Add catches/overall fielding stats to individual profiles
Similar to how runs and wickets are displayed on the profiles, please include a field to include fielding records of a player on profile and also in the statistics of a player.

This app is not working on mobile internet in my iphone using airtel internet but its works properly only on wifi
Good but need little more
We can see only points table. We don’t get a picture of next part (playoffs or knockouts). Which team is playing and which team progressed. Like you have in IPL. Diagram show the play for next round of eliminators, semifinal 1 & 2. Need something like that to get a complete picture of a tournament. Starting league points table to till showing the winners.
Excellent app
Excellent app for league management, scoring
Needs work, basic things broken
Inside a league you have to always select the series and division every time. There is no way to save them. Also in the Results and Schedule tabs with lots of entries just refreshes while scrolling down. There are many such UI issues

It’s laggy, it’s terrible. The interface sucks, I can’t even find the players in the team I’m gonna play. If I could, I’d give it a zero star rating.

Hacked
Hi team, I believe my account has been compromised or is showing incorrect details. I’m unable to access my own profile. Kindly assist in restoring my correct data or guiding me through recovery.

Keeper stats
We should add a field to review the stats for keeper as well. Just like number of runs and number of wickets. We should have a number of catches. Batting,bowling and fielding will give us a full picture of a player. Ignoring showing the stats of catches isn’t right. I hope you do something about it.
Schedule incorrect
Under schedule please show matches across all leagues sorted by date. Too confusing. V5.0.60
Useful scoring
Love the app & stats. Please add share functionality back to matches. We can’t share matches after latest update.
Font size
Can you add options to increase or decrease font size - it is hard to read fonts and numbers in bright sunlight.
Needs improvement
1 - If I select a tournament from the drop-down under a certain league - then my selection should not change when I click on other tabs like, schedule, statistics Matches. 2 - Windows platform: I go to my team page and I see umpiring assignments- The App does not provide this option in any easy way

Too many issues
App has too many issues I have a username but password not working I click forgot email enter my address and never receive the OTP. Frustrating!!
Useful app update
Once going into stats, if you go out to check other stats you have to keep re selecting the league again. Would be great if just had a backwards option to keep it simple and relevant on tournament busy viewing
Worst app ever…
This is not good aap for any league, specially not for Cricket. You can’t go settings and edit any of unnecessary things that you have in your League home page. Not edit and delete you can’t do anything in this aap as customer service. Whoever coming to chate has no knowledge and either don’t know nothing, he don’t know what to do !
Claim profile issue.
Claiming a new profile merges all data but, doesn't merge user settings and connections.

Login not working after resetting the password
I got update on this Friday and my password not working on the app and it is working fine on the Web version
Needs some useless stuff removed
It takes 2 seconds and 2 taps from the app to change the language from English to Finnish. But there’s no Help section in the app. Not sure how many people need to change CricClubs to Finnish, but I’m pretty sure a lot of people would like easy access to context-based help. Other useless stuff like Assessments and What’s New (which hasn’t been updated since 2020) need to be removed.

Unable to load
Guys It’s been ages iOS devices are not able to load cricclubs app. It being white blank screen. Raised with your support several times but no fix still implemented yet 😡
OTP issue
I play lost of cricket and our captain add my name through my mobile number. If I sign up with my mobile number than I can see my progress directin my profile. I try to sign up with my mobile number and can not get otp since last 5 days so I sign up with my email address and than after I tried to add my mobile number but that is also not working. Otherwise things are good in app. I have to search my team name and than I have to look for my name.
Love it!
Since the Halifax cricket association started using the app. I’ve been able to follow every game everywhere. I was working in British Columbia for 2 months at the start of the season and could follow and support my team from across the country. Highly recommended to any club around the world. Easy to use, live scoring very fast and all the stats are great. Our live stream this past weekend was a great success. Matt lee Halifax cricket club social coordinator and best player, lol

Our League just started use cricClub app for scoring but it's really slow and having a lot of adds popping up. Even with iPhone 6. Your app have featured but don't work proparly. Please send us the update asap by fixing this features

Worst customer care
Your customer care is not responding frequently
Good App but it’s battery drainer
App has improved a lot in last one year. Very easy to use and easy to understand. However it’s biggest issue right now is the amount of battery it uses. I easily use my phone two days without charging. But While scoring the battery drains from 100% to almost 10% in just one 50 overs inning. It really needs improvement on battery usage. My phone’s batter stats shows using 1 hour of on screen youtube video watching used 8% battery verses 3 hour of CricClubs app used 75% of battery. One other issue I have is that App sometimes doesn’t update the score on the server. The person scoring can continue to update the score but other people do not see the update score until I completely close and reopen the App.

App is good for scoring and all the stuff but UI lacks proper details. Also it doesn’t account for iPhone X safe area distance. Top navBar keeps on colliding with the notch and blocks interaction. And scrolling doesn’t work properly.
