Friendly staff
I enjoy the friendly staff at my local bank. They are always willing to help. I also like the ease with which I can transfer money from one account to another.
User support is awful
They do not make it easy for you to recover your info and they flag lots of things as fraud and make it very difficult to approve
Can’t go between laptop and cell phone
Can’t go between laptop and cell phone to update bill payments. If you do you get locked out on laptop, however, that seems to be the only area bills can be charged/updated.
Now I need a new phone to use the update?!?!
Why do I have to have a separate app to lock and unlock my bank card?!?!

35$ every time is crazy
Constantly charging me 35$ for stuff coming out that I can’t switch over like no grace period so I can switch money into the account knowing I have two accounts I can see once and a while but it’s a constant thing which I think it crazy cuz it is supposed to tell me when the account is negative and then move the money I’m in debt every time cuz it’s always 35$ horrible can’t wait to close this account if it wasn’t for my passed away gram and my disability uncle I would have been left
Principal payments
I wish the principal payment only option was on the main screen when making payments. If you forget to go to more options while making a principal payment only it goes towards you next payment:(

Easy to add a new credit card company to my payee files . Secure move for sure

Your website gives me trouble too often. Today I can’t find the place where I can pay multiple bills at one time. I have to pay one at a time. Very cumbersome and inconvenient.

I’ve been so comfortable and happy with First Commonwealth. Both online and when I need to visit my branch. One less thing to have to worry about.
Worthless
Finally let me get my account online to find out it won’t let me make payments with my I phone
Updating
Updating happens really late and sometimes your balance isn’t truly right for hours. But over all not to bad.
Can’t download
I try to open the app and it keeps sending me back to the code. I have not been able to check my account for weeks.
Best Banking App
This is the best, by far, banking app I’ve ever used. And it’s not just because it’s the only one I use, it’s because it does everything I need. I can see everything everywhere.
No longer works
It keeps telling me I need to update the app, the app update requires requires an iOS update. My iPhone is to old for this update and I can’t afford a new one. Guess no more banking app.

Not working
New update insists I need to update it when I already have. It just keeps circling back to update. I’ve uninstalled the app and re-installed but it is still insisting that I need to update it! It is frustrating.
