Worst app for Cricket live streaming
A school kid can develop a better app, funny part is I have taken subscription from Apple and finally logged into App after going through hell of login issues but it still says take subscription! I reported the issue to support and they came back with some copy paste instructions after a week! Aug 2026, still they haven’t addressed the subscription issue through Apple App Store, I have reported fraud on Apple Store!

The app was functioning perfectly fine before the update. However, every time I attempt to use it, I’m forced to log in again, which is both inconvenient and annoying.

Why does one have to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME they want to use the app. Fix your stuff.

I have been with willow for long enough and never had any big issues but lately I have been experiencing issues with casting to tv with chromecast. I have sent emails to support with screenshots but all in vain. Only thing I heard was “working on it”. I even renewed the annual subscription and today I had to give 2 stars after trying again and again.

Why does the mobile app reveal the match scores? So ridiculous! Please hide the match results.
User interface is poor
I’ve been using Willow for years. The latest upgrade makes it harder than ever to find a full replay or a match series. I don’t want endless screens of Highlights. I’m sure that new USA viewers will find the app lacking and somewhat confusing.

Why is the app requiring you to login every time I try to watch the games.
AVERAGE AT BEST
There are no tweaks and software updates from Willow that make the user experience better. From poorly categorized videos to frustratingly ill-times commercial breaks, to random system changes, you’ve got it all! After an update, your previous personal settings simply vanish and when you contact customer service (which in itself is a laborious process for today’s user), you’re given cookie-cutter responses with no fix in the first place. The lack of streaming competition and lack of clarity in cable packages are the side effect of media companies who want your money at the cost of delightful user experience.

Subscribed twice and cannot watch
On 3 February 2026 I received an email telling me that my subscription to Willow had expired. I immediately sent a response saying authorizing a payment for 1 month from my Cash Card account. I later found out that this payment payment had gone to Roku and not to Willow, who had made a charge to my credit card for the price of an annual subscription. It was some months before I realized that Roku had been charging me monthly. When I asked for a refund I was told they could only refund one month subscription and I had lost the other 4 months. On the third of this month (August) my Willow channel was switched off by Roku for nonpayment. I have tried to log on through Willow but they are denying me access despite having made an annual subscription. I remain cricketless

Very repetitive and very frequent ads make this almost unwatchable.
AppleTV Playback Issues
I’ve had continuous playback problems and errors on AppleTV. I would cancel my subscription if I had any other option to watch cricket in the US.

Often replays are not available-no response from customer service about that issue
Allow scores to be turned off.
Many people watch these matches archived. In years past, users had the option to turn the scores off so you could watch a match without knowing the result. This is no longer the case. I have no interest in watching a match knowing what the result is. Fix this, and I’ll subscribe again.

This app os NOT for the great INDIAN viewers, (available only India in UK)
The app does not have full schedule of the great INDIAN matches which itself is a drawback on how the whole ICC cricket is dependent on. If the owners doesn’t think its necessary to include every series of the great INDIA, then why should we even think about it? Just dump. It has Harsha Bhogle as promoter but big <<<TIME WASTE>>>>
