Erfahrung
Not possible to use
I really new car Mercedes CLA was not able to carge, not by the app nor by the WEB! Try to call the number, there was no on the operation! Really a bad user experiance, by the way I drive since almost 8 years electric car
App isn’t working anymore
Since last update the app is stuck in a ‘loop’ When opening the app it says that it needs an update referring to the AppStore and there it is not possible to update? Please fix. 10/8: Since the last update on August 3, the app is working again, thank you IZIVIA!
IZIVIA pass
Useless
App cannot locate nearby chargers and will not allow you to use chargers even when you find them
3 star .. room for improvement
No account ..so you can’t see historical charging data. Also €15 for a free card.. advantages of card not explained ???
Dreck
Erkennt eigene Lade Stationen nicht. Absoluter Müll
Ladestation Antibes - Vollkatastrophe
How should you start a charging process where you need internet and all charging columns are very funny in the basement just doesn't work.
Very bad user experience
Extremly slow and complicated app. Search function for charging station does not work so finding the charging station is practicalöy impossible. Just lost 20min of my precious time for this. Rather go to a tesla supercharger which is worry free.
Password gets cleared when entered with a password manager
How stupid is that? Do they want to force people to use weak passwords?
I just need access with the App
For what i have to buy an TTC Pass for 15€ i just want to charge with the App when I am in France. Thats useless
Broken
I tried to charge with them. App is worthless. Support friendly but helpless
:-(
