Lich gitch!
Love the game and an obsessively trying to unlock it all, but I keep getting stuck after defeating the third stage Lich as the Paradox. The crosshairs lock on my character and I can’t move them in any way. Just locked up. I keep trying, knowing there can be soft lock events, but it just keeps happening. I’m about to give it up entirely. Just hoping there is an update that will allow me to finish what otherwise is a near perfect mobile game.
Multiplayer broken
I bought the game to play multiplayer but only host can enter the Gungeon other guy gets left behind. Please fix this, as multiplayer is why I purchased this.
Really fun, but buggy
A very entertaining game that is now ported to mobile. Very happy to play it. But there are some bugs. I play on a ninth-generation Apple iPad, and while I enjoy it thoroughly, several persistent bugs tarnish my gaming experience. The bugs I have found so far: Audio -Face Melter does not play it’s unique song when fired -Cursella theme song does not play when in her store -Ambient music in Resourceful Rat Lair missing, as well as the music for first stage of the boss fight -rare bug where M16 will fire the incorrect sounds for rounds fired, i.e. bullet sound when firing grenades. Visual -Enemies affected by Hot Lead status effects turn blue instead of red-hot. Same with Dragunfire. -not a bug, but the safe zones for the screen display are MASSIVE. It would be very comfortable to use the whole screen to play, instead of having big bars limiting the fov. Gameplay -The game crashes about an average of once every 3-5 floors when I enter the elevator to the next floor, crashes when entering the High Dragun’s chamber about 50% of the time, and 100% of times at some point during my trip through the resourceful rat’s lair. Normally this isn’t the end of the world because reloading the game puts you back into the floor entrance with all the rooms you’ve explored still revealed, but sometimes the floor layout changes, vendors will have new sets of items or be switched with different vendors, and secret rooms are blocked up again. This is moderately irritating because any consumables you have used (blanks, casings, special keys) are not replaced, and it’s INFURIATING if you have opened a secret passage using a unique item (Abbey of the true gun, Resourceful rat lair, etc) because you become permanently unable to access it from that point in your run. -Several of the save buttons are absent. Thus far I have found save buttons for the Oubliette, Abbey of the True Gun, And Bullet Hell, for a total of three. However, the Save buttons for floors 1,2,3,4, and 5 are not present, meaning 5/8 buttons are missing. I see no reason why they SHOULD be missing, since the three buttons that ARE present in the game function perfectly fine, which makes me wonder if this was an intentional design change for the mobile port since the only surviving save buttons are for secret floors. In any case, it’s annoying that you can’t save on most floors, especially when combined with the elevator crash mentioned earlier. - If you use a controller, even if you toggle manual aim, THERE IS NO RETICLE. I cannot stress how much this one in particular bugs me. Trying to manually aim weapons without a crosshairs is a masochist challenge for the foolhardy. Other than all that, this game is fantastic. Just like the PC version. But I would hesitate to buy this version for your mobile device until these issues are resolved. Any one of them alone isn’t a deal-breaker, but when you put them all together the game goes from fluid, awesome action-packed gunplay into a series of choppy resets. The constant setbacks and interface issues plague your performance, diminish your returns, and make an otherwise splendid game into a truly tedious experience. Sincerely, DK

Multiplayer does not work
Every-time me and my friend try and play multiplayer only the host gets sucked into the game and the other just stays back at the breach this is so dumb especially because you have to buy it to unlock multiplayer. I wish they would fix this dumb problem.

