This app is terrible now. Every time you open the app there’s a full page ad - at least one, often two. This is absolutely disgraceful.
One more thing missing to be perfect
Really satisfied with the app. Had bug not long ago, but reinstalled it and it works perfect perfectly. Just need to pay attention and make sure the update are synced
Need Free Trial
App needs a 30-day free trial for premium. You can’t even tell if you like the app unless you upgrade. I’m not paying to upgrade out of the gate until I try the app.
Sleep is broken and inaccurate
I have had this app for years and love the interface and data viewing options. However, for the past ~2 years my sleep data has been inaccurate and incomplete within the app. The breakdown of time doesn’t match my Health app data and weekly, monthly and yearly views do not show more than one or two days worth of data no matter what, making it impossible to see averages, etc. I’ve been patiently waiting for one of the updates to fix the issue but am disappointed to see it never seems to be addressed. I used to praise this app to friends but it is no longer worth recommending due to the lack of upkeep by the developers.
Awesome App
Great at tracking your daily steps and output, easy to identity times of concern
White Pop-Up Makes App Unusable
I like the app and widgets, but you literally can’t use it because of this white pop-up from the bottom of the screen that you can’t get rid of. I’ll update my review if this is ever fixed.

I used to love this app and rely on it for all my information on my watch. For some reason, though it seems like the accuracy has gone out the window and the widget for the watch no longer really works.
Only one bummer
I like a bunch about this App but I wish it notified me when I hit my goal. Oh I also wished the widget on my locked screen would update without me clicking on it which opens the app.
Data is not accurate
Like the idea of this app. Like the information provided and the analysis, but unfortunately the data is not accurate. Analysis doesn’t even make sense. For example, it will say my sleep for the previous night of 7 hours 45 minutes is well below my average of 6 hours 30 minutes.
Manual entry
Can’t correct??? I’ve been making manual entries for months now when I haven’t had my phone on me at the time of the exercise. I made a 200-mile mistake that I can’t figure out how to correct! Please tell me there’s a way to- this app has been a great motivator for me

I really like this app but I have to keep deleting it then adding it again because a "new page" will slide up from the bottom and block the real page behind it. It won't let me even see any information, let alone click on anything. When I delete it and add the app again, everything works fine the first time I get on it but the next time I get on, that page comes up again and I have to start all over
Excellent
One of the only apps in this category that supports data not only from Apple Watch, but ALSO from Smart Rings like UltraHuman. Other apps come close but always miss one or two metrics, or report 0 for it (like calories burned) - this one seems to reflect everything all the time. It will also use the step/movement data from my other Hybrid Smart Watches from Casio. The only thing this is missing is a reward or badge system.
Crashes now
Was an amazing app. Now it crashes trying to restore purchase, or subscribe again. Totally worthless now.
What happened to sleep?
I really like this app I’ve used it in the past and as soon as I starting wearing my watch again, this is the one I looked for. It’s simple, clean, and you can organize the configurations in any way you choose. I think ten dollars to try the premium for a year is perfectly fair and reasonable, after all the watch itself isn’t cheap right? But this morning I went on the app to look at how long I slept last night and the sleep data option is just completely missing :( I don’t know if they did away with it or I’m missing something but for an app that I hold so highly, I’m disappointed that I can’t find it anywhere. Am I missing it someway or is it no longer there?
Accuracy is Lacking
I was excited about this app, to have one widget as a dashboard to track all of my key fitness metrics in one place… but I’ve grown frustrated with poor performance, especially given the price paid for it: - the widget doesn’t automatically refresh stats from MyFitnessPal (I.e. protein), unless I click and open the app. This makes the widget much less useful. - the sleep data is wrong vs source (apple health), this app added an hour of sleep that didn’t exist! - the macro data (protein again) was way off from MyFitnessPal. I logged around 200g, this app showed 320g! I can appreciate that integrations with other systems are complex. But if the whole point of this app is to show a consolidated view, it should do that. But given the data is inaccurate, it is worthless. I have switched to multiple widgets from different apps on a dedicated tab on my Home Screen.

Nice app but needs to be able to provide more detail on the workouts, specifically to be able to drill into types of workouts by week, month, etc

good app, could do with some improvements for wigets
i like everything except for the wiget. i use it track my weight over the last month but right now there is no scale on the wiget to give me a sense of where my weight is going, only the relative trend. Also, it would be amazing to filter out 0 data for days when i forget to weigh myself as this completely eliminates any perceived changes in weight. otherwise amazing! will buy full time when these changes are added

Good app, needs improvements
It’s a good app, but it needs improvements. The sleep metric is wrong in the Year view and it would be more useful to see total sleep in the monthly and yearly views in total hours instead of days and hours. The same for Workouts. It would be better to know how many hours we exercised in a month or year, not an accumulative number in days. I tried to send this feedback through the app, but the feature doesn’t work. I can’t send a message and sending an email to the address it shows results in an undeliverable message.
Far Better Than The Original Health App!
I walk 10 miles daily and I’d always used the original Health App on my iPhones. It seemed to take forever to update my steps. This newly updated Health App is outstanding!! My steps update almost instantly.
Thievery
I once was a big fan of this app — in fact, all the apps from this developer. Then they got greedy. Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them. Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Given the plethora of reasonably-priced apps that do what this app does, you're better off looking someplace else.

Loving the app, however I can’t figure out how to delete an entry? I accidentally saved protein counter instead of calories and no way to delete it?
Beware of subscription offer from the app
I’ve used the app for a while but my previous subscription lapsed. I remember the app being great. Having purchased an Apple Watch and started using more of an Apple eco system, I was tempted by an offer for subscription at 5.99. When I accepted - end up I was charged 59.99. This includes a whole load of bundled stuff I don’t need. No response when contacting support for extra amount to be refunded. Beware when subscribing!
Good App
It’s a good app if you like to view your health data listed the way you want it as opposed to the stock iOS Health App which only sorts your favourites in alphabetical order. But the graphs need work. Some graphs like body temperature start at 0 on the Y axis and that wouldn’t be possible since you would be dead. Same with heart rate. Those graphs shouldn’t start at 0.

Will change rating if company honors promotion or refunds. I feel scammed at this time, so offering caution to would be users.
Very Good
With a good range of widgets. I wish there was an option to see averages rather than totals for weeks and months. Eg the annual steps number for me is 1.5m which doesn’t tell me all that much.
Be careful with premium.
This is an alright app, good widgets and good watch complications. So when it offered premium for £5.49 a year I took it, double clicked to pay and as it was processing I realised it was charging me £25.49, but it was too late. Yes, I’ve had a refund from Apple, (I took a screenshot of the £5.49 offer luckily). I have emailed the developer but no response. It’s an ok app, there are other apps that do the same and are cheaper. Just be careful if you take the offer, I wouldn’t pay £25.49 for premium.

App is great. The watch integration not so much!
Overall the app is great. The app shows stats in a very helpful readable way, but the Apple Watch integration (which is why I purchased this) is just terrible! It barely works. I end up with lines all over the screen where it fails to synchronise. I hope this gets fixed as this would make this an amazing application
Could be better
I absolutely hate the ad that pops up to get the bundle after you have already paid for the Premium for the year. Then they try to trick you into the bundle with a monthly subscription. Every time you open the app is a bit ridiculous.
