Love This Game
Great game! I’ve been playing daily for years! Best solitaire game EVER!
Not winning
I have nearly one thousand games won. Lately I only win Easy games. Obviously I must have had some skill but not any more. Therefore the game is boring. If you have any thoughts or ideas to share so I can win occasionally, I would like that very much.
Very enjoyable but…
Am a subscriber to the Daily Churchill which is supposed to deliver a winnable deal daily. For two months it worked perfectly but over the last three days only unwinnable hands have been dealt. Something is off.

Playable again
After months of being unable to play due to the complete overhaul, I have now written off my previous achievements and I play daily again, free games only. Occasionally it fails to store a victory, which is very frustrating.
New version. Don’t like it
It’s wonky. Move a card and it snaps back. I like the old version.
A step backwards graphically
I don’t care for the new graphics and layout. It feels like a step backwards from a refined elegant appearance to a low grade Atari 2600 game from the 1980’s.
Fun Times
Takes solitaire to a whole other level with a little Churchill British history as well. Rank up as you win games and accumulate points. Looking forward to a trip and showing my rank as Member of Parliament to get into Parliament. LOL
Sure, you can win..
Couldn’t send a deck of hearts to the victory lanes because I had an ace deep in the devil six. Instead of being told to surrender, the game kept giving me hints to send as many cards to the victory lane as I can. Locking hints behind a paywall feels super cheap.
Daily Streak doesn’t work
I really like this game and have played it for years; however, since the recent update, I’ve noticed that the daily streak tracking doesn’t work. Otherwise it’s a great solitaire experience.

Do not like the new game , I play it a lot and I’m tired of paying for each campaign ! I’m sad because I really liked the old version☹️
Not Getting Credit for Victories
Ever since the last iOS update, the game fails to show victories when I go back to start a new game. This has happened to me numerous times in the past month. Please fix!

Terrible App
I have had problems with this app for 2- years. My scores are not recorded. I have contacted developers in multiple ways: site feedback, messenger and Facebook. Never get responses to fix. When my subscription expires I am done. Love solitaire but app doesn’t work which is soooo frustrating. I would not recommend this app.
Great but I only play Random.
Been playing since 2017. Best solitaire I have ever played. Currently at 483,459 . Deducted one star as It’s clear they want me to pay for programmed games but Random is (I hope) truly random. Previous (2024?) update makes Random seem harder but only the programmers know. Pop up message about an update only visible for a second or less-can’t read it. I emailed them about it months ago-no reply.
Great game BUUTT
Why do you now need WiFi to play this game when before the update I did not. This was my go to game on flights. Got other people to download this game. Now not and will not recommend.
Brilliant Game - well it used to be
Sadly I’m not liking this upgrade. I’d play Churchill Solitaire every day striving for my best scores. Now 450 of my original scores have been completely wiped out and I can’t even play them without purchasing other games first - not happy with this game now & I find it boring as most games are impossible to win. Can I go back to the original version? Update Feb 2026. Now lost all of the 500 Legacy scores - are these retrievable? I don’t enjoy the game anymore- hardly any games are winnable so might as well play Patience again. Update- Please give us back the original game engine as this one does not work with legacy games. What was a brilliant game is now a poor substitute

Why change
I’ve played this game for years now…have enjoyed it immensely. You’ve chosen to change the format. Making it almost impossible to win any more. Maybe some ppl have found some tricks to win the games…that’s fine for them. But you’ve totally taken the joy out of this great game. And that’s the point of playing any game. The joy and fun of winning!!! I’ve always played Random… could figure I’d win after so many tries.. basically impossible now!!!! Shame on you! It’s one thing to have to now pay…but I’m literally getting nothing for my money! Fix it back! Or many like myself won’t renew, I promise you!!
Is anyone winning?
Since my last 1 star review I now have an option for “Legacy Campaigns” & can play the games as before. However, I don’t get as far as I used to. Seems to stall at an early stage most times. Has anyone won a game since the major overall of the game. Last time I said “I am considering deleting game”, haven’t yet but they are on borrowed time still…
Expect failure
Since I started to spot deals that are logically impossible to win (3 descending cards of the same suit in devil’s six) it got marginally less frustrating to play. But it’s still a meditation on dead ends. Best to set expectations loooooooow and be pleasantly surprised when a win happens. I do wish they’d stop playing that damn video every time the app loads.

Not recording a win
Three more times of auto complete not recording a win and many times not showing the actual score of that game, just showing the score of the first time I played it. There was never a problem with that original game. Lack of pride in your product.