Only the group leader can enter the Gungeon and the other remains stuck on the lobby, please fix it, otherwise it’s a great game

It’s Amazing! But…
So I genuinely love this game. This dev makes some pretty good games. I loved Carion too! However…GIVE ME A SAVE BUTTON PLEASE!!! I don’t have time to sit and play for 40mins+ and get to a lot the other floors. But I want to be able to come back and play. Can we please add this feature?
Great game! Multiplayer bugs..
I have played this game forever and have always loved it. However I recently tried playing the multiplayer version with a buddy of mine and it would only allow one of us into the dungeon at a time for some reason even though we could see each other in the breach.

the game absolutely Road blocked (AGAIN!)
It was going great, until in multiplayer, IT BLOCKED HIM AGAIN!, u might have fixed it, but it didn’t worked, u must recheck it, and also, it’s just multiplayer, not single player, I was stuck in the start of the Gungeon, And I was stuck here, while he’s in the lobby, I was stuck also, so I left and I really mad of THE BUG, I need u to check EVERY RUN FILE AND MULTIPLAYER FILE, I really love Cult of the lamb which I don’t have it yet, I love enter the Gungeon, So developer, if u can see this, and u fix it AGAIN 😒, I will be super happy and my friend will also be, Thanks if u did it 🤩, Bye! ✌️
I hope the game gets is bugs fixed
I've basically played you'd game 100% on nearly all platforms and this version is the buggiest version I've ever played. There are times you have to manipulate the controls because you can't move sometimes. When you save in-between floors, sometimes you lose all your guns and items. You also get so much duplicate items which doesn't happen for the most part on other platforms. Also when playing on a controller there is no icon for a cursor to see where you are manually aming so you ether just play on auto aim and can't properly prioritize enemies or guess where you are pointing autograph something like laser sights. Some enemies too do nothing like the electric rubber bullets or gunsinger/jammomancer. Also sometimed the weapon and item icons take up so much of your screen its hard to see where you're dodging/moving so i wish there were options to play using more classical controls and UI.

I get stuck on the title screen and like nothing lets me play i wait to see if its loading anythjng and still nothing.
Little issue with multiplayer…
Overall, this game is great, but there’s a little issue me and my friend ran into when we were playing a multiplayer match and going into a run we ran into a situation where when heading to the gates it will send the host into the run and not the other players and we tried being different host and switching up a little bit, but it always ends up in the same outcome. Please fix this issue if you do this game is perfect!
Love the game but can’t actually PLAY it
I’m experiencing a bug where I can’t move in the game even in the beginning area before actually entering the dungeon I can’t move, which really sucks because this is a really fun game, if there’s any troubleshooting or something I can do I would like to know, if not I hope that this can be fixed soon, as I only got the game not long ago and this was my first time playing it on the mobile port.

Please fix the tough issue in the book, every time I try and touch a gun to drop it it does not register my touch and so I have to keep touching it till it selects it

Phenomenal, but…
This game is so great and the mobile port is absolutely spot on, I’m really impressed with what the devs have done. There’s one big bug I want to call out in case it hasn’t been mentioned. When you quit mid-session and try to pick it back up later, your position in the level as well as which rooms have been completed or not completely glitches out. I’ve even had teleport waypoints spawn in pits due to this. Sometimes, the completed rooms are erased but the health you lost remains. To fix this, you could have a dedicated “Save and Quit” button in the menu, or you could just set an exact save-state at the start of each level. Besides this glitch, fantastic job.

Me and my sister were recently trying to play enter the gungeon but only the host can go down the stairs while the guest are stuck in the breach
Love this game but…
I’ve played this game on console for awhile so I thought I’d try it out on mobile. It’s great and I like playing it with a controller but I have a couple complaints. First, while using a controller and go to settings to change from auto aim to Manuel and save it it doesn’t seem to save. Second, idk if it’s meant to be this way but it’s really hard to aim with a controller because you have no crosshairs or anything. But overall awesome game
Still stuck in breach
When i join my friend we encounter the same issue every time regardless of host. Host loads into Chamber 1, but teammate remains trapped in the Breach hub with full character movement. Fix this and I will fix my review

