Dont buy it
If you looking for AC with good app that you prefer to use with your equipment…look somewhere else. What kind of i…ot thought that you can’t ad same equipment to different accounts ( it says please call customer service ) your equipment is assigned to another account?! Why?!?

Works fine. It is a shame Whirlpool don’t allow this app to run on Macs.

Aggiornamento!!!
Prima del aggiornamento l’applicazione funzionava da Dio... adesso c’è un cerchio oppure la classica clessidra che gira e gira e non ti fa vedere più niente!! Secondo me c’è qualcosa che non torna. A proposito del commento della recessione di un altro cliente anche a me e venuta fuori la dicitura che la scheda main dell unità esterna nn va bene e bisogna chiamare l’assistenza!!! Ma se funziona tutto... tranne la nuova versione del Applicazione. Verificare.

Comprei aparelhos de AC com Wi-Fi ( mais caro ) para absolutamente nada. Antes da actualização trabalhava mal, mas funcionava, agora com a actualização não trabalha de maneira nenhuma. Porque raio paguei mais por um aparelho com wifi se não trabalha!

Purchased a whirlpool hood and it can be connected with this app, however once i registered and tried using the app i cant get past the login screen and it seems to have other word text that are not recognisable help!

Poor customer service!
I used the app and found it very helpful. Can only turn the ice maker for my fridge freezer off using the app so when my email got hacked and I lost access to the app (logged out and couldn’t log in or change password) I stopped being able to turn the ice maker off! I need to set up a new app account with a new email but guess what no one to speak to who knows how! So now I’ve got a very expensive appliance and unable to use half the functions! If whirlpool are going to produce appliances where some functions can only be accessed through an app then make it easier for customers to be able to sort issues like this!

Dear developers, From 10.09.2021 on I cannot login my profile. It always says that there is a “wrong username or password”. I have made sure several times that I typed the right username and password, although the same pop-up warning message came up. What is the reason for this and when will it be fixed? Kind regards
Don’t bother - been trying for almost 7 years
I’ve had a whirlpool 6th Sense since August 2018 and I’ve periodically tried to set up the WiFi + app and given up every time. I’ve just downloaded the app again and now it won’t even recognise the serial number. It used to, and I appear to have managed to get the washer attached to the WiFi using WPS button but it will not connect to the app. Ever. Just as well it’s not a required feature.
Better than previous version
The new version better communicate with my oven and microwave, notifications work well. One more thing, can you please add Hungarian language? The appliance hungarian (on display) and smooth and cool, but the app not? I hope it will be updated.

Bonjour pour info , Je n’arrivais pas à finaliser mon inscription sur le site par rapport à l’application, j’avais toujours le message d’erreur ´ nous ne ´et je ne recevais pas le mail pour validé , j’ai eu le fin mot de l’histoire par le service technique, il faut une adresse mail .com pour recevoir , effectivement je l’ai reçu et j’ai pu finaliser et l’on application fonctionne 👍
Machine not supported anymore.
Washer is 2 years old and has been dropped from the app. Which was the reason I bought the machine. Brilliant. Please add support for the FSCR12441

Better stability when connecting with mu AC. Clean menu but there is place for more improvements. Integration with Apple home kit would be great if possible.

Trying to add my whirlpool french door fridge/ freezer and it’s not even on the list to add despite a light flashing on my display tell me I need to connect it. Jesteście potężnym producentem AGD a nie potraficie zrobić prostej dobrze działającej aplikacji!!!!! Cały czas się wiesza insa problemy z działaniem….w taki sposób nie zrobicie dużej kariery na rynku. Wszyscy klienci po wypróbowaniu sprzętu z aplikacja stwierdza ze to ostatni ich sprzęt marki whirpool…..

New UI introduced functionality bugs
The new interface looks fabulous, however, the main functionality of the application has become unstable, which for me was flawless in the previous major version. On two of our iPhones our air conditioners can be turned on/off, but afterwards the check/refresh takes forever and we need to restart the application to proceed (e.g., set a temperate as well). Also, the commands are sometimes received with a notable delay (10-30 seconds). Tried general troubleshooting: app reinstall, appliance re-add, etc. I would kindly request to fix these issues as soon as possible.

Cauta pe youtube video-ul de la Whirlpool: How to Connect Your Whirlpool Appliance to the Internet (self help video). Ideea este ca nu merge doar din aplicatie, trebuie sa intri pe un laptop si sa scrii URL-ul din video, apoi sa te conectezi de acolo (dupa ce apesi butonul de wifi si la AC ambele hum%). Dupa ce selectezi routerul tau, bagi parola, si o sa iti apara loading, dar niciodata nu o sa se incarce pagina pentru ca, daca esti atent la luminita wifi, o sa fie aprinsa continuu (nu mai palpaie) -> atunci intra in aplicatie (s a conectat). A durat ceva sa pun cap la cap toti pasii dar sper sa ajute pe cineva!

0 stars if I could, No longer supports my top of the range washer due to ‘technical reasons’, more like ‘we’re no longer supporting your model to make you buy our latest products instead’. What a joke!

Da questa nuova versione è scomparso il ricettario che invece trovavo utile. Impossibile impostare le notifiche dall’App: o le ricevi tutte o nessuna. Sarebbe stato meglio poterlo fare per dispositivo. Il mio microonde arriva a 1000W, ma dall‘ App massimo 900. Direi ampiamente migliorabile. Ammetto che mi aspettavo di più da Whirlpool.

Nuova app carina ma piena di bug e non accessibile
Installata da pochi giorni l’aggiornamento dell’app, la usiamo con un microonde. Spero soffra di bug di gioventù alla quale si ponga presto rimedio. Ad esempio selezionando una funzione ne parte un’altra, seleziono “microonde” parte “pulizia del forno”; se provo ad aggiungere un preferito ad esempio “forno ventilato” mi seleziona “microonde + grill”, se riprovo però cambia la funzione a random.. a volte i pulsanti dell’app spariscono. Cosa peggiore di tutte per noi, l’accessibilità è peggiorata drasticamente, in famiglia c’è una persona non vedente e se prima l’app non brillava per accessibilità ma le funzioni c’erano tutte, adesso alcune funzioni sono inaccessibili, ad esempio non si può selezionare la potenza del microonde.

Aki Apple-el használja és egy idő után nem engedi be, az próbáljon meg egy jelszó cserét. Egy idő után vissza dobta mindig, hogy rossz felhasználó név vagy jelszó, sokadikra beengedett, később már csak homokórázott aztán semmi, jelszó csere orvosolta az összes problémát. Második jelenség, előfordul hogy a klíma nem reagál az applikációban kiadott parancsokra, ilyenkor sokszor sajnos csak a teljes áramtalanítás oldja meg a problémát. Ez ha távol vagyok és bekapcsolva marad, akkor elég kellemetlen. Whirpool felé szólna a következő, első beüzemelés óta PFC overcurrent protection hibát ír az alkalmazás, de semmilyen rendellenesség nem tapasztalható a működéssel kapcsolatban. Ezzel kell foglalkozni? Összességében, vannak hibái, de a célnak megfelel, feltéve ha befogadja a parancsokat.
