UK licenses not accepted
UK licenses are now not accepted on the platform. Not sure what’s driving the change as it was not the case a few years ago
Great except Dacia
Great app. The only reason for not giving it maximum score is the Dacia Spring. Very often it’s really hard to even start the engine. And this seems to be the most common car.
SmS notification to confirm the number
I tried multiple times to confirm my phone number but I don’t get the sms code. I tried also to sign in on the website but after I put email and password the login button doesn’t work. It is a great idea a car sharing service and for me that I’m a tourist I can avoid the car rental company.
Good app but parking zones are inadequate
Yes the app is good and for the most part the vehicles are in good shape but I find it frustrating that there is no zone around Hospital Nadezhda for example. This app is about connecting the city by car in a more cheap way (without the need to pay for taxis for example) and the fact that you can park 20 min away from the hospital and not around the area is just not logical. There are parking zones around offices but not around a critical place like a hospital. I have no idea if there is a reason for this maybe there is, I understand it if it’s an app like Bolt or Lime but it’s just mind boggling how I had to walk 20 min by foot to reach a critical location. I really hope there is a fix one day for this.

Получаване на глоба - не правомерно
Здравейте, наскоро поличих глоба от Спарк която беше не правомерна! Аз не съм пушач, но индикатора в колата показа, че се е пушило в рамките на няколко минути. Използвам Спарк от 2020г. До настоящия момент нямам едно нарушение. Опитах да говоря с човека който ми изпрати глобата по имейл, но той не пожела да комуникира с мениджър и да направят компромис, тъй като computer says no !!! И така реших да споделя неприятния си опит от мината седмица ! Всичко добро! Поздрави, Симона Божкова
Great idea, great execution, lacks a bit of informing.
Serviciul este unul foarte ajutator cand ai nevoie, mai ales pentru cei ce nu au masina dar au nevoie sa ajunga repede undeva. Insa ii lipsesc niste anunturi in prealabil. Desi scrie in regulament and all, ar fi dragut daca ar aparea si pe ecran ca un pop up, de exemplu, faptul ca daca ai sub 26 de ani, nu poti merge intre orele 00-06. It kinda beats the purpose of the service. Dar overall great experience
Sms notification to confirm number
Unfortunately the app doesnt function properly. Tried to register an account and confirm my phone number but did not receive any sms code (tried two different numbers). Also, if i change number the page on the app doesnt reload to where i could input the sms code recived. Pleae fix the bugs

Направих регистрация взеха транзакцията от 30лв и акаунта не е валиден. След 2 прозвънявания ми казват, че ръчно преглеждали шофьорската книжка. Така че не разчитайте след регистрация да може да ползвате услигите им.

I used it like five or six time , but the last time I clicked the button to end my session and yesterday I saw that the app has clinched and that the session was not over and they charged me 131 lv. Is that normal fix your app.
Labai prasta sistema
Labai prasta kokybė. Aš turiu tik anglišką telefoną, jų pagalbos telefonas neveikia su užsenietiškais tel, man visi vw up atsirakina, bet neužsiveda, dėl šios bėdos jau keturi kartus informavau, nieko nepataiso. Tuomet negrąžina pinigų už savo klaidas, kažkokius tik kuponus, nors pasaugos nesuteikia. Taip pat support nenaudingas. Labai nerekomenduoju, prasidėjo sparkas gerai, dabar labai prasta kompanija… sugaištu daug laiko

Pretty useful if u need it on day time
Excellent concept, frustrating login glitch
I’ve used this service on a friend’s phone and it’s fantastic—clean interface, useful features, and exactly what I need day-to-day. Unfortunately, I can’t enjoy it on my own device because the SMS verification never arrives. I’ve tried multiple numbers, Wi-Fi and cellular, reinstalled the app, and still no code. Support has been friendly but the issue persists, leaving me stuck at the login screen. Please sort out the SMS gateway (or add an email/Authenticator option). Once that’s fixed, this will be an easy five-star app.
Unfair Charge and Poor Customer Service Experience
I recently had a disappointing experience with Spark. I was charged for a supposed mess left in the back seat of a car I rented, even though I never used the back seat. Every time I used their service, I was either alone or with one other person, and we both sat in the front. We didn’t eat or drink in the car, so I am certain that any damage or mess was not caused by me. To make matters worse, I received this notice out of nowhere two weeks after my rental, with Spark attempting to charge 30€ to my card without any prior communication. When I declined the charge, I received a formal letter demanding payment. This situation has left me frustrated and disappointed with their lack of transparency and unfair treatment of customers. I expected better from a service I trusted.

Am făcut abonament și după 1 săptămână au micsorat zona de acoperire în Sectorul 1 peste noapte. Practic nu mai pot folosi acest serviciu.
The future of driving
This app is fantastic. Love that it’s all electric cars in the fleet. Only complaint is that payment at sign up should come as the last step, not before ID check.
Very high price nowadays
At the beginning a short trip for about 20 minutes and 5-6 km was OK at a 15-18 RON price. Now, the same trip got me up to 48 RON which is very much. I’m better of with an Uber/Bolt fare which is much lower in price and you also have a driver.

