Find another bank.
Find another bank. I’ve sat on hold almost an hour for one simple question. It has never been this bad until recently. Get rid of them immediately and find a better one to control your money.

Mobile App
Each time an update is made to the software it knocks out my other account, and that is extremely frustrating. To explain when I go to switch user account I cannot access the other account! Please fix this issue so as it doesn’t happen, and no one has to call to fix or visit a branch too, or making anyone fix on their own. Next up why would I or anyone have to choose between transferring money to and from different accounts needing to pay or wait 3 days for the money to transfer. We sometimes do these transfers for reasons of convenience to budget and make certain to place our money for important purposes. Then we have the over drafts that are not what it use to be- just charged whatever they feel like doing to us customers. A friend left banking with Freedom First for this same reason. I think things should go back to the it was in 2012. Since a lot of banking changes being made I’m sure people are thinking about making changes to their banking needs.

Love the App - need to fix account list
The app shows my 2 accounts, Primary Share and Freedom Stash, however, when you go to make a mobile deposit it shows 3. The 2 mentioned above and a High Yield Share account that doesn’t show up on my app or printed statement. It looks like we’ve accidentally deposited money in this account and don’t know where it’s gone.
Minimum balance fee
Pretty sad you all are still choosing to charge your low income customers a minimum balance fee every month. Seems counter intuitive doesn’t it? How about putting those fees into a savings account for them instead?

I really like the site
I’ve only used the mobile site to deposit a check and it is so easy. Just snap the front with the photo and snap the back with the photo… Just seems very easy
Worst Bank
Have banked with them for over ten years. The over draft fees are ridiculous. The credit card is the worst. They’ll automatically take money from your account for one thing but not the credit card payment but when it’s paid on the due date they take days to pull it out of the account. I live out of state and there isn’t a branch here but when I go visit home I’ll definitely be closing my account.
Love the tools, only improvement would be look
Tools such as scanning a check in as a deposit is awesome. The chat set up is great as well. If anything I would change around just making the look and feel easier to see and navigate. But the tools themselves are great.
Recent Update
Since the recent update the app takes several minutes to open. Then when it opens it does not load data for another several minutes. Prior to the update, the app worked as expected.
App worked well for a while
The freedom first app always worked good for me but here the past week I haven’t been able to use it at all, it started out as the app not refreshing, I called freedom first about it, they said to uninstall and reinstall along with resetting my phone, after that happened the app wouldn’t even make it to the login screen, I have been getting a connection failure that says there’s a server problem on there end http status 502, error 28, which all basically says that there’s a problem with the server has a bad gateway, went to my local branch today and they said that no issues show up on my account, stating that my phone is the problem, I am going to try again on my pc but id still like to access my account on my phone since I have that with me every day.

Never works
I have my phone and app updated consistently yet the app is always down. There’s nowhere to report a bug or problem either. What’s the point of even having a bank account if I can’t access my money? Especially if there’s no 24hr support. Do better.

I’ve had to go into my local branch several times to get clarity on how to use the new Business app. I’m so tired of calling customer support. The new screening technique is really resistant to pass you on to a live operator and it doesn’t really catch the language that you pose to it. I’m tired of tech-support, putting me on hold to ask somebody else further up the technical food chain. I’ve spent hours trying to get used to this new business app and it has been very frustrating

App no longer works w iPhone 7
For some reason your app only works w IOS 16 and newer. I would have to buy a new phone to use it. No other bank that I use has this problem.

Bank is fraudulent
This institution is fraudulent and willfully violated the customers rights . The staff is condescending and claims you to be wrong for seeking information about your account the app is dysfunctional and unstable . Tech support is none existent . When seeking help you are given the run around on TxT with promise to call never to be called . Bank with another institution save yourself the headache.

Limits?!?!?
Will not allow me to online deposit 4000, so I tried $2000. Nope. What?!? Plus my business account won’t let me do mobile deposits at all! It was advertised that I could. Very disappointed.
