Impossible de se connecter
C’est impossible de se connecter à son compte… le bouton n’enclenche rien
AVOID! Cumbersome and terrible service
Occasionally this app works, but more often than not it doesn’t! If you get stuck while charging in france, good luck as you will need it! Appalling customer service - no one speaks English (or more likely chooses not to). Will probably cut you off. The email support is better, but that is no use if you need to disconnect and get on your way. I have been unable to stop a charge on a few occasions and it’s a complete nightmare. The card works okay, but the app is a joke. Just avoid it at all costs.
Laden gut App friert aber immer wieder ein
Bei mir hat das Laden mit der App im großen und Ganzen gut funktioniert. Nur wenn man mit der App den Barcode scannt friert es ein und mann muss von vorne beginnen bis es mal klappt. Preise sind sehr unterschiedlich. Aber ich denke das liegt nicht an Freshmile selbst.
Accès aux preferences
Depuis la dernière mise à jour l’accès aux preferences n’est plus possible. Précédemment où que l’on soit pouvait d’un simple click accéder à la situation de la borne préférée même en étant à 800km. Ca n’est plus possible
Recharge au temps passé = on se fait avoir
Je note que 3 étoiles à l’application car je ne saisis toujours pas l’intérêt d’avoir un mini de 15€ sur son compte Freshmile pour se recharger. Si l’on peut enregistrer sa carte bancaire dans l’application, pourquoi celle-ci ne serait pas liée à son compte pour qu’elle se débitée directement après une session de recharge ? Si aujourd’hui je ne souhaite plus conserver mon VE, comment je fais pour récupérer mon solde restant sur mon compte? Le système semble vouloir bloquer un minimum de 15€ sur l’ensemble de la communauté et ainsi ça leur fait un bon petit pactole. C’est un peu l’arnaque ça.

Je possède la carte Freshmile depuis plus d’un an. Jamais de problème. ( pourvu que ça dure)

Toujours hors service a Saint Martin de Belleville. Je pense depuis quelques mois. C’est tres mal.
CarPlay ?
L’application est bien pensée et fonctionne bien. Dommage que CarPlay ait disparu depuis la dernière mise à jour, qui apporte un design moderne.
Plus de courbe de recharge depuis la nouvelle mise à jour
Avec la dernière mise à jour, bien dommage, nous n'avons plus accès aux tracé de la courbe de recharge

Difficult to use
Have now tried to use twice in France. It seems very difficult to have enough internet connection for phone and charger to ‘speak’ to one another. On first occasion our charger was locked into machine as the system had not registered my phone. Had to phone the help line to get our charger released from the terminal and I think I was overcharged as a result.On last two occasions there simply wasn’t any connection to start charging.

Bonjour, pourquoi le nom de l’opérateur n’est pas indiqué sur l’application ? Cela permettrait de mieux choisir les bornes de recharge. Cordialement

Recharge aléatoire à Ylium des Sables d’Olonne. On peut rester branché 1h sans charger réellement , les bornes se mettent en défaut très souvent. Il vaut mieux mieux rester dans sa voiture pour vérifier ? Du coup faire les courses chez ELeclerc ou commerces devient pénible.

Die App ist nicht immer leicht zu nutzen. Sie zeigt nie die EVSE-ID der Ladepunkte an (stattdessen komische interne Kennungen), so das man raten muss worauf sie sich bezieht. Auch werden immer noch TotalEnergies Ladesäulen (die mittlerweile zu CircleK gehören) angezeigt die sich nicht freischalten lassen.

Mon véhicule ne reste pas dans l’application. Obligé de le rentrer à nouveau lors de la planification d’un itinéraire.
3rd tier chargers, zero support
Had EUR30 credit on the app since December 2023. Could not start the charger and they could not start it remotely too. (They told me to go to another charger) Just remembered about this today. Nobody speaks English. Made 3/4 calls that connect to same 3 people. Embarrassing lack of basic international language.
Great App
I found this is by far the easiest charging app to use. You use a qr code to open the right charger in the app, although that makes me slightly nervous as I am aware of QR code scams on parking meters etc. As an alternative you can use the charger’s code in the app. I had a few glitches at the charging point which I think were due to weak signal. It only works in France, with a few in Belgium.
Fahrzeuge werden nicht gespeichert
Wenn ich ein Fahrzeug hinzufüge, erscheint es kurz im Profil, aber schon dort steht NaN und nach dem verlassen der Seite ist es wieder weg.
Ok, aber undurchsichtig
Die Kombination aus Preis die kWh und Preis pro Minute macht die Ladung oft unberechenbar, wurde so knapp 1€/kWh bei allego. Außerdem wird der credit card hold erst nach sieben Tagen erstattet. Achtung bei mehreren Ladevorgängen ist da schnell ne Menge Geld für sieben Tage gesperrt!