I got really excited when I saw that there was another update on this game. The first thing I did was test the multiplayer, because this is one of my favorite elements of the game. My partner and friends and I all play religiously together, but unfortunately multiplayer is still leaving one person stuck in the breach. Devolver Team, I absolutely love this game but I am aching for multiplayer to function properly again:( Please please fix this:(((
PLAYABLE AGAIN!
With the May 12th update the issues below have been addressed! The rating has changed from 1 STAR to legitimate 5 STARS. The quality of the game was never in question. Just the ability to play it which has been addressed. Thank you Devs! **I downloaded the latest patch and now the game is unplayable. If you leave the game for 5 seconds it may restart which causes you to go back to the Start screen and asks if you would like to continue. If you decide to continue ALL of your items and guns except for your default weapons and items DISAPPEAR. I recently beat the Dragun and was about to go back into the past, and I got a text. I paused the game and checked the text and turned within 5 seconds. The game rebooted and I had to restart the 5th chamber with ALL OF MY ITEMS AND GUNS GONE. This game had become absolutely UNPLAYABLE.
SCAM
Game still locks one player in breach when trying to play coop. For me, this was the whole point of buying this game. Serious waste of money if you are looking to play with friends. Also, the new patch supposedly “fixed” this issue. Clearly it didn’t work.
I like this a lot but....
Characters are a little too tiny. On an I-Pad with a controller or a foldable I can see this being more fun. I like the gameplay and mechanics and design but like a lot of these styles I don't quite understand the art of it all...but it's better than most. I guess I would call it "tiny art"? Final Fantasy and Zelda were only like that because they HAD TO BE but these days it's imitated and made to be fun or something. It doesn't quite click for me in that it's a little too dynamic, cartoony, fun. For example I can barely remember who the characters are or what they look like and theres way too many.

No ability to save
The game is fun. Unfortunately the game saves what floor I’m on but all my guns and items are gone, leaving me with starting items.
A little problem
This game is very good; I love it, but there is a little problem with the multiplayer. Every time I play with my friends and spawn in, they don't spawn with me, and it gets a little annoying. Please fix it because I really want to play with my friends.

My friends and I play multiplayer almost every day but since the recent update it only allows one of two to enter the Gungeon and then glitches out super badly. Would love to get back to playing with friends.
An absolute blast
This game is really fun and engaging allowing for good amounts of strategy and tactics, the weapons feel fun, the characters feel unique, the lore and aesthetic are really unique and entertaining. Playing with other people in random lobbies isn’t really a thing so be forewarned and I can’t say that it is an easy game. But it is a high quality product and can give hours of enjoyment I strongly believe it is worth the money.

Great game but some minor (major) bugs that need to be fixed
Enter the Gungeon is great. I liked the pc version so of course I was going to like this. There are however a few bugs that make this game very different. Unfortunately I can’t save the game like I can in the PC version. I lost a few great runs like this when I tried to press the button to save. I came back to it later and found myself in the same room I left off but with no items except the starter ones. Also, companions sometimes glitch out and can’t attack.

Multiplayer bug and recommendation
They fixed the username bug that didn’t show in multiplayer, but know when both players are near the gate only the party leader is able to get in and start the match. The other player kinda just stays there in the lobby. I came back to see how this game was doing and wanted to try it with a family member, I am not really a single player person. Last thing, I think progress saving will be cool for multiplayer. Mainly so I just don’t start with every character maxed and all, it would be pretty fun trying to unlock chars with friends.

For some reason at some point during my game/play through the Cult Of The Lamb DLC stopped working
Fun game, bad mechanics
I’ll start by saying that I️ love playing this game and the difficulty it brings. But the saving aspect is terrible. If you leave the app for a short period of time and reload the game, all your items and wepons you’ve acquired are gone. You’ve spent all your time getting good loot, and by the time you take a break and come back, you’ve lost everything on floor 4 with just a starter pistol
This is a good adaptation
This game is very good and entertaining, it has everything you need when it comes to weapon design, and don’t even start about synergies. The visuals are amazing, and the artwork and gunplay work well. For the most part, but there are some interesting things about aiming in this adaptation that make it a little funky. The other difficult thing is the roll button, there is no great place to put it, because to use it you need to press it with your thumb or the finger you’re using to move the aim/movement joysticks. So you can’t really shoot and roll in this game. Thats the only thing though
