Does not work
Incredibly frustrating. The app takes so long to ring/open that the call is missed 99% of the time. Then there is no way to call back. I called the technical support several times. The experience was even more disappointing.
Almost there
Too much handlings and response is not very direct.

Pessima

pessima app, mediocre citofono, comprate altro
Dispositivo
Buone prestazioni, ottima soluzione
Scarsa
A volte funziona a volte no .
Poor system
Very umreliable
Migliorabile
Cordialmente Michele Dr Ciotti Banker Money Manager Market Maker
Inadeguata
App fatta male, lenta, macchinosa. Non all’altezza secondo me.
Unreliable
Absolute rubbish. App frequently fails to release the lift. Logging out and back in works sometimes, and just intermittent at best. Extremely frustrating!
Works intermittently.
Urmet does not seem to care about their apps, at least here on iOS. Why oh why don’t you use Apple’s APIS. I bought a controller so that I could open the door when out and away, mostly it informs you when the person is already gone, too much lag in between the actual pressing of the button and getting notified. The setting up of the device is also very cumbersome, very picky about network settings. Urmet hardware is better than good but the support and software is notoriously bad. Get an app that at a minimum works 99% of the time, now it’s hit and miss.
Worst app ever
Always not loading properly. Often lost connection with the apartment. Full of error and issue when it's the most important app to control lift and door access. Please improve your app.
Marche parfois.
Unreliable
Takes a long time to open when a call comes through. Half the time activating the lift doesn’t actually activate the lift despite the message stating the command was sent successfully. Can take several attempt of visitor calling back before the lift actually gets activated. A lot of the time I have to tell them to just stand in the lift and I have to go outside and call the lift up manually.
Set notifications as time sensitive
Right now the notifications are not set to time sensitive hence sometimes we miss the notifications coz not requiring our immediate attention. Pls upfate the notifications to time sensitive else what is the use of an app that is supposed to allow us to be away and attend to visitors?
Comunicazione
App from your nightmare
The almost never works it keeps showing notification but won’t open, the ring keeps going off or it won’t ring at all. Not reliable at all worst piece of technology
Improvement for Notification
Instead of just sending push notification when a visitor actually calling through intercom, it will be more useful the app will actually being activated like how we receive calls like WhatsApp, FaceTime etc
Call easy to miss
Good app, but it is missing crucial functionality - when someone calls your door, you only get small easy to miss notification on screen instead of persistent full screen pop out with some long persistent ring, like a telephone call. Also, it would be great if the app notified you someone calls the door right away, without any delays, and not have to wait until no one answers at home. Thanks!!!