Tutto perfetto se non fosse per il prezzo poco più di 50€ per 56 kw. Trovo il costo esagerato . Spero di doverla utilizzare raramente. Roberto.
Trops de bugs
Deux choses : - Impossible d’enregistrer son véhicule, j’ai beau le valider, mais l’application me l’efface à chaque fois et je dois donc le remettre. - J’essaie d’utiliser le planificateur mais celui-ci me renvoie souvent un message d’erreur ( exemple si je mets que je pars à 80% de Lille et que je veux arriver sur Paris à 70%, il me met calcul d’itinéraire impossible. Alors qu’il suffirait de me dire de m’arrêter un peu avant Paris et de charger, c’est l’objectif du planificateur non? )
Charge Ending Correctly from Mobile Phone
Good point is that charge can be started remotely from App (unlike many other French e-charge suppliers) - Bad news is seems hard to stop - does not prompt for PIN on remote stop - charge ends locally at station (for CCS type) on App get error message saying cannot end charge session and please contact Helpline Seems to sort itself out eventually but does not give confidence as a smooth easy to use reliable charge system - still better than others though

Objet : Réclamation concernant les bornes de recharge – Magasin Leclerc de Pléneuf-Val-André Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous écrire afin d’exprimer mon mécontentement suite à une expérience très décevante avec vos bornes de recharge situées sur le parking du magasin Leclerc de Pléneuf-Val-André (date d’utilisation : 25/09/2025). Lors de mon passage : • Sur quatre bornes installées, une seule était en fonctionnement. • Le tarif appliqué m’a semblé particulièrement excessif, sans explication claire. • Après avoir contacté vos services d’assistance, j’attendais un retour d’information ou l’intervention d’un technicien, mais je n’ai reçu aucune communication de votre part. Je suis rentré de mes vacances avec un sentiment de forte déception, ce qui nuit à la confiance que je pouvais avoir dans vos services. Je vous demande donc : 1. Une explication claire des tarifs appliqués à cette borne. 2. Des informations précises sur l’état de fonctionnement des autres bornes. 3. Le cas échéant, un geste commercial ou un remboursement partiel, compte tenu des désagréments rencontrés. Many failed connections with the token and huge hidden charges ! Don’t trust their roaming deals. I have paid 21x (twenty one times) the going rate for one charge outside their captive network: beware or avoid !

Fonctionne sur pas mal de bornes publique, sauf les ZEBORNE. Le plus à faire, serait d’intégrer les motos électriques dans les véhicules

Les bornes après les mise à jours sont défaillance et le SAV n’est pas réactif Leur solution acheter le pass, évidemment i faut acheter, pousser à la consommation « inutile »

Unkompliziert und perfekte Benutzererfahrung
Super App - macht was es soll und laden in Frankreich kostet nur die Hälfte im Vergleich zur in DE hochgelobten EnBW. Obwohl einige Ladepunkte mit EnBW gehen sollten, das aber falsch bei EnBW ist.

Aggiornamento: app ottima ed economica
Aggiorno la recensione dopo vari mesi di utilizzo. L’ho usata senza problemi con Becharge, duferco , freetox. A trovarle app con questi costi. Peccato che becharge ha rimodulato anche su Freshmile e ora non conviene ma tutti gli altri costano 34 cent a kWh caricando a 22 kw. Ovviamente fa una pre autorizzazione di 50 euro sulla carta come ormai si sa, sicuramente potrebbero essere più veloci nello storno. Inoltre ancora l’app non dà nessuna informazione sulla ricarica come potenze o curve ne è affidabile lato occupazione attuale delle colonnine. Inserendo queste informazioni in tempo reale sarebbe da 5 stelle
Laden an vielen Säulen nicht möglich
Die App behauptet an vielen Säulen, dass das Laden via App nicht möglich sei. Mit anderen Apps kann man dort aber sehr wohl laden.
Filter für >80kw fehlt
Und wieso hat jede Ladesäule eine komische kurze id hier?

