Why oh why….. Used to love
Please bring back the already perfect user interface before this silly minimal update…. It WAS perfect. Saves time on what to click and read, etc. Used to use this app. about three times a week. Since the “big update” probably 2-3 times a month.

Hypebeast simply is the best news app for keeping teenagers intrigued. From letting you know when clothes and shoes are dropping to news about your favourite artists. Hypebeast is a brilliant app which allows you to have a personalised feed. As a teenager, this is the only news app I check back on every other day!

記事のリンクを叩いて開く 少しスクロールすれば画面が真っ白になってリロードが必要になるクセに広告は細かく入ってくるので使いづらいです。 アンインストールしてブラウザから見た方が余程ストレスが無いです。

Significant downgrade since Hypebeast to HYPE update
The big app update that changed the app from ‘Hypebeast’ to ‘HYPE by Hypebeast’ has significantly downgraded the user experience for me: - no dark mode. - includes content from Hypebae, which almost completely irrelevant to me. I should be able to filter it out entirely. The ‘For You’ feed filters out too much. - article size on feed is too large, so only one shows at a time. There should be an option to make it smaller. - app logs me out occasionally for no reason. Please bring back the features that were available with the old version of the app. Otherwise it is pretty good.

What’s going on
User interface is no more clean, simple, and elegant. Too much going on. Having a couple ads amongst the feeds was alright but then the Instagram posts were added too. Just a mess. A true tragedy

게시물을 처음 열면 화면이 하얗게 나오는 증상이 계속되네요. 그리고 광고 제거 기능도 없고, 광고도 끄기 어렵게 팝업되네요. 오히려 웹에서 보는게 나을 정도입니다.

these “enhancements” are a disservice - what happened to dark mode? is this redesign an a/b test or a bug? NPS has plummeted since the update? i used to use this app to “stay on top of all breaking news, and in-depth coverage of everything from fashion to footwear to music and more” but the app is unbearable now plz do better

Front cover idea
I love this app, it keeps me updated on the current vibes and future events. When I’m using Hypebeast I’m usually just reading articles and re-tweeting themWhen I find something useful it feels like I’m still cutting out articles out of a magazine. Maybe you guy guys at Hypebeast can incorporate the magazine cover when the app is loading so everyone can get that feeling when using the app..
ads ruin the app
nobody likes ads, developers need to make money from ads. BUT when they make ads very intrusive its not right. the articles disappear mid read and u have to close the article ur reading then an ad will appear, some ads have some really stupid scolling effect. better to just close the app and repoen it at that point. wasting my time. the articles disappear randomly after that too. some articles dont even show any time or what the product website is or any details on release date or where to purchase. if its unknown usually would say release date sometime in future but some articles dont say anything at all. barely link to relevent stores or official websites, most links are just past reported links on the brand. -1 for bad ad implementation -1 for diaappearing content during read -1 for not linking relevent info and websites on some content edit: it got worse this update, every time i open the app from a closed state, it asks me to enable notifications. terrible.

If you enjoy reading Hypebeast online, this pocket version of the website is perfect. Clean and simple UI, good content (less about the app and more Hypebeast as a news site.) Have really enjoyed my use of the app and can see myself using it into the future. Only complaint is the comments section is third party and I believe takes much to long to load.

이미지 들어가서 사진 저장 다운로드 받으면 이후에 화면이 정지돼서 앱 나갔다가 다시 들어와야해요. 한 장씩 마다요... 리뷰 쓰기 귀찮아서 그냥 쓰다가 이제 정말 넘 불편해서요...

Stores personal data
Does not allow one to change their privacy settings. Apple should investigate and disallow app. Perhaps force developer to update to reflect privacy policy. I don’t like being tracked across my apps.
Very good App, but...
Can you give us a feature that allows users to log in from their Google Account to enable YouTube videos to be added to the "Watch Later" playlist? When browsing your website, I always add videos to my Watch Later playlist by clicking the little clock icon, but on the App I cannot, forcing me to watch the video rather than save it for later. Thanks.

Nov. 30 update won't work
The update from November 30 I am unable to update from the App Store. It just sits there trying to load. I've tried updating it 3-4 times now.
