Great game but needs major improvement
We need 10 minute shields and 4 hour shields as well. We need a cap as to how many silos an alliance can secure. We need a limit to how many times a hive can be checkered in one week for instance - no more than twice. We need to see battle reports of bases that we have reinforced. We need to extend the shield time for a burned base from 12 hours to three days.
Pretty Much Pay to Play
This game will try to in any way make sure you spend money if you get at all interested in it. Some of the upgrades in this game take almost 1+ years and can only make it quicker if you spend money to buy time boosts. There are tons of people in this game that dump money into to buy troops instead of unlocking them by buying them for roughly $70-$100 and will aimlessly attack anyone for no reason so with you unable to defend yourself you just keep losing power and time while you wait for troops to heal. So in the end it’s a pointless roundabout of losing troops healing them, losing troops healing them while you wait 200 real life days for a research or building to upgrade

Servers are slow always buffering but it is a really good game plus they give you a taste of bundles then only bring back on special holidays

Cheating within
UPDATE May 21 2026: I recently seen my friends email from support and his base and he was compensated for being rallied, the Admins are definitely shady stay far away!!! - I've played this game since it released in 2016 but age has changed this game for the worst. The admins are heavily involved with big spending players and help them tremendously I myself have spent a few hundred on it but can't even get ticket answered. So unless your pockets are deep don't bother the admins will work against you.
Night Stalker
Players should be able to shield their outposts, it would be helpful if players could zoom out 10 to 20% more, and attacking players should not be able to attack other players that are greater than 5 levels below them. The numbers don’t make any sense.

Not wasting any more $$
The game developers and moderators don’t care at all about making the game accessible for everyone. Region mergers end up putting massive coining players in the same regions as those who cannot or don’t want to spend money. As a result, those players are attacked regularly until they have had enough and quit the game. If HC would listen to their players (which they don’t) they would create separate regions for different types of players. Make high-coining regions for those who want to spend endless amounts of money on the game. And non-coining regions for those who don’t. But since that would lead to regions where HC couldn’t make any money, it will never happen. I’ve seen too many good players quit because HC does this repeatedly. Well, I’m done with it. You can kiss my contributions goodbye.

I like the concept of the game. The game relies too much on pvp and pay to pvp.
If only it were fair.
Pay to win. Even when your doing good in the game they will throw a curveball and screw you. You can spend 1000$s of dollars and still not keep up.

Going to lose more players
Game is already dying and you merge us with a 4 billion player, Good way to lose people. My main guy is 300m, took a year, now it’s a chew toy for Hulk. I know I will never spend a penny here again, if I stay playing

It takes too long of time to upgrade buildings and costs too much.
Really good but could do with improvements
I love this game. It is exciting and play with some really great people. I think it could be better if you had the option of getting more than 1 engineer as things start to take a really long time to upgrade (months) unless your willing to spend a lot of money to speed it up. It would also be a good thing if the map expanded when the big alliances have captured most of it. You tend to just be stuck with nowhere to go when this happens. Other than that, it’s great fun :-)
Suspended my account
When I went to go buy a pack from the in game store and payed for it my account was suspended. I have contacted customer support and I am still waiting on a response or for the mistake to be fixed. I will not be buying anything from your games or any game put out by your brand unless this is fixed.

Die Macher des Spieles lassen sich immer was neues einfallen um das Spiel interessanter zu machen, sie hauen immer mehr Zeug rein wo der Server noch mehr belastet wird. Warten auf den Spieleserver kommt immer. Zigarettenpause locker in der Zeit drinn. Kleiner Blick danach drauf. ahhhh immer noch, könnte man den Geschirrspüler noch aus räumen. Kurzer Blick fertig super. Spielen wir mal 2min. Danach wieder das selbe Spiel mit dem Warten. Einmal Staubsaugen die ganze Bude und dann könnte er fertig werden der Server usw. Mein Leben hat sich echt verändert zum positiven sagt meine Frau. Wer Geld hat, kann sich natürlich auch Spezial Einheiten kaufen die super sind und jeden kostenlosen Spieler locker fertig machen können wenn der Spiele Server mit macht.

