Do not play this game. The Chinese company responsible for this game allow theft to occur and refuse to respond to complaints. Many accounts become stolen due to hacks and game bugs the developers and the company refuses to fix or address. They say they cannot fix the problems or they flat out refuse to help. Spend your money or time elsewhere. A formal complaint has been sent to the US state department to look into this company.

Messed up Events
I played on server 203 and they started the “first week event” like 5 days after the server which includes the upgrade nobility event. I reached rank of knight already and they refused to give me the rewards for reaching that rank. Not to mention all of the other events not receiving progress for.

Nobody minds spending money in place of time. But not spending time and money. There is no balance. Population alt accounts and your main account with all the money spent. Remove the need for population accounts. Nobody wants to spend time and money. We want to spend more time playing the game

Good game/Question
I like this game and I’ve played it before on separate devises but have always been curious as to why you do not put another very similar game called Empire Rome Rising in the App Store for apple users. That game is much better and wish I could get it on my iPad. I’m sure it could be made available considering it too is an FT game.
Ideas
Would be cool if there was a ISB points Legendary store where you can trade in points for Heroes or even more gear...Would be awesome as well if there was gear to fuse for example (if you have 3 of the same legendary helmet you can fuse for a better one) that itself would be so rare...Maybe update Research to lvl 20 all of em...
I don’t get it, the game is just broken
I’ve always enjoyed this game and I use to play a few years back and it was pretty good. But now even when you start a new server within a week you have players with 10 million prestige so even if you spent a bit of money you wouldn’t stand a chance. At least give the illusion of chance. Due to the real time building and recruiting all the events are tailored for players who have played longer rather than giving new players a chance to catch up or lock up some good resources. So it’s pretty much a crap game that’s seemingly flooded with cheaters or millionaires I guess.

El Juego está bueno, si me entretuvo mucho!! El asunto es que ya los jugadores viejos no te dejan progresar porque cuando estás construyendo algo llegan con sus innumerables tropas de meses de juego y de la noche a la mañana te dejan sin nada, y por mas cuerda que seas te saquean y te dejan sin nada. Y si cometen el error mío de mandarles un correo pidiendo que te tengan consideración debido a que tienes poco tiempo y estás apenas creciendo, te toman de bajada y es peor. Entiendo que se trata de eso de formar un imperio y sacarlo adelante pero así es muy difícil.
Tropas pérdidas
Se pierden muchas tropas en las batallas y solo te permite recuperar un 10% en el campo de tropas y cuesta mucho tiempo volver a crearlas. Deberían de hacer lo mismo que cuando las tropas se marchan por falta de comida y poder recupéralas en un tiempo. Cuesta mucho conseguir escudos de paz y es todo muy caro. Por eso os doy 3 estrellas. Si mejoran estas cosas les doy las 5 estrellas sin dudarlo.

Pay to win app like all others. Difficult to compete without spending huge amounts of cash.
Great game
I enjoy the game but would really like to see the lvl cap of the inner city buildings go higher without needing to use building plans..if you don’t understand what I’m talking about look at Empire Rome Rising. Basically the the original to this game but with much higher lvls of the buildings for a far less cost meaning theirs no need to spend money to upgrade building to max lvl. Evens the game out and makes it so even players that can’t afford to spend have a chance to dominate like the players that so spend money.
Don’t bother unless you plan on spending
I played this game for over two years on 5 different servers. New servers are ok until the big $$ coiners get there and those who don’t spend are quickly wiped out. Obviously the devs will keep this pay to play as long as possible, but eventually no one will want to play this game anymore

You’ll waste your time unless you want to spend $$$ Games old and not very fun anymore anyways. And definitely should be rated R with the adult language used in alliance rooms. Sex, drugs and more. My kids would never touch this. Your only concern is with world chat but my goodness alliance chat can be disgusting. Nice try, maybe instead of moderators watching world chat you can use filters. But imagine the worst adults all over the world chatting with the kiddos in alliance chat and private messages :/ Thanks but no thanks, parents keep your kids off of this game. If your child plays this it would be in your best interest to log in and take a look. **update*** Your mods only watch world chat, your rules apply to world chat. I know it may not make sense to you but as a parent allowing adults to talk about alcohol, sex, drugs etc in alliance chat isn’t ok.

Something is wrong when you lose 8 times in a row when forging at 90% chance of success. This game is a joke, an expensive one. Surprised these con artists are still around.

It's fantastic and well organised. You'll love it. The only problem is that you don't get free gold just eventually so be ready to pay money if you really want to enjoy it properly.

This game was amazing but now even tho I've played game for a while and spent money here it now says it's not compatible with my iPad. So I can't play now. I also can't complain to the developers as there's no way to contact them unless you're in the game
MUST TRY
I’ve played every city building MMO game like this Out there, and I’ve never found a deeper one, that had all the elements I love in it before this, only thing I don’t love is it isn’t a pay to play but it is a pay to win. Granted you can still lead the top alliance I did without spending but it’s tough, and you won’t be top player. Give it a shot for sure though!
Good game, worst customer service ever!
Emailed customer service 3 times about failure of battle warnings. I received the same cookie cutter message all 3 times, they ask you to force stop, clear data, uninstall then reinstall the app. Then they tell you it’s your network and not an app problem. This is a very poorly run service/app, don’t take my word for it just click on the get assistance button right on this screen and it goes to page cannot be displayed.

Do not spend money on this game! You play for hours only to have server interruptions. I had several server crashes on me in one day.

Fix your servers
I've been playing for a day and the game has beendisconnecting once every 10 minutes at best. At worst it keeps me from reloading for 1-2 minutes. The gameplay is great, the servers aren't. Fix them
