Easy to use
This is a great app that offers a lot of value for free. Custom O2 and CO2 tables are very easy to use. The structure of the workouts is very helpful and encourages progression.
Frustrating
As a free user this is really annoying. The popup to pay pops up every single time I open it. Also the volume is not adjustable and that’s frustrating too. I’m deleting it for an app that isn’t like this.
Decent
Decent app, issue in the personal best feature. Probably benefit from a designated "end/skip" button on the personal best feature. Seems to not recognize the taps more often than not leaving you with an inaccurate measurement.
No HRV and other issues
Would be great if not: (!) HRV is not recorded in Apple Health app - it is a fundamental metric (!) Haptic feedback at 1 min fails (!) If screen auto turns off app does not stay on screen and quick tap is impossible (!) Buggy watch app that crashes often (!) If app is run from the synced phone and watch does not record heartbeat (!) Laggy sync between watch and phone (!) UX in general could be more streamlined (!) Needs simple voice announcer of passing time with flexible intervals. [My device: Apple Watch Ultra]
Nice app
Been using this for a few weeks. It’s pretty nice. Pairs to my garmin watch for heart rate. Things I don’t like about the app: The UI is very glitchy when switching connected devices. The popup window to choose my watch or a pulse Oximeter slows the app down, and the menu to choose devices is visually glitchy. If you only use one device, it’s not really a problem. But hope the dev can fix this. It would also be nice if it had recommended training regimens based on my goals… for example, if I want to get my static breath hold to 4 minutes, what should I focus on and how often? It’s also super annoying to delete the default comment text every time I want to leave a comment after doing tables. Little things like this would make the app feel polished.

It is free and works good wish it told you more helpful stuff but other then that it is is grate.
Apple Watch doesn’t work
Disappointed this app on iPhone doesn’t support Apple Watch as a companion device and use it’s sensors

Die App ist ganz ok, aber ….
ein kostenpflichtiges Abo zum Nutzen der Apple Watch sowie keine Integration in die Apple Health App ….. Ebenfalls ist der Support langsam und nicht gut. Feature Request muss man selbst erfassen und tracken!
Easy bug fixes
Apple Watch app doesn’t synchronize reliably ever, sometimes it takes 20 minutes sometimes it doesn’t work. Also the watch app doesn’t have the same tables as the phone app which is really brutal when you realize that halfway through the set. Also seemingly random beeps and haptics like 10 seconds after you start hold that aren’t selected in the settings. Good app otherwise.
Stamina Basic Application
I’ve been using the Stamina basic app (free) for 2 weeks. I’m enjoying it very much. It helps me remain consistent and motivated with twice a day, daily training. I’ll be signing up for the upgraded version this week.
Scammy
Customer support ignored me so I basically wasted my money and got nothing out of it.
Overall great app with minor feature adds needed
Love this app as its much better than the stopwatch I was using previously, however I wish I could edit PRs as I fell asleep once doing training and now my PR is 1.5 hrs. Makes looking at historical data pretty worthless haha. Notifications would be cool too as I try to train daily. Oh and no integration with garmin devices? Really?
BUG - No more History and Personal Record
Generally the app is great, but since today the menu on the left side only shows the account settings and nothing more.

The workouts are solid and the timers and voice with the timers integrate really well with other media if you’re multitasking

Garmin Fenix 5X+/KEIN Pairing
iPhone 13mini, Fenix 5X+, HRM-Tri Es mir nicht möglich meine Geräte mit der App zu verbinden um daraus die Werte zu bekommen…. Warum funktioniert das nicht? Die Uhr zeigt über die App den Puls an, habe aber keinerlei Funktionen auf der Uhrapp, kein Pairingcode möglich….. Den Gurt kann ich auch nicht verbinden….
Kosten?
Warum werden entstehende Kosten nicht im AppStore angezeigt? Somit installiert man die App unnütz, weil Abomodelle einfach unmöglich sind.
Ideal for training
The ideal app for me when I go to design my own breath holding routines. There are co2 and o2 tables and more. Highly recommend!
Kein Apple watch support
Wäre schön in der app store Beschreibung zu erwähnen, dass die apple watch nicht unterstützt wird. Für einen 8€ timer wäre dieser Support meiner Meinung nach angebracht. Bitte noch mit reinbringen!

Good app ,have weird table generation preset. But not bad customisation But usually once a week or if you lucky two ,menu just disappear and you cannot do anything until next day I have pro version , I paid and cannot use product when I want

I’d love this app if it set up exercises for you , and auto adjusted the hard ness. Like if it would have a training program . But I don’t get much use for it as it is
Great but…
Great app but needs to be able to link with stats (HR and Sp02) on a smart watch, Garmin, Apple etc. The app would be 5* if it did.
Works great.
Solid app. Lots of flexibility in specifying tables. Easy to use. Had some problems with the heart rate monitor disconnecting but this was due to low sensor battery. Many sensors provide battery level. May be good for the app to check it and alert the user. Also, in the history heart rate view, when I click the chart for details, the BPM label is misspelled as “bmp”.
Prometia pero poco practica
Te pide cual es tu máximo y con eso te crea dos ejercicios. A partir de ahi no te crea tablas ni nada, tienes que hacerte tu los ejercicios. No te crea un entrenamiento ni nada de mada. De hecho no te crea de todos los modos de entrenamiento que dice que tiene. Para eso me las hago a mano. La traducción al español bastante penosa. Con cosas como traducir en tiempo restante “left” como “izquierda”.... En fin, no tiréis el dinero con esta app.
Easy and functional!
This app is perfect for what it’s built for, with a really functional UI. A pleasure to use. An Apple Watch version would be amazing to use in wet training!
How to use
The app is very confusing to use. I can’t find any workouts that do anything in the app - you appear to have to set them yourself... unless you can help enlighten me then I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.
Cannot pause rest intervals
An otherwise great app but this makes it difficult to use. For instance If I get halfway through an O2 training session and something comes up, I can only cancel the session and start all over. Burning an O2 session breathup length shouldn’t matter so even if you are a real hardcore you should be able to pause. So half the time I just end up using the timer on my phone or watch. Wish I hadn’t spent the money.
Exactly what I was looking for!
Simple, easy to use, and is helping me take better control of my breath. I highly recommend!
Good parts to it, tables but ugly
Has nice features, like voice over when I’m playing meditation music. The tables are a bit confusing, they are not very pretty to view, be good to have some hand holding during on boarding. Be good to see what tables I have run at a quick glance without having to go back into history to check. Overall has great features, been using it everyday.
Walk through upgrade?
Love the app and I would rate it five stars I just wish there was a walk through of how to correctly use the app for what you are looking for that’s the only reason for the lower rate!

New to breath hold scene. Any chance you could include a page for beginners with some basic information. How often to use this app for training. How often to try for a PB. Assuming this is how I get the tables to change and increase my apnea times. Thanks D