New ui
Love the new ui, but having been an avid player for many years running up over 1000 wins. I have played the up date, the Blenheim pack I have played each set up to 3 times and have come nowhere near winning any hand, being an experienced player i tend to know after about 4 deals whether this hand is winnable. As I said not come close yet, I love a challenge but I’m defeated. Was my goto game, not so much now as I know I don’t even get close to winning a hand. Just an update played thru Blenheim once again but no chance in any hand. Can’t advance or play anymore without paying, so after years and years of playing and being my go to game I’m afraid I’m gonna delete it😭😩
Problems with Daily Churchill scoring.
I tried to go to app support, guess what, there was no support. This is a good game, the problem is that some bright spark has done something that completely messes up the screen. I’m using iPad Pro and iPhone 14. Sorry to report it here but your support page is not a support page. ———— The above problem has been fixed, so I purchased the Daily Churchill game, unfortunately on the Daily deals screen it has a record of total wins and streaks, having won several games it has not updated this screen to show my successes. Having said that it’s a great game so I’ve upgraded my rating. But I am still unable to find anything on the support pages that allows me to report problems.———— The Daily Churchill games are OK but in addition to the problems above the system does not keep track of your wins. So it is impossible to see what games have been solved. So purchasing the Daily Churchill is really a waste of time, you may as well play the old games. It’s a shame that the developers appear to have been ignoring these problems for some time now. new update. Not to keen on the upgrade, it does not change the game in any way I can see but the there is no clear explanation of the new methodology. In addition my history has disappeared, as far as I can see I can’t turn off the introductory music and periodically I get a pop up asking me to give them money through Apple Pay. So in short the basic game is the same and the “enhancements” simply appear to be ways of getting more money from you. Having said all of this it’s still a pretty good game.

This game has provided me with years of enjoyment. I rarely win but the challenge to do so is never ending. I share my birthday with Sir Winston, date not year, so this is very special. Thank you Donald Rumsfeld for your involvement and promotion.
Not working
I love this game and play it everyday. I got a new iPad and it no longer loads at all.
A great take on traditional solitaire
I’ll have to admit that I love this game. There is some skill in it but it is mostly down to the draw of the cards. Whilst I love it there are a few of irritants. (1) After a length of playing the game stops you being able to place where your aces go in the top right. (2) It would be better if the top right pile categorised the various suits into propositioned positions thereby placing suits of a kind beside each other. (3) Whilst it is only occasionally, the length of the layouts can exceed the screen length thereby rendering the cards below the bottom card unseen. Not a biggie but it is when you think you’re finally going to win one! (4) Finally the Campaign mode. They’re all virtually unwinable. So why have them? Other than that it’s a great game. Oh and last point, I always play in portrait mode on the iPad. It would be handy were the opening menu screen able to rotate to match this.
Everything locked behind a paywall
I saw this app recommended in the app store and the concept sounded great, but almost everything is locked behind in-app purchases. The only thing you can do is play through three example games of easy, medium and hard difficulty, everything else required payment. If you're going to lock everything behind a payment then just make the app paid!
Oh Dear!
Just downloaded the latest version and find it not as ‘smooth’ as previous e.g. cards don’t always respond to double tap; there’s a vertical ‘shadow’ in line with the card movements. Haven’t got to grips yet with other features - thankfully I have a previous version on another pad to enjoy.

I’ve played this for years. They updated the app and the new version is horrible. Not as user friendly and everything looks crowded. All of my campaigns were reset. I wish I could go back to the classic version. :(
Too many hands where you have no chance
Challenging and difficult, which is fine, but there are too many hands where right from the outset it is clear you have no chance at all
I’ve got good eyesight but...
Not easy to tell whether it’ll be worth playing or not because it’s so hard to see. It doesn’t seem to be configured for an iPhone. On portrait it’s tiny, on landscape the bottom of a stack of cards is hidden. The game itself looks interesting enough but it’s killed by the graphics.
Not pleased with update
Always enjoyed this game and bought all the extra games. Now I find I am back to the beginning all my results gone and my purchases have gone . I do not like the new cards harder to see on phone. Not happy with update

So frustrating. I can win about ever 12Th campaign… but I get so close and then get stuck. It’s a challenging game
Churchill Solitaire
I used to love this game but since it has changed, I don’t play it anymore. Generally, all of the low cards appear first, the kings all come later, and the jacks at the end. It is impossible to win. Sorry you destroyed a good game!
Great game but..
Love this game and have spent many hours on it. I would give a 5 star review, but it seems incredibly unfair to expect players to pay for undos. Please fix this, when players have already paid for access to the levels!

Amazing Churchill
I enjoy playing each game, many more than once. These can be incredibly difficult but fun. My only complaint would be the cost for reverses. Food for the brain. Addictive.
Terrible revision. Developer should be shot by a British firing squad.
Whenever I leave my home, I lose my winning streak. In fact the dates disappear all together when playing the daily challenge. Can someone fix this problem? I’ve must’ve spent a few hundred dollars on this game. So how about an answer?
Just upgraded; lost random deals
Have played this game for ages (knight of garter). Paid for random mode. Now updated and this has disappeared for me — or rather it wants me to it again. Help please.
Upgrade bug
This is a great game. Been playing for quite a while now and am finally learning some subtle strategies to win games. Reached Prime Minister and now have 334 victories and 154,000 points. However with last update I can’t move a card from one side of the screen to the other. As I drag the card it slowly gets left further behind my finger. Anyone else have this problem? Bit frustrating
Bugs and more expensive bugs!!
I really really enjoy this game but... I bought a new iPad and loaded the game only to find that not all the games I had on my previous iPad transferred over. I did everything about ‘restoring purchases’ etc but found the only way to get them was to buy them all over again! I know that I previously had them as I it showed I had even won some games in that batch once they had downloaded. It’s not a huge amount of money but it’s really bugging me!
