Most recent App update is awful
I’ve used this app for years with no issues. However, I cannot explain how awful the most recent app update is. It makes the entire user experience so much more difficult and the app such a headache to navigate. I’m begging the team to please reverse the updates to be more similar to the old version.
There is something wrong..
I have used this app for quite some time but now I can’t load anything to look at it. I find an item, follow it and then I can see it in my list BUT when I try to bring up the details, it just sits there. I’m on my iPad and this is a new problem that is making me crazy!
Bring back the old version!
Ugh. I used to love this app, but the recent redesign makes the user experience so frustrating. It's slow, difficult to navigate.
App update
Awful update. Everything about it is bad.
Shocked App is Still So Bad
The new app is fairly commonly reviewed as terrible. It still is. It’s clunky and if anything it’s gotten slower. I check in once a week or two to see if they’ll fix it. Old app worked fine. They must have saved a bunch of money just switching to what appears to be their website as an “app” or I can’t see why else they would do it.
App is Ruined
The app is more like a webpage now than a functioning app. Everytime you click on an item, then go back, it takes you to the top of the page. There are no page transitions. It’s unusable now.
Step backward !!
This used to be a very user friendly app and website . The redesign is not pleasing and the app and website are both now very clunky and hard to use !
New app stinks :(
I used this app almost every day for 8 months until the update. It’s really bad. It’s like being on a browser in an app. So disappointing. I get the old app needed some updates, but this is so much worse. So sad to be losing one of my favorite platforms
User Interface Issues
The revised user interface is horrible and makes me not want to use the app. I frequently scrolled through EBTH but stopped because of the interface - I just checked to see if it had improved (it hasn’t) so I will likely stop using it again

Bring back the old app. This new web based app is the worst.
New update ruined it
The newest update is horrible. It’s ugly and it’s slow as hell and it’s just awful. Nothing will load!! It’s driving me crazy!
Many recent problems
Cross platform compatibility is lacking. Some functions don’t work or simply don’t even show up depending on whether you use a phone or a tablet. Also, there are now useless advertisements for their own site that are simply unneeded and get in the way of trying to navigate. The photos take forever to load. Finally, the menus at the top and bottom of the screen take up too much space and make the site cluttered.
Bad update
The latest version that makes it a web page and not an app is really terrible. Not a positive change at all.

New Version Is Horrible
So this is just a web browser in an app? I almost have no words for how bad this version is. Long time ebth user, and this new version is such a disappointment. It’s like the UX was designed to be as inconvenient as possible. I’m deleting the app after I finish writing this review, because browsing this app is genuinely such a bad experience.
