- Free content is actually quite good
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt your quiet time constantly
- Violent ads feel wrong for a devotional
- Recent updates removed features you already paid for
It’s greeeeeeeaaaaat
This gets me thru everyday when I wake up and read this it uplifts my spirit and my day.
Too many ads and interruptions
Really enjoy the app, until you’re in the middle of a devotional or bible and you get interrupted by an ad!
Reading previous devotions
I like this app but I would love it more if I could go back and review all previous devotions.
Annoying Pop-ups
Initially liked the app a lot but the pop up ads became too much. Had to switch. Nothing worse than being in my time with God and having to pause for a stupid advertisement.
Stop with the ads already
The ads are intrusive every time you open the app. You cannot get into the word with an ad popping up every few seconds. I understand ads are needed but limit them & when they pop up. Not right when you open it. I clear it out then open the app back up for another ad to pop up immediately. Please address. Other than that, I like the app.
Pain to purpose
From daily bread I read in my prison cell in TDCJ to reading it on my iPhone somewhere in the mountains of Colorado Gods love is overwhelming and so powerful
Too much ad
Too much ad, every time I scroll down I’m forced to watch some mediocre and bizarre advertisement
Love it! Except…
I love the app, it is great and has a good message. But I just wish there was more translations of Bible. For example, including NIV and NLT
Unreliable
Initially downloaded this app for the daily scripture reminders. That worked until the last three updates where the developers have cared more for ad revenue than taking care of the app. Another company caring more for the love of money than sharing the word of God
Good devotional, but…
This is a good morning devotional, but I have to be honest…. The writer is not very good. The punctuation is off and the sentences repeat the ideas often. I also wish there were a written prayer after the devotion. Sorry if I sound too harsh. I just had to be honest.
Exactly what I was looking for
This app doesn’t require anything honestly. You can pay if you want for the extra, but everything you need is right there. From the moment you open the app your introduced to a soothing melody that will help bring you peace, either between starting your morning, or topping it off for the night. For any occasion you can pull this out. Don’t spend your money on the rest because they really give you all you need. A small scripture from the Book and incredible sermon after. To show how a little goes an incredibly long way when it comes to His word. This app has really has helped me understand that it’s not just about understanding and obeying the Book as a whole, but to also read into all the tiny scriptures, because through God, every single little bit is just as important as the next. Thank you for today’s scripture of Isaiah 40:29. God bless everyone!
Questionable content - ad laden app
The content on some days is questionable but what is worst is the greed. The money grabbing ads placed on the app that appear just a few moments after you begin a devotion. And not only are their ads but not exactly Christian content ads either
Study of His infallible truth.
The study of His Word through spending time WITH Him daily, but so much better without obnoxious advertisements.
Ads
I actually really enjoyed this app until halfway through when an ad for monopoly popped up. I think profiting off of a devotional isn’t what I’m looking for.
还不知道，就是老有广告

Drew Isenhart Review
I love this app because it is one of the ways I walk with God

Wonderful
Please allow music to play so I can listen and enjoy when app and phone are off
The ads!!!
The ads are extremely intrusive
一般
这个App真的一般，完全是照搬圣经中的原话，圣经里句句都是真理，照搬还不如读圣经呢
Great source of knowledge 👌🏻
Just what I needed
Get rid of the ads
Tried this app as I would like a devotional ‘on the go’. Was in the middle of reading and multiple ads appeared. Deleted.
Want my money back
I originally bought this app when there was no subscription and was using it for in the original format. It’s changed now and apparently wanting you to pay $10 a month. The main reason I bought the app was because it would read the devotion out to me. Now I can’t even do that. I would like my money back. I also had favorite Devotionals saved in the app and now with the new update I can’t even access them. It’s the principle of the whole thing.
리뷰💕
메일 성경을 묵상하는 앱인데.. 음악까지.. 너무 좋아요 굿!😊
Good Thoughts for the Day
I appreciate the food for thought. Prefer the scriptures in KJV
Full of ads
Good if you can get through the ads. You start to read and it takes you to Temu ads. 3 of them today. I deleted and will look for one that doesn’t blitz your Bible study with ads.
Unfortunate Adds
The news is good! The adds interrupt :( I understand that’s how free apps work. However, if they could be less intrusive it would make the app sooo much better!
Interrupted
Great site,Don’t like the interruption midway thru it with commercials, Change that please !!!!!
Good app
Great app that’s simple yet impactful for everyday encouragement and grace!
打不开！闪退！
打不开，闪退！
It’s great
I love the fact that the bible verse is well explained and detailed It’ll also be nice if there can be specific prayer Points after the daily bread and the alarm should also be worked on, it barely sounds
Encouragement
This app is simple and provides great verses and explanations on how it relates to daily life as believers.
How can you
Just download this app and surfing it out , can’t rate something that you don’t have a chance to see on what it does, will come back later and let you know , as I don’t judge something or someone , if it is good then it is but if it’s not we just uninstall
JMG
It is a beautiful app, but I find it very difficult to read the text over the photo. Could you add the text as a separate column?
Sacrificial love of Christ
Inspirational
Frustrating
I just downloaded this app and started using it. I read the first quotes and wanted to read more quotes but it asked me to share the quote. I couldn’t get pass it! I don’t really like to share the quote. I want to select what I want to share but there’s no option to go to the next quote! I ended up deleting the app out of frustration.
Great
Yep I didn’t use it much but had it set for 8 am to remind. My wife is ill and I read it to her every day. A real blessing and the devotional are practical yet direct.

Beautiful Devotions Annoying Ads
I enjoyed Devotions Plus until the loud, violent ads started popping up. I realize I could pay to have the ads removed. The ads are like blackmail in order to get money from users. The violent games that are in the ads have no place on a Christian Devotion site.
Good job
I like how it explains the verse. It is very easy to understand.
