Ads during the middle of a puzzle?!?
I don’t understand how these games have such good reviews. I’ve probably watched the same 30 second ad for Solitaire Cash 75 times just from two days of playing this game. The ads make the game completely unenjoyable. You have to have “bombs” because some letters have cages on them, and your options are to pay for the bombs or watch a 30 second ad to get ONE. Sometimes there are multiple cages in the same puzzle so you have to watch 2 or 3 ads in what should be a fun, challenging puzzle. Zero stars! Booo!!!!
Fun and addicting
This is a great game. It’s very addicting. However there are too many ads. Why do you make us sit thru ads after every shirt level? You spend more time watching ads than actual game play. I’m probably going to delete because of this. Sad. A great game ruined by too many ads.
Stopped working😖
Been playing for a few years & now it stopped working. Why? I open the app & it freezes for a second then closes. Very frustrating. Is the app no longer updating? How can this problem be fixed?
Boring
Very little variety. The word challenges are weak. It takes way too long for new levels to be created and they are exactly the same as the levels before. For the first time, the new level is locked and there are no instructions on how to open it! So lame

I have loved this game for years, but lately the constant ads have really upset my enjoyment and I just can’t be bothered to play anymore, it’s boring
What’s up with scoring?!?!
I’ve read how the scoring works several times, but it really isn’t consistent with reality. A player’s overall bonus is crucial to a larger score, but bonuses seem to be arbitrary. It has never been clear how I can get an 80,000+ bonus points on my first simple 5-letter word, yet form several 5- and 6-, or more, letter words in relative short succession, and only end up with 17,000 total bonus points in that round. Further, I’ve had up to 30x speed bonuses with very little to show for it. It’s a fun game, otherwise, but this is frustrating.

Fun app…when it works
App opens then immediately closes. Tried to submit a problem ticket…but that also appears to be not working. Probable solution will be to delete the app and reinstall losing all progress to resolve so probably moving on to a different game vs taking a chance this is going to happen again.
Really?
As soon as I rated the game it messed up. The worm wouldn’t drop. I watched the worm go back and forth for 01:30 used 4 bombs and whoosh the fail music. Cannot control whether the timer is on or off on the save the worm quest.

Too many ads
This is a really fun game and can be challenging to try to beat your best time, but a long ad after EVERY level is too much. I removed it.

Fun, but seems to be a glitch
I've cleared every letter on "The Brownstone" Bonus Level 74, and I got 3 stars, but no red heart. I've seen others post about it, too. Wish there were more Word Missions. Overall, a fun game!
Score/Ranking Issur
I really like this game since I love forming words. However, I find that there is often an issue at the end of each level with the score, in that it fails to accurately post your score and rank. It gets disappointing to technically have a high score, but not getting credit for it in the rankings due to a glitch. I still play frequently but have cut back significantly because of this issue.

Terrible problems
Such a shame this has not been sorted out! A great game but rubbish app as you have to keep going back into it after the dire ads! Do not waste your time, a waste of space.
Enjoyed it enough to buy it
Unfortunately, after I paid my 4.99, the app would no longer work. When I open it, it only stays open for a couple seconds and closes. Waiting on help from support. I hope they fix it for me. I was really enjoying it.
Slow to add levels
Add more levels, fairly similar game so shouldn’t take as long as it does. Other apps add levels constantly, got to wait ages for these. Disappointing

This is a great game. My coworker found this game for me when I was whining, complaining and probably sobbing that I could no longer access the game called Bookworm. It has enough options to keep it fun and entertaining. I am increasing my vocabulary and still enjoying it after about 3 years of playing.
Last update ruined the game!
I used to enjoy playing this game. I just updated the game too and now the "help the worm" part of the game which I often enjoyed playing is not scrolling down and the words I enter cannot be progressed. All the time the timer bar drops faster than normal. It is as though the screen no longer fits. Fix this please.
Fun but frustrating
Fun game and wonderfully addictive! Only problem is it freezes multiple times per game. I usually wait it out and it continues but it does occasionally just shut down.
No response
I paid for the no ad version. The app quit working and I had to delete from my phone and download to get it to work again. I now have ads again. I emailed and no response. Very disappointed in their take your money and run.
Repetitious fun
It would be nice if it got a little bit more challenging with longer words and rewards for hitting words over six letters, seven etc. etc. Even being successful after very short time I get bored playing this

This game is a ton of fun for word game nerds like myself. One note: letters DO NOT need to be connected to make words! I also turned off the timer to make a more relaxed game. Totally recommend!!

I got this through apps gone free and it was supposed to be free, the unlock button they said was there was not. Good game, but not going to pay for it when I was supposed to get for free!
