Wonderful app and team support
Extremely Disappointing Booking Experience and Unfair Cancellation Charges
I am extremely disappointed with the booking experience. After booking the intercity ride, I found out that the vehicle was CNG and that the luggage allowance was limited to just one bag. I immediately contacted customer support—within 45 minutes of making the booking—to request an upgrade to a more suitable car. Unfortunately, the app does not provide any option to upgrade the vehicle. The support representative simply suggested that I cancel the existing booking and make a new booking. The ridiculous part is that I would then have to pay a cancellation fee for something that could easily have been resolved by allowing a vehicle upgrade. This is an intercity ride scheduled for the next day, and I contacted support well in advance. Yet, instead of helping with a simple vehicle upgrade, I am being asked to cancel and incur a cancellation charge. This is extremely poor customer service and an unnecessarily rigid booking system. Customers should not be penalized for requesting a reasonable change shortly after booking, especially when the journey is still the next day. Very unsatisfactory experience. The upgrade option should be available in the app, and customers should not be forced to pay a cancellation fee simply because the required vehicle type cannot be changed.

OneWay Cab is my go-to for intercity trips and day tours. The app works smoothly and the service is excellent every time.

Pathetic service
I booked a cab, it came late, and there is no support available. The number does not work, the chat does not work. And there was no intimation of the driver. The cab that came was in the worst condition. It was too stinky.

Call Center Needs to improve
I have booked at 9:00 Pickup time and didn’t get SMS with driver details til 8:20 and that too I have to call and ask after that I got it and driver came late as he was informed late. Please respect time if you really want to grow.
Very Convenient
Since 2018 Using this app, realised day by day app become more advanced, user friendly and rental service is very nice, clean, on time and pocket friendly.
Worst service and not receiving call after booking
Very disappointing experience. I booked the cab well in advance, but the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the driver and customer support, no one answered my calls or provided any update. There was no communication regarding the delay or any alternate arrangement. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when I had to travel on time. A cab service should value its customers’ time and provide reliable support, but unfortunately this booking failed on both counts. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their punctuality and customer support.

Bad experience
I booked a cab in advance and was charged upfront for the future booking. However, no cab was provided, and my advance payment was not refunded. I had a train to catch, so it was extremely difficult to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute. I called customer support multiple times, but no one answered or returned my calls. Later, when I contacted them again to request a refund of the advance amount, I was told that it was not possible. This was a very disappointing experience due to the poor service and lack of customer support.

fake dont use this app
i booked cab from pune to mumbai and paid advance booking amount but i didn’t receive any confirmation so i cancelled it and no option for refund
Easy to book and on time service
Booking ID-50212044. Have used the mobile app to book at least 4 trips so far and everytime it has been an easy to arrange experience with on time service. Suggestions for improvements- Need to add functionality to be able to book without a phone number via email only since many times NRI travellers do not an Indian phone number to receive the driver details.

I tried to book the cab but due to some technical glitch date automatically got changed. When i spoke to support team they said its the mistake from there end and they’ll refund my money…but guess what it never happened…and they later on put blame on me. They are cheaters and scammers

Hidden charges after quoted prices, do not use!
Very poor app!!! Terrible first time experience. They hide their charges and I ended up paying much more than was quoted. Non-transparent. Customer service was non-helpful. Advise not to use!

Completely Unreliable Service
Attempted to use this to book a trip. Received confirmation email immediately afterwards. Called them to confirm my booking and that while it says “Driver to be assigned” they guaranteed me that one would be assigned 2 hours before the trip. No driver was assigned to me. I had to call them multiple times and they gave me the run around until 15 minutes after my departure time when they told me that they have no drivers and I should “look on the internet for other options”. They would not offer any other assistance in getting to my destination or even suggest other options.
