The game led me to a sign in screen and my friend’s email address was already prefilled in the email address field, very very sketchy.

Euchre Hands

Have played trickster for a few years. Got off for a bit due to obvious cheating. Got back on a while back, but the last month have gotten nothing but garbage cards. No way it’s random, has to be favoring those who spend money and screwing the rest of us. Appreciate the developers feedback and have enabled the track deals feature. We will see!

Not bad

The AI could use some improvement. It’s getting old, when playing euchre, being 4 suited soooooooo often. 4 suited is part of the game, but it’s 80% of my hands. And with hearts, if the person passing to you is a bot (either playing with real people or practice) it’s almost a guarantee that you’ll get the same suits that you passed away.

Great but maddening

Once you’re playing cards on the app, it’s wonderful. Getting the app past the advertising is maddening. On average, I have to restart my phone or iPad twice a day to get past the ads.

Another Rigged Game

Game is rigged beyond repair just like the rest. Designed to sell ads and get one to pay. Way too many games end in miracle hand comebacks to not be rigged.

Crooked

Are you kidding me? These games rope you in by making it easy to win at the beginning playing “practice” but as you get better the opposing players start getting impossibly good or complimenting cards hand after hand as well as there being “table talk” between opposing team players. I’m deleting this app off my phone as I’ve had enough. It’s not fun anymore.

Good Game

I rate a 4/5 star because there are a few things that need to be better. I don’t like that everyone can’t communicate unless you join. Life is expensive and to pay just so you can chat, I think is lame. I’d like to play other games but there needs to be better instructions on how to play the games.

Deals are not random

I have played Euchre for 65 years and am a good player. I have never in my life seen so many poor hands, especially when opponents deal. I constantly receive hands made up with 3 or 4 nines and tens or no trump. Opponents consistently turn up a Jack when dealing while it never occurs for me. I can’t believe that the cards are delt randomly and fairly based on my experience with this game and my experience while using the APP.

Hearts

I did do all the things that we are told to do understand the algorithms, completion rate and card distribution. I had an 80% completion rate, same game starts with one player taking 20 points, the next 3-4 hands, cards are loaded onto two players so it is so lopsided that players quit. The last hand 99% of the time ends in shoot the moon with a “chosen player” winning. It’s pathetically easy to figure out the algorithms, you know, the ones that are “fair”. I call BS on that.

Disappointed with ads and freezing

I’ve been playing these games for several years add free until the last several months. The ads are brief, unlike other sites, however, it’s disappointing they come up. The most annoying thing I’m finding since you’ve inserted the ads, my screen freezes up during the ad. I have to turn off my iPad and come back in the game. This seems to be happening more often. For a game that was ALWAYS problem free, and ad free previously, it’s disappointing.

Recent changes are trouble

I have really enjoyed using Trickster cards for over a year now but very recently I have had to delete and reinstall the app several times times because the screen goes black and if you tap it it takes you to an advert which you can’t get out of. The only way back to a game is to delete the whole app and go in again. Such a royal pain! Trickster need to sort this out fast.

Jokester

I have been playing on this app for years. I can tell you that it absolutely is not random, and defies all odds. The number of hands I get that are supposed to be 1 in 19,600 is more like 1 in 1000. I have over 80,000 chips, and the app goes in streaks to keep you in. I believe they are working on the algorithm to keep people coming back, and trying to get them to spend more on chips. Fortunately for me I had some good runs and have over 80k in chips. At that I would not tell friends to join it and spend any more or waste time. I am the definition of insanity by continuing to play this joke of an app. To prove they are frauds I will paste my deal stats. Tell me this is random. For 1300+ deals. This is the Delta between what is actual and expected. They keep track of these stats. 7.7% is expected per card. A -.4%( I have had it much worse than this) K -.3% Q -.2% J -.1% 10 none 9 +.2% 8 -.4% 7 none 6 +.3% 5 -.4% 4 +.6% 3 +.5% 2 +.2% Not one card above 9 is positive. Coincidence??

THANK YOU

My 85-year-old grandmother and her siblings play your card app every single day at 5pm. Before COVID, playing 500 together in person was one of their favorite traditions, but as they’ve gotten older and now live in different states, traveling became too difficult. During the pandemic, I helped them all download your app so they could keep playing together virtually while talking on a group phone call — and it truly became a lifeline for them. Since then, they’ve played 2,931 games together. ❤️ They constantly tell me how grateful they are that they can still share their favorite hobby and “visit” with each other every day despite the distance. Thank you for creating something that has brought so much joy, connection, and companionship to our family.

AI bots are broken

The AI bots continually make errors in how they play. Whoever wrote the ai or trained it for spades would be slapped if they were human in a real game. The bots seem to throw games and throw off on purpose. Play somewhere else.

Great online game. Well done. My only question is with the shuffling and distribution of the cards. Suits are so often clumped allowing for way more loner hands than actual in person shuffling.

Terrible Programming

The card play is so predictable it’s pathetic. If you are playing with a bot it is programmed to play so terribly it’s laughable. The fact that they can’t make it more intelligent is ridiculous. Awful. Would give it less than 1 star if I could.

Repeats hands and games

If you play trickster Euchre frequently, you will find that not only do you get the exact hands that you have had previously, but so do the other players in the game. So the entire hand plays out fairly predictably. The dealing is not random and there seems to be a limit to the number of different hands and games that can be generated. This is a sad and frustrating experience and a major limitation on what is otherwise a fun app. Very disappointing and mystifying to me why the app can’t just deal cards randomly like in real card games.

Discrimination/EXTREME Unfairness/CONTROL

It is such a bad site considering there are players that say such horrible things to other players, (players call women the ‘c’ word among ‘OTHER NASTY THINGS), and no matter how much they are reported, this site does nothing. They let them continue to play and chat. There are others they BLOCK from playing or chatting and what they did was not near as bad. This has happened to MULTIPLE PLAYERS….what’s worse is two players have been blocked for OVER A YEAR from chatting. Even though they have requested to be released FROM CHATTING JAIL, to no avail….discrimination against certain players, of TRICKSTER’S choosing. They let people cheat, too. Those people get reported and they are still playing. WHY? Because TRICKSTER ALLOWS IT!! We all pay money for chips on this site just like the others…SO EVERYONE should be treated EQUALLY AND FAIRLY!!!

Could be made better

I play spades at a high level. I think that there should be controls put in place so that people who hold themselves out as expert have to play within a certain number of seconds. Like not stretch to a minute or more
