Difficult to use
Difficult to manage currencies and difficult to manage expense where there is more than one payer. I was on freemium version. Too many clicks to manage different ways of sharing the expense.

L’app è bellissima e utilissima. Ha un unico difetto secondo me, viene data la possibilità a chiunque di cancellare uscite anche di altri utenti del gruppo. Questo non va bene perchè una persona potrebbe cancellare uscite di qualche giorno proma fatte da altri, falsando i saldi e nessuno se ne accorgerebbe

Used it when traveling with friends to keep track of the expenses. Excellent and convenient!
Calculations are WRONG!!!
My 3 friends & I used Splid for our trip to Barcelona. When we went to srttle up, the totals it gave us were TOTALLY WRONG!!! I did a spreadsheet with each person's expenditures & how it was divied up and it was completely different from what Splid told us. It's a good tool for keeping track of who spent what & who was involved, but don't rely on it to do the math at the end, because someone will get ripped off!!

Avec l’app Splid il est beaucoup plus facile de noter nos dépenses en voyage et de faire les comptes.
Pas de groupe
Il manque la possibilité de créer des groupes/familles avec une pondération différente. La repartition doit être effectuée pour chaque dépense. J’espère que cette fonctionnalité verra le jour…

This made our trip between four single ladies so much easier to settle up at the end. We didn’t have to worry about keeping track on paper since the phone was always with us and you could see at a glance who paid for what
Really good app
The app makes settling up with travel companions super easy. One suggestion - it would be nice to be able to assign a repayment amount to each. If I paid for dinner but my meal was more, I could assign myself 60% for example

Awesome app. Supports expenses that apply to subset of the group and optimizes settlement to minimize number of transactions.
Great app, could still improve
The only issue I have is that the summary PDF/excel only provides a total of how much a person spent in a category but doesn’t include the breakdown of who paid for what specifically. I just feel it would be more convenient to share all the information on the summary report with others rather than for them to download the app and go into it to find the specific breakdown of what they owe. Other than that, I love this app and find that’s it’s worth the one time payment of only $5 CAD. I also downloaded splitwise to compare but almost immediately deleted the app.

Just returned from vacation. Used Splid for the group. Terrific app. Easy to use and clear for all to see the expenses. Glad to get rid of the paper, pencil and math mistakes.
