Yep, everything works, handy on the go when I need to quickly see what time I’m working next, instead of having to re-login on the website 24/7
No sounds with notifications
Why this app doesn’t sound when notifications pops up?!?
Company portal switch
Kindly implement settings homepage to switch between different employee portals. Especially if employees are either switching employers or have more than two active.
App is always broken
I use ENTO for clocking into work, it’s a well made app and good to use when it works but 98% of the time using it (on a iPhone 15) it doesn’t work. Comes up with a blank white screen and has to be re installed. A few of us on iPhones have this issue at work. Has been like this for a long time

Updated review: Thank you for listening and fixing the login issue. Review upgraded to a 5 star as promised. Previous review: Before the last update I didn’t have to sign in every time I opened the app. Now I do. Massive quality of life and ease of use DOWNGRADE. Before it’d take me 10 seconds to check shifts, now I have to inconveniently enter my email address and password every single time. I am an app developer myself and anything that negatively impacts the user to this degree needs to be fixed immediately. Fix it now please. I’ll update my review to a 5 star if you fix it.

New Update Error
New update is not fully optimised for IPhone 13 Pro Max as the menu button on the top left corner is overlaps with time making unable to be clicked/pressed.

No Apple Watch option and keeps white screening
STILL no Apple Watch compatibility and the screen keeps going white and I have to completely shut it down and start again. Can we please please have an Apple Watch option soon as it would save taking my phone to the office
Keep me logged in.
I have to use this for work. On my phone I am the only person to use it. Why can’t it just keep me logged in. It is so annoying to have to log in two times, twice a day. Please fix this.
Convenient
Easy to see your rosters and you can check and swap shifts. Pretty convenient to do from your phone.
Rubbish App
App always crashes so I can’t get into my account to check my shifts.
Not a great app
Can’t log into my account that I’m 100% know that I’m typing in the right email and password but it still tells me it’s wrong!! Absolute joke and when I press forgotten password and get it to send to my email It doesn’t not send!!

Don’t even bother trying. Every day I delete it and reload.
Logging in
Why do we have to log in almost every time we go onto the app? It’s a good app once you’re in, but having to log in again every time I need to check my shifts is very frustrating.

Fix this bug
App interface is simple and easy to use however every time I exit the app, I get logged out. Having to log out every single time can be frustrated. Maybe use Face ID or remember me to stop this from happening.

I have to delete and reinstall this app on a daily basis to use. They are aware of the issues but have done nothing about it. If you are thinking of rolling this out for your company don’t! If I could give it a zero star I would. Such a pathetic and useless app.
Please fix the log in issue
I have to use this app for work. The latest update now requires me to log in every single time I want to use the app, but not once, no at least twice! Does logging in twice make it more secure? Please fix this, or add an option in the settings in the app to stay logged in.

The recent update on this app makes me re-login every single time I open it, sometimes even twice. I’ve missed clocking in for shifts because it’s exited out of the app. Please fix this 🙏
I don't have the option to acknowledge
I'm using it on an iPhone 14 Plus, but every time I receive a shift alert I have to call the manager to help me accept the shift, when the app is supposed to serve to avoid the hassle of calling the manager all the time.

Does not work on my iPhone. I just get a blank screen every time.

Newest update on iPhone has moved the menu icon up to the far top left into the notification bar, making it inaccessible in the cases you need to apply for leave or check messages
