User Friendliness
Quite satisfied with service in general, though I’m still learning to navigate the app, and the support hours are inconvenient for me. Otherwise, everyone has been friendly, professional and understand their job.
Slowest app ever
Not only is it the slowest, most unresponsive app...with the name change you can't even search for it by bank name. GoVivo means nothing to any of us. So dumb.
Better than old app still clunky
Cnb as a bank that I love them. I live in Clearfield Pennsylvania with their headquarters is and they’re always happy to see me but the online app is clunky. I get a lot of notifications for our connection error. Our networks busy when I have full bars of service and I’m on Wi-Fi shut the Wi-Fi off that it works sometimes so I think they’re just trying to fix up the app and all, but overall took it up when it works.
ESSA their app was so much worse in the requirements to transfer money. I’m so glad your banks took
needs a lot of work
King of fees
I’ve never seen a bank charge so many random fees that they neglect to tell you about. They’ll tell you their checking account is “free of charges” and that their savings account is also free as long as you keep 100 dollars in it. Well in the last month alone I’ve gotten around 70 dollars in hidden fees, you get charges for your monthly statement, you get charges if you transfer any money from any account, you get charged for receiving money as well. They’ll also overdraft your account with a fee even if you have overdraft protection and then charge you daily with no notification, I’ve never had a worse bank in my entire life. The only positive thing I can say about them is that their staff is extremely nice and professional.

The Bare Minimum
The CNB Bank app experience is subpar. The interface is outdated, glitchy, and slow. The navigation and layout is poor. The app often needs closed and reopened multiple times before it will actually let you login; even then it will freeze on a blank screen. The app is in need of a refresh particularly focused on making all functions smoother and decreasing load times.
Not Happy
I too have a hard time logging in. Every time I try to login it always says invalid user/password. So I I try again and again and then I’m locked out, call the service people, etc. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with “Kristen” as she had to release it several times. We get all the way thru, she stays with me as I login, got the temporary password changed, every thing is fine, they go to verify, they send me a code, I put the code in - won’t let me in. So I do it again. They send a code, I put it in - won’t let me in. Now it won’t even send me a code. I need to use the Zelle app which is thrust my banking acct. So now I’m waiting for a customer service person to pick up. Even without using Zelle, I’ve always had to go thru the same thing. Terrible. Just terrible. Once you get in the app works fine.

Why did they discontinue Face ID? It was such a great feature.
Transfer
Called and spoke to Dustin about a transfer that was to be taken from a clients account on the 5th. He said he could not speak to me about another persons account. Instead of telling me that CNB system was down for automatic transfers. Created a problem. Not happy at all with his lack of response.
Not a new APP
As I like to always see apps become more of what they could be, this "app" failed me on this part. I know it's just the banks website conformed into an "app", it needs to be optimized and made more native per mobile OS. I’m using an iPhone XS Max and the bottom text is cut off and the top where the notch lays needs to be formed better and the space used more appropriately. Thanks!

I live this app. But I have so many issues getting into it. I can get into every other app on my phone quickly but sometimes I try for a half hour or so waiting for this to load just to see one quick thing.

Randomly does not work
I used to love this app because of how quick and easy it was, but the past year it has been nothing but disappointing. Sometimes it does not work or says “under maintenance” when there was no warning, sometimes leaving you financially stranded. I have a lot of issues with password as well, I write mine down and I’ll put the right password in and it will still say it is wrong and end up looking me out of my account.

Find a new bank
Glitchy, slow and never works without Wi-Fi. Awful!!
Unreliable!
I have used this app for years and has always been reliable until recently. It has stopped working on numerous occasions. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it and is still unreliable. Very disappointed!
Easy to use
Application is very user friendly - have not had a problem using.
Worthless
App is still worthless. I have a mortgage through this bank but i still cant pay electronically because i dont have at least 2 accounts. I pay 5 different bills a month and this is the only one i still have to mail in a check. Get with the times CNB.
Direct deposit
I’ve recently have downloaded this app, can seem to find mobile deposit or deposit a check. It’s just like they took it out, I even have a paper I got from the bank 2 days ago, it’s a mobile deposit step by step, and I’m following it and when I click on menu thing there’s no button or anything of a direct deposit

The app was always good. Now u can’t even get in or of u do it takes 5 mins. Spoken to several others having the same issue. Please fix it.

I wish you didn’t take up to 24 hours to transfer money from one bank account to another bank account from different bank establishments
Transfer limits are a joke
Cnb limits transfers to 2500. Don’t recommend this bank
Zelle crashes app
Your app now crashes after I successfully go through the MFA to enter the Zelle portal. Please fix this. I am resorting to logging into the bank website to use the Zelle feature.
Get a real developer PLEASE
This app is terrible. I’m considering closing my account it’s so bad. Fingerprint and Face ID randomly stop working and the last several versions I haven’t even been able to set them back up again.
