What people like
- Beautiful design looks very nice
- No ads interrupt your experience
- Great for following cricket news
What they complain about
- App crashes constantly on launch
- Live scores update too slowly
- Hard to find basic match info
- Navigation feels complicated and confusing
Nice
Superb for cricketing knowledge ❤️
Statistics of players
Replace the old format.Acceleration, innovation, threat levels sounds utterly foolish like you are representing a car model
Offline tickets
Great app but a big issue is the tickets are not available when offline. I lost my signal just as I was going to my seat and there is no way of viewing the tickets without being connected to the internet. An add to Apple wallet option would be a big improvement.
Inconsistent
Difficult to navigate, especially for notifications and settings. Some radio buttons toggle others don’t. The app started to run in the background showing the live match scores, which I didn’t want. I was unable to disable the functionality in the app. Would have expected better from an ICC App.
App Crashed
From yesterday, the app has crashed. Until yesterday everything was fine. The app was working brilliantly and have live activities enabled, I was loving it. From yesterday unfortunately things have changed. Each time I open it, it says an 'error' had occurred to retry. I have tried to restart my phone and even re-download the app but no luck. Is there a fix for this please?
Good
Good
Freezing
3rd class app freezing not opening 8-3-26 8:48pm
Good but not perfect
Good features on app though live score update isn’t working for me
Ticket fail
Bought tickets in early May, they’re still not on my app for matches tomorrow 16/6/26
Could be better
The updates are very poor they do not make sense and only show matches upto a particular date. Could be better
Goated
really good
Very bad experience
I’m unable to find the option to check the cricket match details of mens, app only showing the t20 worldcup - womens. All content related to t20world cup 2024 womens are display……
Very good
Great updates and clips of the matches
Live. Activities
….don’t work properly on this app. It continually asks you to open the app to update the score, even with all necessary permissions granted for the app to work properly. This defeats the point of live activities and is pointless.
Why is Trinidad and Tobago not listed?
I noticed all the other locations are listed by country except Trinidad & Tobago. Is there a reason for this?
Calendar
Very good app, but it would be good I could download the fixtures onto my outlook calendar.
Search option not available
I want to watch afg vs pak world cup 2023 match but no search menu available…
Good apart 1 thing
This app is amazing but it is missing one thing. Unless I couldn’t find it, there should be an option to turn the scores from Runs/Wickets to Wickets/Runs
Bugs for Airdrop
Airdrop bug that doesn’t allow to share from phone to big screen. Also app switching makes app crash from PIP mode. Need a lot of upgrades. For World Cup t20 poor app development from ICC on crucial time.
No searching
You cant even search for videos that happened in the past and it really annoys me
Yes, you’ve cracked it.
Haven’t checked in for a while and that was when the format was all-over-the place! Now it’s very slick, I’ve not looked to see if there’s a widget, if not why not? A widget with an old school score board would be great!!! Cheers 😇
Runs horribly on iphone 12 mini
Horrible viewing experience on iphone 12 mini also app has become a cesspool for data harvesting pushing and nudging you to sign in and allow unnecessary permissions.
Good but laggy
It is an amazing app for following cricket and probably the best one out there but a search bar for players, matches, etc could be good. And also I don’t know if it’s just my Wi-Fi but the matches take forever to load and the player profiles don’t even load at all. But over all it’s not a bad app.
No point table.
It’s impossible to find anything you want. No proper schedule, no point table, no world cup plan. You rather search on google.
Pls update new version
After World Cup no update version showing pls version only
Commentary
Appreciate the running commentary on app and stunning highlights of all the games. Keep it up
India vs Australia is not true
Group 1 in super 8 will see a1 and b2. Australia is b1
Add HINDI language
Add HINDI Language
App does not work
Whenever I try opening the app, it closes automatically. It just keeps on repeating
Crashes
The app always crashes after opening for the first time. Also in the UI sometimes it’s not changing the tabs i have to close and open the app again. Fix that please.
Great App!
Very good app with a smooth experience!
Cricket 2024
The layout is not set you cannot see full screen
Widget
App must have a widget for score
Bugs in App. Interface could have been Better.
The app kills itself on launch. I have to launch the app twice or thrice for success. This happens every time I open the app. In the homepage, the score doesn’t update automatically, I have to either pull down the screen to refresh it or click on the live match to see the updated score.
Small Modification needed
As we have the counters of runs, wickets, sixes, fifties etc. in the tournament statistics section, kindly also add fours and hundreds. This will be more attractive.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good
It is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gorgeous
Worst Update.
Waste of time and clicks. Too many of them. Not able to find table for all teams. Manual search for each match. Home screen is just news when wc is alreadt started. Give an option to roll back. Plz.
Very Good but
T20 has a lot of glitz about it and one tries to look past that. I wanted the scorecard. It was readily available and staring me in the face. The bright colours and presentation probably triggered my prejudice and I missed it. So if you are a cricket tragic give it a good chance and you will find everything you need, thank you
VERY SLOW AND LAG.
During the World Cup. Graphics and all is good, but you’re missing out on the main thing: SPEED! Make it fast. Stop the lag.
Mistake in Preview images
In the third preview image…India needs 2 wickets & not 4 wickets..please correct
T20 World Cup
This app is useful for match information. Thank you for making this app
Match timing
Match timings mentioned as per which time zone ?
T29
Something very wrong with the scoreboard information all wrong!
Crashing too much
App is crashing too much. Even after updating to its latest version still same issue persists.
App improvements needed
Widget and live activities needed for ios
What about fantasy option
Pls update without fantasy Worldcup is waste
App design
New updation killed the total app experience. Live matches have to find manually by selecting the current date. What kinda update this is ?
Solid app for cricket
Been using this app since the world cup like many others, I’m very impressed by the lack of ads on screen whilst trekking through the app. One nifty feature I think could be added is having more than one fav team so we can track all matches we want
App Freeze
Since last update, app is not working smoothly and hangs and freezes. Nothing is updated regarding recent matches and ongoing ones… please make right at the earliest
Bad UI
UI seems little complicated. Must make user friendly Lags also
