Love it
Love this game. Just give me some time to earn some money in real life too, so that I could at least pay you especially if I could start my own business. I understand that you want me to play more and more, but the extra time that you require is more possible if you give me time to figure out a way to get my financial at least OK in a country that isn’t free. It is a great game and you should have confidence about it. So as to other good games.
Come on now
I’m going to be as short as possible.What is the point of the adds that don’t work, are for clear scams , and generally clearly not for the audience that plays this game. Really.
Long time player
I started playing a few months after the game started. I spend about 30$ a month to stay competitive. Join a good fleet and at least buy the 4$ monthly dilithium card. If you love Star Trek, then this game can be fun. It takes quite a while to get your captain leveled to the 99 limit, so don’t expect to shoot to the top in no time… lots of forums and help learning the ropes when you join a fleet. I would give it 5 stars if the game wasn’t so profit driven and cared more about player input . Most of us keep going because we’ve made some good friends along the way(fleet mates🙂) 🖖
Fun game, misleading pricing on in-app purchases.
Game is a fantastic time waster. I've multiple accounts over the years and have made more in-app purchases than I care to admit. On more than one instance recently have I purchased an item, most recent example listed at $4.99 for the 'Cadet Offer' and immediately received a notification showing I purchased for $10.81 from my bank app. Support takes an absolute eternity to get back to you on the issue (one reply per day), so the loss is almost not worth the time investment spent waiting for and replying to support. Be weary if you choose to make any purchases, as if you play enough, like most FTP games, the game HEAVILY incentivises it.
Some work needed
3 star microchip drop change is 5/5 yet 15+ tries and not a single drop. Broken. One QoL improvement recently and so many more needed. Many characters constantly added. Not enough crew slots you will need to pay to not lose.
Amazing tech support
I have played this game for a while now, and I’ve never run into any serious problems. It’s really fun to play and collect cards and ships . I did have an event not complete for me even though I did complete it. The support team is amazing they got to me quickly an made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this game to people as even if you have an issue, support will take care of you in a timely manner.

Amazing game
I only just got this game 2 days ago and I am now literally writing a review on how good the game is. I love the graphics and the storyline but a few tweaks can be made to change this review into a 5 star rather than a 4 star. First of all it would be good to improve the mechanics of upgrading the crew. I’m a bit confused on how it works. To improve that, maybe instead of buying upgrade pass things, you could just train a certain skill that costs time than money. Next, there should be an easier way of getting new crew members. Instead of buying from the portal, maybe there could be a daily pack for free with 1 crew member and credits or something... I hope this helps with improving the game.
Used to be good
This game used to be good. The current owners have made it more and more pay to play. With every new update, there’s a batch of new glitches. Some never get fixed, like the timers shown on the main screen matching the actual timers in the voyage. The current owners also don’t have the passion or interest in the series/games, and don’t put new characters in the collections they should be. Currently the Twin Mistresses of Evil mention being part of the Captain Proton holonovel in the flavor text, but they aren’t in the collection for the Captain Proton holonovel. They also don’t have consistency with the naming of some characters, there’s Interfaced Barclay and Interfaced La Forge, but then Machineman Paris from the interfaced Alice ship.
Wtf man
I spent $4.99 on a one time pack, for 1701 dilithium or whatever the offer was. It ate my money immediately and I have yet to get what I paid for. I’m about to get a refund since yall ain’t giving what I paid for. Also gonna delete the game because that’s some bs. I shouldn’t have to deal with that. Neither should anyone else
Love this game!
I’ve been playing this game since 2018. It is really fun and I love the people I’ve met along the way. The recent update is great except I have one little thing I don’t like too much. The rewards flash on the screen and I wish there was a way that you could skip them or make it go faster. I realize this is a new update. It’s not a big deal but just my opinion. I feel like it’s a lengthy claim. I enjoy my time by playing not claiming.
New legal gives rights to your pictures and can track your online activity
Unless you want to lose the hundreds you invested in the game, you have to decide if it’s worth giving your browsing history, pictures and other personal information to be sold outright to anyone. Took my favorite game to the worst for the end user personal data safety.
Good but could be better.
I enjoy this game. Been playing on/off for few years and in that time there is still NO in-game guidance for characters/fusions/upgrades, and no guild chat! I want to see more options for my pull down menu with characters! I want 1) fuse/upgrade 2) all possible characters that use same resources for upgrades 3) new characters I hate having to scroll thru everyone!! So…in character drop down implementation of FUSE option! Guild/ Alliance chat!

I won’t be consenting to personalised ads. My personal information such as ip address or anything else has nothing to do with you or anyone else. I play this game for entertainment not to have my personal information splashed all over the world so you can show ads that I don’t want to see, I find them very annoying and intrusive.
Entertaining
I downloaded this in 2016 and have played every day since. It's fun, artistically pleasing and the writers clearly respect the source material. It can take a while to level up, but worth the time.
Game has become a money grab
Loved this game but lately every event they do you need to pay for something to compete the event. Not worth it anymore.
Great game would recommend.
Great game however I find it’s been having a lot of load issues where I can’t get past the load screen. Besides this it’s a fun game that can be addicting at time collecting all my favorite characters.
Canned / Old / Not that good
I am on a Star Trek kick so I searched the App Store and found this app - I had downloaded it and deleted before, but the App Store marketing pulled me in that I could play all my old characters and immerse myself in that world. They hired the actor for Q as a voice actor!! I wasn’t expecting that. Everyone else (Picard, etc.) was a couple sound clips you’ll recognize from the shows. The display is clunky and boxy. The load times are slow, and the gameplay felt too abstract from actually doing something. I could only play 20 minutes before deleting again. It did kick up some of the nostalgia which is what I wanted - but unintuitive UI, blah content, I couldn’t keep going. Maybe you can.
Update ruined playability
I was tempted to pay for the game up until they made it regularly unplayable. Don't waste your time on this bait and switch developer.

