Compared to the onerous and bureaucratic car hire system in the Uk - this was like heaven!! Highly recommended.

Have had multiple issues where system didn't work as expected but it's still you who pays. No acceptance of responsibility by CityBee. Take screen recordings and videos. You'll need them

Exceptional customer service
I had issues with my account and couldn’t secure the car. The customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. During my rental I realised that I have choose a wrong option, which end up costing me more money. Customer assistance Saule was very kind, supportive and helpful in assisting me and finding the best solution to sort this problem. Very grateful and thankful.

App hanged few times and had to restart it. It's even on predictable ios, which can be well tested.

Reservation does not work
I reserved a car, but after 15min my reservation was automatically canceled and someone else took my car. Why does the reservation cancels automatically? Just activate paid time (like your competitors do). P.S. I would have provided this feedback via Help Button - but it doesn’t work

Can only fill up at designated fill up stations
Can only fill up Circle filling stations in Lithuania, not very useful if your on a motorway running out of petrol.. Had to pay from my own card, ring customer support, then send email, then send another email with a request to refund the money, link for it non editable, another email, then fill in all the details, explanation, IBAN, BIC etc, what a load of hassle! Sort it out guys, you’re better that this

Overspeed limits are dangerous for your life
The only problem iš that they don’t allow you to overspeed. I’ve had many dangerous situations during my trip to Latvia when I’ve had to by pass on 150km/h and I’ve got a call from bot for wrecked driving. I’d be crashed like a matchbox if I wouldn’t speed couple of times like that. Oh yeah thank you for cancelling parking spot near my job, here’s your one star

It's good to ride the buses
It's the second day I've tried to trivialize my destination and the cars either won't unlock or aren't there at all. Great carsharing, it's easier to buy your own car, at least it will unlock.

What can I say - amazing service, very happy to use the City Bee. 5 stars from me.
Very poor customer service
Upon arrival at the airport I have tried to reserve the car, having used the system many times in the years before. I was asked to upload the driver’s license (which I have done before, but they do seem to ask it repeatedly). When I done it, I received the message to do video call, which I did, when I had to repeat the process. Was told it will be 5 min. When nothing happened, and I could not reserve the car still, and after trying useless help function in the app, I called customer services- which you can’t do from the app, and have to Google the number. The customer service assistant was less than useless, rude, didn’t know what to do, refused to connect to the manager to make complaint, and said she will call back in few minutes, which she obviously didn’t do. I then tried to upload the driving license again on the app- the previous upload has disappeared (!), after which was asked to do video call again, and during the second video call it transpired that they forgot to ask for a personal number during the previous call. So it took 1 hour 10 min(!) stuck in the airport to get the car… Luckily I had unlimited internet and phone minutes. So not for business traveler then. Why was I not warned before the journey when I checked the app that my driving license expired and why is the process so clunky is anyone’s guess. And it got quite expensive- the Uber is cheaper. So use at your peril… If I have known it I would have rented a normal car on Hertz or Enterprise and it would have been cheaper. CityBee is supposed to be about speed and convenience- well, it isn’t!

Sometime ago, I wrote about issues related user experience. Unfortunatelly, I was not solved. Also, when CityBee remove the "Go" program, the rides have become more expensier (~30% roughly saying). At this point, Bolt service is cheaper. CityBee should care more about their current users because it seems that have stopped doing so
Olympic sprinter
Estimated times to reach the reserved vehicle are totally unrealistic, unless you are an olympic sprinter and know the area well. The problem that the reservation expires too quickly and someone else could book the same vehicle when you are half way there. i am a fast walker but what is shown 1 min will take 5; what is 11 min will be about 25+ minutes at least.

The second time I’ve tried to use city bee app and both times something doesn’t goes wrong. First time could not connect my credit card and now the verification has gone through twice and it won’t accept my phone number anymore. Also the verification email I have received is in Lithuania, which I don’t understand.
Over all good but
Could not find any rental so decided to try citybee. Had to go to Druskininkai, and they don’t have/allow Druskininkai drop off yet. One day trip cost me 72 Euros. It’s a bit too expensive for a day trip. In my opinion this app/service is good if you are going from one point to another and just dropping the car off. Otherwise it’s way smarter to rent.
Getting worse by day
I’ve been using CityBee services for years, but I don’t feel like It’s worth the money. The state of cars is worse every time. They are extremely dirty inside and incredibly disgusting. Cars need to be cleaned more often especially in the pandemic times. You charge such high prices and I end up cleaning cars myself…how fair is that? Customer service extremely slow as well.

It wasn't clear at all where to leave the car at the Vilnius airport. the suggestion was clearly wrong. caused is quite a lot of stress looked where other city bees where parked. clearly marked parking or info on the website would have been helpful

App works but has some UI quirks
Every time I open app while using a car it says “no reservation” then after ten seconds, it appears. Also, there is no way to see mileage used (ideally by day) so I can compare my actual odometer reading with what they think I drove.

Terrible consumerwise
Recently they got all the customer info leaked to some online forum. Unacceptable. Company with such revenue which depends on their day-to-day customers cannot protect their interests and uses basic security instead, clearly to minimize maintaining costs and maximizing profit. Well thank you for making up my mind for me. Definately never using this service again. That is just too poor for the company with 30million revenue in 2020.

Good but sluggish
The app is good, especially UI for one hand navigation on large screen. Nevertheless: 1. Overall application performance is very slow. Sometimes it is way better to force close application and reopen. 2. Battery eater!

Pomysł super wykonanie średnie ( grate idea but aplication is like nightmare)
Pomysł na wynajem dużego auta ( dostawczego) na godzinę może dwie super, ceny akceptowalne ale dopracowanie aplikacji pod względem iPhone 11Pro i mBank to porażka. Nie ma możliwości dodania karty mBank (kredytowa, kredytowa wirtualna, debetowa) w przypadku iOS. Można to zrobić tylko na Androidzie ( komputer tez odpada). Jak już to się zrobi to aplikacja działa ale znów podczas wynajmu problem z weryfikacja prawa jazdy. Tu na szczęście restart załatwia sprawę. Później już jest ok. Podsumowując dwie gwiazdki tylko za to ze w końcu udało mi się wynająć auto ale sama aplikacja to lekka porażka jeśli chodzi o całokształt rejestracji. PS za czasów S.Jobsa AppStore nie puszczało takich bubli....

Labai letai vykdomos uzklausos, yoac pakelus aplokacija is "background" ir esant aktyviai rezervacijai. Labai ilgai tenka lukti sekmingo uzrakinimo. Pergalvokite UX nes meniu yra klaidinantis. Radaro funkcija veikia nestabiliai. Nepatogu naviguoti tarp automobiliu perziuru.
