The changes that were made in the last update made the app much more difficult to use and were in no way an improvement to the user experience. Please don’t change the look of the app just for looks. If it’s not more user friendly the don’t change it.

Can longer use the app
It told me I had to update. So I did. Now all it does is open the splash screen and that’s it.

Love the app!
Switch banks asap
App never works when I need it to. It physically won’t let me log in or anything so I can’t switch money over, they are always having service problems with their online and the app.
Wish Face ID worked
Since the update Face ID no longer work I don’t have an option for a fingerprint scan so I have to type my password in every single time. It’s extremely inconvenient when you’re trying to check it on the go.

Make it more simple and easier to use
The app has became harder to use, more complex, you are able to see less accounts now unless you look for the rest of the accounts. It feels like every time the app is updated it’s actually getting down graded .

I keep having to sign back in even if I choose remember me.
Connect checking with savings
Great but need to allow customers to connect their savings with their checking to pull from when needed. All my other banks allow this.
Bad online banking
Seems every time I use this app it makes me put in my password that I can’t ever remember, I tell it to remember me and I have facial recognition but it still does it. It’s a stupid problem yet it’s still a problem

Alerts once read should not come back each time you log in.

Too many steps in bill pay. Confirmation numbers are no longer given. I don’t like that.

To start biometric login does not work. Find out who Chase Bank uses as it is much more user friendly