I couldn’t use the mobiv in one area then wanted to find charger in another area and it could not find my location
App wird besser, nur Push Notification & E-Mails auf Französisch
Die App wird immer besser und tut, was sie soll. Die Suche findet manchmal eine Ladesäule nicht, bzw. muss man genau wissen, wie sie heißt. Sonst tun App und Ladekarte, was sie sollen. Was mich etwas stört: Push Notifications und ab und zu auch E-Mails von Freshmile sind auf französisch. Bitte bei Nutzung der App in Deutsch auch die Push Nachrichten auf Deutsch anzeigen.
Vorsicht Karten Funktionieren nicht an der Säulen
RFID Karte wird nicht wie angegeben an den entsprechenden Säulen akzeptiert , prepaid Aufladung kann ich auch nicht zurückholen ….

Die Pflege der Karten/ Ladestationen scheint nicht optimal zu sein…da steht man auch schon mal vor einer Säule, die laut Betreiber nicht mehr Freshmiles akzeptiert. Eine Listenansicht der Säulen wäre schick, ebenso ein Filter für den ausgelobten Preis pro kW und Minute…

Very poor customer focus & reply re issues
AVOID THIS APP & DEVELOPER UNTIL BELIEVABLE REVIEWS SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED. This app works just about but is “hard work” for the customer: - broken app interface with charge station —> Can’t stop the charge with the app as ongoing status of charge not reflected on app. Only work arounds were a) press Stop on station; b) press Stop on car app or car screen. In other words remote interaction is NOT possible with this app. - tedious & lengthy outdated payment card verification process even though card is registered & account verified <—> I was informed ApplePay NOT an option & according to Freshmile Support the tedious “system is not expected to disappear for the moment.” - response to this customer’s lengthy UX feedback was ungrateful, dismissive & discourteous. I only used this app because of branding on the charge station… So I will now revert to other providers.

Ik heb de laadkaart gebruikt en die werkt snel en goed. De dekking binnen Frankrijk en België is goed, daarbuiten is de dekking beperkt. Bij Fastned en EnBW kan je nog niet laden met de Freshmile-kaart. Een nadeel van de app. Wanneer je op het icoon van een laadpunt klikt dan krijg je enkel de technische gegevens te zien, niet wie de uitbater van dat laadpunt is of hoeveel laadpalen er zijn en vrij zijn. Bij de routeplanning ontbreekt dit: - geen maximumsnelheid - geen minimum SOC bij aankomst aan laadpunt
Poor customisation
Cannot log in using faceid, tons of emails for various evens but no way to direct it to push notifications; so you really expect people to receive 16(!) emails for each charging session?! App logs you out when closed, takes long time to re-initialise again — password file is frozen. Why do I need to add money to wallet — why can I not just add card and pre-authorise it? Keep working on improvements, thank you.
Der perfekte Tarif für IONIQ 5, EV6 und Taycan
Der Tarif ist unübersichtlich, aber mitunter sehr lohnend. Am besten, man kombiniert Freehmile mit der App ChargePrice***, dann erkennt man an der Säule sofort, ob sich Freshmile lohnt. Für Fahrzeuge mit 800-V-System lohnt sich Freshmile überraschend oft. Resultierende Ladepreise von teilweise 21 bis 28 Cent ohne Grundgebühr sind die Mühe wert. Nichts für IONITY, aber z. B. be.energized oder viele europäische 50er-Säulen. Aber auch für Fahrzeuge mit typischer Ladeleistung über 50 kW lohnt sich die Nutzung an sehr vielen 50er-Säulen Südeuropa. Dort vielfach 0,20/kW + 0,08/Min = unter 0,30/kWh. Zwei Sterne Abzug: * Man kann nur auf Ladeleistungen > 50 kW filtern, nicht auf >100 oder >150 kW. * Obwohl man ein Fahrzeug einrichten kann, trifft die App keine Prognose über den resultierenden ungefähren Preis/kWh. Da muss man stets selbst rechnen oder ChargePrice-App heranziehen. Lästig.

Why is it that so many companies that run charging stations cannot have a simple app that works? Doesn’t anyone test them? Obituary not. This one sticks on “ Waiting for the station to send a response”. Avoid
Lokalisierung funktioniert nicht
Bis auf die Lokalisierung funktionierte die App in Frankreich ganz gut und ich war von der Ladeinfrastruktur positiv überrascht. Stadt oder Ort besuchen und während dieser Zeit aufladen zu sehr guten Konditionen☺️ Einfach nicht die Webseite anstelle der App nutzen, benötigte 2x den Support…
