Doesn’t even work

The app is very useful but the Share Key option should be pointed out or highlighted in some way to make this feature more important
Doesn’t unlock doors
The key feature doesn’t work it says it unlocks a door but doesn’t do anything everything else was fine but the main feature does absolutely nothing.
Not a huge fan
It’s a good concept but if you don’t have a good signal you have to keep trying to get it to work. It definitely needs improvement.
Open door
I absolutely love this app! Most of the times my hands are full and I’m searching for the card. Now I just use my phone and I can share with family members!! Great job
doesnt work
"Unable to download key" after 6 re installations and trying a different number through hotel support. Ended up getting physical key. Trash app.
Open key Newbie
Let’s just say that I’m wary of new and touted apps, particularly when I’ve never used it before and I’m forced to use it when I’m miles from home and I’m worn out after a long day’s drive. If it continues to work all the way after the check-out process tomorrow morning, maybe, just maybe I’ll have nice things to say about it then. In the meantime, don’t assume in advance that I’ll be capering with delight for having this new app thrown at me.
Not working with multiple rooms
I’ve had trouble using OpenKey when booking multiple rooms concurrently at the same hotel. With multiple bookings, I can get one key active on the app but not two.
Call most convenient
Loves a tack that I can carry my room key and my phone and just use the app… But it would be super great if we could just incorporate it into Apple wallet

I much prefer this type of keyless entry. Excellent.
Lousy app
We have remove and reinstall the app multiple times a day. It also requires re authorizing additional phones a number of times. Every time you step out and the door shuts you have to use the key again and then start all Over again.

Incredibly annoying
We rented a house that used openkey and several of needed access to the front door lock. The lock kept getting messed up and having to be reset by the front offfice. Each time this was done we were stuck outside for half an hour or more. Idk if it was the apps fault of the management but either way it was an incredibly annoying

Not user friendly
This app did not allow me to update my phone number. I did this through the hotel. They said it would update on OpenKey and it did not. I want to update my account now, and I cannot access it because I have checked out. I was given a card key by the front desk, which worked fine. I find this service and app a useless waste of time.

Very easy to download very user-friendly works immediately! Highly recommend!
Requires excessive permissions, bad design
Requires push notifications, location, and bluetooth permissions or it refuses to work. The only one of these that even slightly makes sense is bluetooth. If they did it properly it would just use NFC and not require bluetooth.

When I select Canada as the country and go to the next step it says “state not recognized”

Doesn't work!!!
Zero stars. Emailed for support and got the"delete app and reinstall" line. Which I did already. It wouldn't scan the back side of my drivers licence. Crap app, crap support!!!!