Hi everyone, As part of a strategy- war game, it has ups and downs. A lot of crazy guys or girls spending a lot of money, after all is a free game with no limit and the only way to get stronger you have to play daily, that is for sure.. The shard caches, could be a bit better so everyone can buy more often ( this is good for the game and for the player, that would motivate more players to spend) What I did when I started, because it took way too long to evolve and defend yourself, you had to spend a few.. The different of time area it can make it fun and frustrated but that is the good part as you can surprise your enemie, especially when your power is a bit less than others. Some players are here to get strong and atack and kill, this is fun for them( why not) I am here to creat good teams with a lot of friends from all countries and to get stronger together.. Overall it does take a lot of time to build and conquer, but this is the fun of it( not everyone likes a game that ends in a few months) so keep it up.. Would be a great improvement to have zoom for the map and a few extra tricks that we can collected them with the gathering and bugs so everyone can have a good vibe about it I like the game( but the team makes it all, without them wouldn’t have been as fun as right now) you are the one that can choose what the game means to you. Pay to win
Fun game to spend a little time on, but as a casual player, get prepared to get stomped on by any other player who pays almost any amount of money. I have been casually playing for about a year now yet I am only at 5% of the power level that pay-to-win players are at. And the staff is completely biased towards their wallet warriors, allowing them to do basically anything they want simply because they have paid money into the game

Game is just about game moderators always growing faster than you. Moderators attack you endlessly just to get you to spend money to catch up! Not just a little money but thousands of dollars.
Operation: new earth
This is a decent game, conquer territory with your alliance, take control over silos to launch nukes. And if someone is in your way destroy their base to relocate their facility. The only issue I have with the game itself is the “dummy bases” bases created to block and distract your alliance from your goal. I hope the dev. Team does something about this issue soon.

A little slow to do anything once you get past the low levels. Little to do until you are strong enough to survive attacks.

The game play is good and varied. However, if your budget is unlimited, you can buy your way to the top and behave like a jerk. The jerks spoil the game.

Needs a tech map.
Games great, but knowing the technology direction is really tough. It needs an interactive tech map, so you can head in a certain direction.
Unfair Alliance's
I loved playing this game for quite a while. There are maybe 10 alliances in the 4 regions of the whole game that are the most powerful. You need to join a powerful alliance to "SURVIVE" and grow in the game. If you create a new alliance and try to build it up, it is impossible. I have tried it 3 times and every time I got attacked many times for no reason. I always lead my alliances with honour and following the rules. It takes months and months to build an alliance to the point of being satisfied. When you keep getting attacked for trying to build something from the ground up it becomes really annoying and makes the game unplayable. I'm writing this review because you need to be told what is involved with playing this game. If you want to join a huge alliance feel free. If your intent is to create one, all I can say is good luck. I have now stopped playing this game because of the unfairness to new alliances.

Better when in new regions
This game is super addicting if you know how to play I was able to get a lvl 9 base with 150k power in less than 2 days without money!!! But yeah if you’ve had experience with this game it is 100000% better

Within 5 minutes the ads start. Then the 50$ expansion pack. Sounds like another money game. Going to look for something else that doesn’t want $100 to begin playing

Getting better, some way to go
Good game and fun. Glitchy still, movement around map is painful sometimes and recruiting isn't easy. Imbalance between established players and newbies is a bit harsh, join an alliance quickly.

This game is great but crash's so much you'd think it was a steam early access for all the trouble it causes.

Bullying
I love the game but there is one player who doesn’t do anything but bully the weak. I have tried to be generous towards him and he does nothing but keeps attacking and won’t even give you a chance to level up or gain anything. Even if you buy stuff with your own money he will destroy you and won’t let you have fun. Again he bullies the weak.
Amazing sort of..
This game is absolutely amazing the only bad thing about it is when you open the map the game crashes! Please fix this as it would make the game alot better 😭

Good game but crashes repeatedly in harvesting mode.
Just a few things.
So firstly let me say that this has alot of potential. However, it seems to be quite glitchy at the moment and the animations aren't the greatest. But for me the problem is price and bundle offers. I have a feeling due to the prices that they are randomly generated and thats an issue. I would like not necessarily cheaper, but packs equal in value. Anyway this is good, and it can be great!