Zona acoperire modesta
Din păcate aveti un mare defect, nu poți finaliza cursa oriunde, nu acoperă nici chiar sectorul 1 Bucuresti, ceea ce ma face sa prefer UBER !
Sign in not working
It asks me to register instead of signing in and when I try to register again it says that the email is already used. Customer support only offers a premium phone number I cannot call so I left without a transport when it’s needed
Good but…
Has a lot of cars, most of them are always charged and have enough autonomy for travels in the city. However, they have too many restrictions, some of which are stupid and unnecessary, like the 24-06AM restriction for those under the age of 26. I’m trying to commute when there’s no bus! Could also do something about the app to be more user friendly. I would also suggest a new feature of “feedback about the car” before booking one. I’d like to know if the car has a missing rearview mirror or who knows what before I actually walk to the car. LE: Took back 2 more stars because the customer support is horrible, not helpful and trying to avoid to answer simple questions. Also, the speed limit system is broken, having the limit of 30km/h on all roads in or outside the city.

LE: Dacia Spring pe timp de iarnă: în aplicație arată că duce 100km, te urci în ea, începe să te taxeze, observi că pe bord scrie că mai poți merge doar 60km. Dezaburirea abia merge, cablu de încărcare nu există în mașină, te dai jos, închei sesiunea și plătești că ai stat în ea. Groaznică mașina! Cei care le închiriază își bat joc de ele, nu respectă regulamentul, mașinile le predau pline de păr de animale, unele mașini n-au oglindă lunetă, grile ventilație AC, lichid de parbriz tocmai când ai nevoie de el etc., iar tu trebuie să declari toate neregularitățile astea după ce descui mașina și începe să-ți taxeze timpul, doar ca să te dai jos din ea și să cauți alta fără probleme. Bani și timp irosit degeaba. Avantajul ar fi că le găsești ușor și le ții cât vrei, chiar mai ieftin decât închirierile auto obișnuite la care unele te obligă să le iei minim 3 zile.

My account has disappeared and I cannot login to the app anymore!!!! I even tried creating a new account, this does not work either… Absolute joke, and this is on top of the not so good prices… I was a supporter for the greener way of travelling, but not with Spark it seems
It can be a lot better
A very convenient way of transportation, but unfortunately they have gps issues, car’s without mirrors (more often than I thought), sometimes I cannot lock the car because the app thinks that some door is open (even if that is not the case) and horrible customer support
Nice way/cheap way to get around, but in Romania…
All the cars that i used smell of cigarettes, even if there is a big sign with no smoking on the dashboard. Also, there are missing pieces from inside (people stole the air conditioner pieces). One had 2 bended doors. Maybe a sistem of taking picturea should discourange of damaging the cara should work

I’m a Bulgarian citizen (EU citizen) who lives in the UK, therefore, I have a British driving licence. I go back to my country twice a year and would like to use Spark. However, I always get discriminated by this company because of my driving licence…
50€ activation ???
What are you even thinking putting that much as an activation amount… you just make ppl to avoid ur app that’s all

Very good service and nice car, but after the update 2.08 it doesn’t work anymore 🤷🏻♂️
Poor customer service
Extremely awful customer service. Hard to find the words how disappointed I am from interacting with their team. The app and biz model fine (copied from already existing such) but the staff are so bad that it makes it all pointless. I HOPE a competitor comes up so that I never interact with them again.
Mixed experience
Can be very convenient and cheaper than traditional car sharing options uber/bolt etc, but recently they introduced Dacia Spring and they have errors on starting the cars and the waiting times for calls to support sometimes exceed 10 minutes. Sometimes, on closing the session, you are wrongly requested to close all the issues. A restart of application works in this case. And other times you wait relatively long times - tens of seconds - for car to open. They’d rather improve the software part of things soon.
Easy to rent electric cars
I think this is the easiest way to rent the latest electric cars at very afordable price for short trips like 5-20 mins and for longer ones like 1-2 days. Glad to discover it! 👍
The company is awful
It’s a great away to get around and it’s very easy to operate with. But the company charges you randomly even after you’ve finished the trip. And it’s not small amounts - it’s approx 150bgn. They’re always trying to trap you so they can get extra money out of you. Even if you email them, they’ll say they’re investigating the issue and try take money out of your card without telling you
BUGS
The update looks great but we still need a “report” button right into the map so we can report if cars are not there. (Like in private parking or whatever) I couldn’t find the car two times. The app is more buggy than before!!! You can’t end the ride and you have to wait for three minutes or more for the app to show the car to end it. Please fix it. This is a serious bug that charges us.

Sign up process takes your details, payment card details Then it takes a payment And only then does it verify your driving licence But if your country is not on the list it is only at this point that you find out. Too late-the payment has been taken Bad design..get a taxi.
Worst customer support
The idea is good, but is in the hands of the wrong people. This company is not worth its money. Highly disliked.
