Very good but could have a feature bout upcoming attractions
The least intuitive app I’ve ever seen
So hard to find things, general information, etc… I had to go to google to find what I wanted
Should have some more features
Was a good app overall and I loved my time in Disneyland but planning our trip was hard because we did not know waiting times for attractions beforehand, hence delaying some time. Only hope there was an itinerary already planned for different plans like a two day one, early pass one, etc.
Dissapointed
Bad manners everywhere, from hotels staff to park crew. Really dissapointed in a place like this.

Linking tickets
Having much difficulty linking tickets and confirming things. It’s quite frustrating. It is Disney though so I can’t get mad at it :)

Buggy, slow, unresponsive app
App is slow and unresponsive at times. Doesn’t refresh properly. Linked my reservation to the app, but still had to display the QR code in my booking (nowhere to be found in the app) to redeem vouchers, display my standby bookings, etc.

App reservation is useless
The lady at the turnstill rejected the app reservation. Make sure to print your ticket.
Not a Fan
I prefer to see my tickets and reservations on the home page rather than have to go into my account and view hotel reservations then go back to find park tickets then go back to search for early entry access. I go to the itinerary and all I got was hotel and dining but no park tickets. Everything is in dribs and drabs. I can’t even get access to my park tickets even though it’s all linked. Take a printed copy just in case. So frustrating.

Awesome day out better then ocean park
What a great fun day out. We seen so much and still could of seen more. Our family really enjoyed it. 3 adults and one 13 year old. We are an Australian family and we are overweight and every ride except for one was perfect and comfy to ride
Doesn’t work. So frustrating.
Tried for hours to mobile order food before we arrived. Had to stand in the massive lines instead.
Optional to use.
Recently I figured out this application , through constant advertisement from the bus. I prefer the paper map than this, for sometime. Please make this available on the iPad not just the iPhone. The screen is really hard to rotate and view the different entertainment, recreation, and dinner places.

App with a map. Would be great if it did other things - like let you plan your path, showed the menu of cafes/restaurants. Annoying and slow links back to the Disney website for pretty much anything useful that you actually want to do - like buy tickets, restaurants, hotels!