Star Trek: Support Ticket
There is not a single day that goes by in this game that I don’t file a support ticket for some basic feature that failed. The reasons are as vast in number as grains of sand in the ocean. To their credit, support usually replies and gives you something. And if you look at reviews, 99% of complaints are met with this solution. But come one, guys. This is not a beta. It’s a ten year old game and literally not one feature in the entire thing works reliably. The only thing the game devs care about is the rate at which they can rip your wallet off. Prices are downright criminal. But even with that, you cant even be bothered to present a product that even works. If you love trek, avoid this like you avoid everything this franchise has done for the last 10 years.
Needs update for newer iPhones.
On the iPhone 13 max multiple UI elements are inaccessible or hard to get to, as well numbers displaying weird in gauntlet for example 1000 shows as 100 with a 0 on a lower line. Hard to scroll to bottom of crew. Still fun if you’re a Star Trek fan. *Just wanted to update my review because it looks like the last update solved a good number of UI problems.
Good game but shisters
I really enjoy playing this game but I’ll never purchase anything again. When I purchased a game pack for 24.99 I was charged for two packs which I wrote them about concerning the issue. I received a reply saying a refund wasn’t in order and sent another email explaining in more details why I shouldn’t be charged for two items, one of which I didn’t order, but again received an email back stating I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I don’t understand why these people have to be so greedy and I just wanted everyone to be careful buying extra items for such games… they won’t listen to your reasons and won’t explain why they came to their decision.
It’s ok. But could be better.
Some stuff like the crew retrieval system is just too complicated to understand and not well explained. Plus I just mostly want just regular crew members for my ships and gameplay. Like a regular Captain Picard and regular Captain Kirk. Not too many characters like Picard dressed as a Romulan or Picard at Al Anon! Just too many unnecessary characters. It should be cleaned up somehow. Make it more like Star Trek: Legends on the characters. Now the good things: Gameplay is great and when you do get a regular character they do a great job on the portraits! Plus the ships are cool. It feels like Star Trek!

I love this game. My only complaint about s that it is way to hard to unlock new ships. Please make this a little bit easier,but other than that one of my favorite games

This game has existed for over a DECADE??? It is so buggy, and froze 3 times in the first 2 mins of play!!

I quite like this game, could ease on of the space upgrade prices a bit though, and put more useful stats on some crew, I find I just use the same handful of crew for everything.
9.2.0 doesn’t fit on my iPhone 14 screen
The game imagery is now offset to the left, with the game data hidden behind the front facing camera. The game also doesn’t abide by the “lock orientation” - it keeps flipping around whether the orientation lock is on or not. Seriously? This is the huge update we were waiting for?
Looks great
My problem is I’ve downloaded it around a year ago I played the first mission and closed it the next time I opened it the buttons didn’t work I was just stuck zooming in and out or turning my. camera And I did try to uninstall it and install it still didn’t work :/ 3/5 for the way it looks and the voice acting

Star Trek timelines support after system upgrades is ineffective I played for many years but the last upgrade virtually locked me out... Which left me no choice but to resign from a game I enjoyed guess I did not spend enough money to be more than a number its a cash grab!
This game is amazing
Die hard trekkie here. This game is unbelievable. It’s like the ultimate trading card game for Star Trek and the way they have you battle and have to consider the crew you send into battle is lunacy. I love it. I cannot believe I’m just finding out about this game right now. I’m telling all my friends. five stars.
The beam in animation
The unskipable beam in animation is game breaking-ly stupid. Nobody asked for it, especially when it slows down progress in an event. Drop that garbage and make some player quality of life improvements.

Not that great
I have this on pc and the experience is better. The app is just a pointless grind and the whole “watch a video” for free spins is a scam after the video it removes your daily spin and gives you nothing. The game itself runs smooth and looks good but grinding won’t get you anywhere and it’s just not worth spending any money on. On the pc there are still options to buy upgrades but even without things can be gotten through playing. The app will make sure you just can’t progress without wasting days getting one piece of equipment or dropping some cash. I get they make the game to make money but honestly it’s not worth spending any money. It’s too bad because I do enjoy the game on pc not going to waste any time on the app.

It’s not really a game, it’s more of a nothing. More of a here’s some poorly illustrated still of Star Trek. And you can try to get some others. But definitely not a game.
Variety
I like that there are several different version of a lot of characters and that includes lots of them that are only in one episode of Star Trek 😊
Terrible RNG game, like a bad casino.
The odds of winning are so highly stack against you. The game was fun at first but it gets tiresome. 1.27% chancing of winning is just insane.

What even is this?
Nothing makes me feel more like I’m part of starfleet than pop up micro transactions begging for money and ads, the visuals are boring and just bad, the story is nonsense, game play is non existent. This is insulting to start trek fans and just pandering, stay away from

Love Star Trek but the prices for add on are way over the top and it's lucky dip what you get. The weekend campaigns are pretty good.
So slow...
Decent game if you avoid gambling by paying for drop packs etc., but in the past week the app has become unbearably slow on iOS.
Too much time required
I had to quit this game a couple years ago. They introduced too many new features and if I play a game I want to do it all. But with so many different things to do, you find you’re sinking way too much time into it. I just tried it again and it’s just the same. Such a shame as I enjoyed it. You can have too much of a good thing you know........
