus, ignore this app. Download the KMB app instead; it shows Citybus routes. The Citybus app, unchanged since 2018, still takes ages to display estimated arrival times and keeps GPS on in the background, draining battery. Despite complaints over the years, there have been no responses or improvements.
不斷進步
多年前開始用，一開始真係麻麻，但係後尾功能越嚟越完善，最近加咗Related Routes，係幾好用，但係點到點搜尋功能仲係幾廢，希望工程師諗諗計搞搞佢。
High power consumption
This app consumes a lot of power and makes the phone very hot. Phone model is iPhone 17 pro max.

Dead on arrival
If I had choice not to render any star, that would be my choice. I wasted all my time trying to figure out and hope that work and finally realized all pages screens just pictures, Hahaha!

Not working in iPhone at all!
I downloaded the app to my iPhone. When I opened it, it only showed the instructions and nothing else. There is no buttons to get into the app. I know it works in my sister’s Samsung phone. Weird. So disappointed.

Very usefull with comprehensive info. Takes a bit of learning but very good. Feedback to the software developer: The bookmark edit/delete function doesn't seem to work Would be good if there was a Help section or legend to the icons Would be fantastic if we could see when the next bus was actually coming (ie live info) Would be good to have a feedback button in case any issues with the bus the passenger wishes to report Thanks, and well done.

Missed the bus
The app said the bus would come in 2 minutes but then when I checked again it said 10 minutes meaning I missed the bus. Fix it felix

Drain battery
It is a great app but it keeps running at background even if I disable background execution and drain my battery
Very good, but requires Internet
As a first-time visitor to Hong Kong, this app has been very helpful for navigating the vital bus infrastructure. But for me, the need to be connected to the Internet is a critical flaw. The route maps and timetables are brilliant, but why can't those be stored on the device, then updated if necessary when connected? With that change, I would rate this app an easy 5 stars.

Needs next bus arrival time for all routes
I'd also like to see G-force reporting so we know which drivers stomp on gas and brake pedals like animals, and which ones drive smoothly like civilized human beings.

App crashes at least every day. I use twice a day only. That's too often.

Bug ridden
Essentially unusable. Crashes so often you can’t get any info out of it. The UI is terrible, the ads are badly located/inserted in the experience, and the close box on the ads is poorly designed.

When you need bus information, you are forced to watch 5 seconds of ads first. This is just wrong.

Need more help on what the icons mean and how to navigate. Bus route search should allow point of interest search, such as the estate name or a shopping center name.
Latest update terrible!
This app worked fine until last update. Now the ads lack an exit button, the app reaction is ALOT slower than before, it hangs often. Its basically unusable for tracking next bus arrival time, which is the main reason to use it!
