As KMB are serving the public, it dosent make sense that to place advertising into the APP to causes the very bad user experience, to be honest, people using this APP are most likely in urgent situations, and the Ads is totally ruins the time and schedule

For the people who are stuck on the loading screen of the app, you just have to be patient and wait a bit for it to load..

UX Problems In Bookmark
Updated: figured out how to order bookmark, but it is not clear and it kinda looking like a hidden feature. Please consider showing some hints to make the users know that the list item can be draggable after clicked the edit button.
Amazing app
As an English speaker travelling in hong kong, this app is a godsend. It shows you all the buses that are running near you. It has a a mini map feature which allows you to find the nearest bus stop for that bus. You can search how to get anywhere from anywhere. Some problems are ads (but they are only 2 seconds and easily skippable). It looks like sometimes that you need to take multiple buses (I.e. 277+277A+etc) but it means you can get any buses. Combine this with google maps to find the best way to get anywhere.
Why such a bad app?
Can you stop the ads please? They are fine as banners but on the full screen for several seconds when you’re trying to catch a bus? Really?! One moment the app shows my bus’s, 900 to wan chai, the next it’s gone, why? I can search for 900 but then I can’t find the the time it arrives, I can’t bookmark the bus I can only bookmark the destination , can you contact me and explain? There’s no other app for now, but this one is so bad

Real time stops and notifications and most importantly the routes on the map. The app is superb and everything I need.
無敵APP
淨係開個app用成幾分鐘？廣告佔咗成大部份畫面，而啲巴士路線既資料越嚟越細粒。無用功能就整一大堆，人地用黎睇巴士到站時間，咩遊戲室呀，個app留俾你玩。
App wont open
Froze on first screen never get pass it
App no longer reliable
This app was super useful some versions ago. I relied on it heavily because there are several buses I can take from Cross Harbour Tunnel that are separated by stairs on the footbridge. Now I resort to waiting on the footbridge to see which if my buses are coming before I run down the stairs to catch it. For some reason, the GPS doesn’t always match the right bus. For example, Bus stops for 108 and 118 are near each other. The app shows the 108 arriving in 2mins, but the 118 shows up. This has happened several times with multiple buses with similar numbers and stops near each other. I’m guessing the 108 sometimes runs as 118, so the bus arrival time is for the 108. I’ve reported this before with the bus details and time, but received no response. Hope this gets fixed so we can rely on this app again. It was great when it worked.

Stop packing the app with full page ads that you cannot close. KMB aren’t that desperate for revenue. This would be a great app if it wasn’t for the typical Hong Kong attitude of advertising everywhere. Stop it.

It’s some help...
The GPS is crap half the time. “Arriving in 2 minutes” could mean that, or the bus might already be gone, or it might actually leave you waiting 8 mins.
