Rubbish
Had our washing machine 3 years and the app has never worked. Furthest we have got is the machine showing on the app but no control. Waste of time and effort

Accessibility is rubbish
I am blind and use a screen reader on my iPhone. The reason I wanted a smart washing machine is because I cannot see the dial and buttons on the physical display so an app sounded like a good idea however HomeWhiz is really bad when it comes to accessibility for people with site loss, lots of the buttons are un labelled and in responsive to VoiceOver gestures. This is not just HomeWhiz many apps are like this developers really need to lift their game.

Doesn't work
Tried to download it but you have to sign up with your name and email and it will send you a code, the code came and I copy paste it in but it says it's wrong, I tried again, still wrong, i typed it out, still wrong. I tried "resend the link" and it didn't send another code to my email. Then it timed out.

Wifi bağlantısını keyfine yaparsa yapıyor. Cihazı bulmuyor veya bağlanmıyor. Fiber internet bağlantısı olan odada 2 metre mesafeden modeme bağlanmıyor. Uygulamada bastığımız komut epey zaman sonra cihaz algılıyor
Yeni alınan klima bağlanmıyor
Kedimiz için homewhiz bağlantılı aldık ki biz evde yokken sıcakta mahvolmasın. Klima kuruldu, gelen servis bile bağlayamadı. Sırf bu özellik için 24000 güçte homewhizli aldık. Bekleyin düzelir deniyor. Ne saçma iş ya, sırf özellik için al çalışmasın 2.4 ghz modem ayarları, farklı 2 cihazla hotspot denemediğimiz şey kalmadı.
Pretty rubbish
Never seems to connect via Bluetooth even when I’m stood right in front of my washing machine. Constantly having to remove device & reconnect as it can never find it. Works fine when I am connected sure but it shouldn’t be so difficult just to connect it to the app.

Bağlantı hatası
3.2.1 sürümünden sonra buzdolabı ile iletişim koptu, uygulamaya ekleyemiyorum. Uygulamayı sildim yeniden yükledim, buzdolabını kapatıp açtım, wifi değiştirdim, telefon değiştirdim ama olmuyor.
Güncelleme yapmanız şart mıydı?
Orta karar çalışıyordu siz güncelleme yapmadan önce program şimdi artık 1:30 2 dakika açılmasını bekliyoruz. Her şeyin yerini değiştirmişsiniz zaten Demode bir program. biraz Smart link’ten eWeLink’ten örnek alsaydınız keşke🙏 herhangi bir programdaki değerleri değiştirmek istersek sadece başlığını değiştirebiliyoruz o kadar programı siliyoruz günlük haftalık sonra tekrar baştan program.

Absolutely appalling
This app needs some serious rework to get get to be user friendly otherwise it’s a complete waste of time . I do not understand how this has past any testing before it was released.

Was really good and have to use this thing years but all of a sudden the new iPhone update stopped it from working we have no fix from a new install

Sign up email confirmation is broken
Downloaded this app to use with a new washing machine. You have to validate your account with a code, this has a timer on of 180 seconds, however the email with the code does not arrive within that time zone you can’t sign up. Really poor given that this is a technical requirement. 1 star, would give zero if it was an option.

Great app and helps me keep my energy cost down but can be a bit glitchy
OK app but odd English
It’s a Turkish company but I thought the translation to English would be better. I’ve set my region to United Kingdom and everything is in English except for the months are in Turkish when using the consumption menu and the currency is euros or dollars. Also some error messages are in Turkish. The app does work fine but I’ve had to learn some Turkish to use it.

Absolutely rubbish
Tried several times with our new yogurt maker. Finds the device but after attempting to pair, it just pops up with a message saying there was an error. Too frustrated to keep trying after many attempts on different devices - iPhone 13 with latest iOS, iPad mini. I recently purchased an ARÇELİK yogurt maker with WiFi connectivity to the HomeWiz app. I'm sure I would have paid extra for a device with this facility over one that does not have WiFi. Looking at the HomeWiz website, obvious that they sell themselves as a generic provider of WiFi appliance control for various manufacturers - so this is a generic app. They are gatheting personal information from users after downloading the app only for users to discover the app doesn't work. Looking at reviews on the App Store I note others have had similar issues. I will definitely be raising this issue with ARÇELİK who are charging for a premium machine that otherwise works great other than for the part provided by HomeWhiz. My advice to anyone buying a machine with WiFi connectivity, make sure you agree in writing with the seller that you reserve the right to return the machine if the WiFi functionality does not work.

All of a sudden, a few months ago the app keeps crashing. Randomly started, had multiple updates since and refuses to work. Awful.

I can’t connect to my air conditioner from beko for a few days. I tried to reinstall the app but still doesn’t work. What should I do?
Constant connection issues
App is now a nightmare to connect even when standing right next to machine! Remote eventually connected to do a wash and in middle of cycle the app has disconnected so I have no control to reconnect until wash is finished.

Beko - buggy, no notifications.
Use this app for a Beko washing machine. Stops working often. Have to constantly unpair and repair the washing machine with limited success. Even when it works, it’s almost completely pointless as it’s not possible to set up notifications when a load is finished. Easier to just go to the machine and check.
Broken on iphone SE 2022
bluetooth pairing doesn't work with iphone SE 2022 + washing machine B3WF U 510418 M. Later edit: after phone restart, pairing worked.

Since my Beko washing machine updated its firmware I can no longer use the remote control option? I’ve removed and re added the washing machine but still the same?

Utterly useless as it wasn’t able to identify my product so I couldn’t add it. Tried contacting support through the app but wasn’t able to send message. Totally useless
Good overall
Difficult setup. Took a while to pair with the clothes dryer, but other than that it was perfect
Terrible connectivity
When it works, it’s great. But I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve sat on the floor for an hour, scratching my head trying to figure out why it won’t connect. This time seems impossible. Haven’t been able to get it to connect for about 6 months? Can’t use the machine wash setting as it’s only on the app. Tried turning everything off and on. Machine/blue tooth. Tried deleting device and deleting the app deleting my account etc..
Complicated Setup
I’ve finally got it working. You have to press Remote Control button on the machine twice so that both the WiFi icon and Phone icon are displayed. Then you can control the machine using the App. I’m guessing this is a security feature but makes the App useless as you are already at the machine. Still, nice to keep an eye on my washing progress.

It is very convenient and helpful to download other features on the Beko washing machine that is not on the dial
Rootkit installed
I used this app for 6months with no issues. I upgraded to latest iPhone in November, still no issues, then February 2026 I updated the app and now I keep having a message saying my phone is a jailbreak or has a Rootkit installed - neither of which is true! Refuses to allow me to use the app now. I paid for a very expensive virus scanner/security suite and checked my phone to which no issues were found. I’ve had an expert look at my phone who said there is nothing wrong with my phone, “it’s just a dodgy app.” Really annoyed, don’t waste your time or effort as it was a complete hassle to link my appliance to the app in the first place. Also just a side note your ‘app support’ button doesn’t work!

Masina de spalat se conecteaza la aplicatie insa nu pot adauga functii din aplicatie pentru masina. În manualul de utilizare al mașinii este specificat faptul că după conectarea la aplicația aceasta, voi putea adăuga diverse funcții precum abur sau alte funcții specifice pentru fiecare tip de spălare, însă nu pot activa absolut nimic. Singurul lucru care îmi apare în aplicație este faptul că îmi arată conexiunea mașini și timpul pe care îl mai are pentru finalizarea programului de spălat. Ce pot face pentru a beneficia de funcțiile multiple ale mașinii și de programele de spălare specifice extinse pe care le regăsesc și în manualul de utilizare??
