Looks good so far!
Visiting from abroad. App seems to work well. Registered with non Bulgarian number, added my card, everything works well (maybe don’t charge 0.10 to add a card?). Has a nice map to tell you what zone you are in. Overall happy with the app.

Slow Payment Processing
Keeps crashing or requires you to restart the app and your phone. At the very least if you have bugs have error messaging.
Работи - ама не винаги. Както всичко в България.
Автоматичното паркиране не е изтеглило пари от картата поради грешка в системата им. Важното е че са ми сложили скоба. По телефона ти казват - ама “ти трябва да си следиш телефона” дали работи :D едва ли не на всеки час. Чудя се за какво ли е тогава автоматичната услуга, ако е ненадеждна? 5.9 милиона лева явно не са стигнали за тази обществена поръчка за да работи безупречно…

Нямах проблеми с регистрацията. Пристигна мейл веднага с код. Приложението е супер.
Няма градски транспорт
Виждам само опциите да заплатя паркинг, но не и картата си за градския транспорт

Amazing…I see there is a reciew from the 1st of July of the issue - no sms is received to activate one’s account…wel neither an e-mail…It is now October & this is not fixed…Thanks for nothing professionals…

ОК но с очевадни пропуски
Като цяло сте се постарали за потребителското преживяване. Обаче в същото време това е първото приложение което виждам, в което можеш да завършиш покупка и никъде нито веднъж да не видиш цената, която ще платиш за услугата. Това освен че е смешно и дразнещо за всеки гост на града, противоречи и на половината нормативна уредба и правилници на MasterCard/Visa и банките. Един бутон на който пише само “Плати” с логиката “те потребителите ще си знаят колко” прави всички трансакции през приложението отворени за диспут.

The app is work not so good, but this is better that send sms to pay for the parking like in 1990’s… Because there is no parking automats in the city…

Не работи по никакъв начин уж имам профил ама няма такъв профил, после пращат код за смяна на парола обаче КОДЪТ КОЙТО ТЕ МИ ПРАЩАТ НЕ Е ВЕРЕН???
Terrible notifications system
Every once in a while the payment fails and they don’t send you a push notification. They just show a message box with a text Внимание! and that is it. It is in the app and you almost always miss it, which leads your vehicle clamped. When you do get clamped, you don’t get a notification as well which can lead to your vehicle getting towed to a remote parking. These two issues are very important for the users and I wonder why they are not imlemented 😠

Приложението прави това, което се очаква от него, но интерфейсът е под всякаква критика-застъпват се бутони, текстове, някои текстове са неясно написани.
Works fine
I've paid for blue zone 2 times already. I never had any issues. It's mire convinient than the SMS as it also works with foreign SIM cards.

Pretty straightforward and simple
I’m quite surprised how functional and practical they’ve made the app, my car got clamped. Called the phone and instantly got picked up on the other side, team arrived in few minutes. I’ve paid and that was it, the app itself is great too as there’s all the needed functionality. Good job on it, shame on my fine though

A Bulgarian who lives abroad here. I downloaded the app driven by curiosity to see how useful it would be. Unfortunately, it won’t let you use it without making a profile. Anyway, I tried to register, but it wanted to send a confirmation code to my mobile. Of course, the system is designed to work only with Bulgarian numbers starting +359, so I couldn’t receive this code (I put my mobile number in the designated space, but I didn’t receive any). Shame, because I’ve been in many countries, mostly around Europe, where you download the local transport app and you start using it even before you have arrived there. This app might be useful, although I’ve read the other review stating another problem with the registration, but how do we know if one can use it? Are there people using the app or is everyone on the internet page equivalent to this? Just as usual, we’ve got good intentions in Bulgaria, but not many resources (or excess of mind laziness) and therefore inefficient results or bad quality products.

You cannot even register in the app with modern TLD email addresses. No support for English in the registration process. Typical low quality ill conceived design

7/2022 was the fastest use of a mobile app payment I’ve ever done! Clear, simple, all info automatically included, absolute pleasure 👏. However I registered earlier through different platform. Beats any West Coast American mobile application for city, public or government development use. Thank you
Can’t even register
Typical Bulgarian app development. Absolutely useless, first thing it wants you to do is register, but it won’t let you. Sometimes it will send you a verification code, you enter it, some error. Sometimes it just errors out before the verification step. A beautiful example of why you shouldn’t let your challenged nephew develop your national service apps. Outrageous corrupt garbage.

Developers have no understanding of building applications for the people. The only thing this app do is making you mad. I hope that the developers and management will die in their sleep.
